Your Role:

Your Role:

We are building the next generation of intelligent robots. As a leader in Robotics AI Model, you will own the critical pipeline that transforms pretrained foundation models into deployable robot policies — turning general-purpose AI into systems that can reliably manipulate objects, navigate environments, and perform complex physical tasks in the real world.

This role sits at the intersection of embodied AI, robot learning, and foundation model adaptation. You will work across the full post-training lifecycle: curating demonstration data, fine-tuning vision-language-action (VLA) models or world models, training reinforcement learning policies in simulation, validating behaviors on real hardware, and optimizing models for on-robot inference. Your work will directly determine how capable, safe, and generalizable our robots are.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Post-Training & Fine-Tuning

• Design and execute post-training pipelines for VLA and visuomotor policy models (e.g., diffusion policies, ACT, flow matching), including supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning (RL), and preference-based optimization
• Fine-tune pretrained robot foundation models on task-specific demonstration datasets for dexterous manipulation, locomotion, whole-body control, and multi-step task sequencing
• Develop and iterate on reward functions, verifiers, and RL training loops (PPO, GRPO, RLVR) to improve policy success rate and robustness in simulation and real-world deployment
• Apply parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA, OFT) to adapt large models to new tasks and robot embodiments under compute constraints

Data Pipeline & Curation

• Build and manage large-scale robot demonstration data pipelines: teleoperation data collection, action tokenization (e.g., FAST tokenizer), data augmentation, quality filtering, and dataset versioning
• Define data collection strategies across robot platforms, collaborating with robot operators and data labeling teams to ensure dataset diversity and coverage
• Integrate multi-modal sensory data (RGB, depth, proprioception, force/torque, tactile) into coherent training datasets

Simulation & Sim-to-Real Transfer

• Build and maintain simulation environments (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, SAPIEN) for scalable policy training, including domain randomization, asset generation, and task definition
• Address sim-to-real transfer challenges through visual augmentation, action space calibration, dynamics randomization, and systematic real-world validation
• Design and run large-scale distributed RL training across GPU clusters for locomotion and manipulation policies

Evaluation & Deployment

• Build evaluation and benchmarking infrastructure: automated success-rate tracking, sim evaluation harnesses, real-robot A/B testing, and regression monitoring
• Optimize models for on-robot inference: quantization (INT8/FP8), action chunking, latency reduction, and real-time control loop integration
• Collaborate with controls, perception, and hardware teams to integrate learned policies into the full robot software stack

Research & Innovation

• Track and adopt state-of-the-art research in robot foundation models, generalist policies, and embodied AI post-training (e.g., π₀/π₀.5, OpenVLA OFT, RT-2, Octo, Helix)
• Contribute to internal research efforts on topics such as multi-embodiment transfer, long-horizon task learning, open-world generalization, and human-in-the-loop policy improvement

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in robot learning, including imitation learning, behavior cloning, or visuomotor policy training on real or simulated robots
• Deep expertise in at least one post-training paradigm: SFT on robot demonstrations, RL-based policy optimization, or diffusion/flow-matching policy training
• Strong PyTorch skills with experience training and debugging models at scale; familiarity with distributed training (FSDP, DeepSpeed)
• Practical experience with robot simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyBullet, or SAPIEN) and sim-to-real workflows

Your Role:

The Specialist, Sales Commercial is a hands-on, execution-driven role within FF's PAR Business team, responsible for building and maintaining the operational backbone of FF's dealer/partner (FF Par) channel across the EV and robotics businesses. This individual will establish and standardize partner onboarding processes, draft and manage dealer/partner contracts, and oversee inventory allocation across the network — while also contributing to channel growth through ongoing market benchmarking, supporting the architecture of FF's robotics dealer network, developing a structured dealer tiering and classification matrix, and preparing materials and analysis to support commercial negotiations with prospective partners. Your Role: 

The Senior Staff AI Engineer, Generative AI Platforms & Workflows will lead the engineering of AI-native platforms and automation systems that power content production, creative operations, and cross-functional workflows inside FF's Visual Marketing and broader creative organization. 

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, agent orchestration, and business workflow automation, with the goal of transforming how FF's marketing, content, and operations teams work — turning manual, time-consuming processes into scalable, AI-powered systems. As a Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Affiliate Platform), you will design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that power our affiliate platform—including tracking & attribution, commission calculation/settlement, partner management, and anti-fraud controls. Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years building and operating production backend systems for consumer, commerce, or growth platforms.

The Manager SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting is responsible for the day-to-day financial reporting process, including the timely and accurate preparation of SEC filings.  In addition, the Manager provides technical accounting guidance to ensure conformity with GAAP/SEC/IFRS guidance as well as established faraday policies. Your Role:

The Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting directly manages the SEC financial reporting function, including timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual filings (10-K, 10-Q), assisting with Form 8-K, proxy filings and earnings reports and oversight of stock-based compensation accounting.  The Director also provides technical accounting guidance to ensure conformity with GAAP/SEC/IFRS guidance for complex transactions and helps establish Faraday Future’s accounting policies. • Take ownership and lead the SEC and Financial Reporting process, including the documentation, preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual SEC filings including financial statement footnotes, schedules and MD&A

Your Role:

As the Tax Strategy & Planning Lead, you will manage the integrality of accounting and tax functions and provide technical accounting guidance to ensure conformity with GAAP/SEC/IFRS guidance as well as establish faraday policies. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of the Company's U.S. quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and related financial statement disclosures, including computation of book to tax differences, tracking of deferred taxes inventory, and supporting tasks related to ASC 740-10 (FIN48).
• Assist in the management of all aspects of income tax compliance including the preparation and timely filing of the consolidated federal income tax return.
• Assist in tax forecasts with multiple scenarios to aid planning and decision making.
• Prepare quarterly income tax estimated and extensions.
• Review fixed asset subledgers and tax depreciation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 
• At least 7 years relevant tax experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate tax.
• Proficient in preparing tax workpapers.
• Strong written communication, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership of their function.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple complex projects at a high level of accuracy and accountability.

• Masters in taxation is highly desired.

As Embodied AI Lead or Robot Brain Lead, you will own the overall Embodied AI architecture for our platform:

• System 2 – vision-language(-action) models for task understanding, planning, and dialogue.

Your Role:  

As a Staff Design Release Engineer (DRE) – Charging Systems, you will serve as the technical leader for the development, integration, and launch of vehicle charging systems and components. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical high-voltage charging hardware and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive supplier development, and ensure robust design execution that meets functional, timing, and quality targets. Your deep technical expertise and leadership will guide both internal teams and external suppliers in delivering industry-leading EV charging performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership: Lead the design and release of charging hardware systems including:
  • AC/DC charge inlets (CCS, NACS, J1772, etc.)
  • On-board charger (OBC)
  • High Voltage Schematics and Architecture
  • High-voltage wiring, connectors, and sealing solutions
  • Wireless and bi-directional charging (if applicable)
  • Private charging solution
• System Architecture Integration: Define system-level charging strategies and interfaces with power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), and vehicle control units.
• Requirements Management: Develop and manage technical specifications, system requirements and interface documents in alignment with global regulatory and internal performance standards (e.g., SAE J3400, ISO 15118, UL, IEC).
• Supplier Engagement: Serve as the lead technical contact for Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers from sourcing through launch. Drive detailed design reviews, issue tracking, and performance validation.
• Validation & Testing: Author and execute DVP&R plans. Coordinate lab and vehicle-level testing for AC/DC charging, thermal performance, EMI/EMC, and environmental durability.
• Launch Readiness: Support manufacturing teams during prototype, pilot, and production build phases including PPAP, design for manufacturability (DFM), and issue resolution.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, review peer designs, and support organizational best practices in engineering rigor and cross-functional communication.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in automotive or EV systems, including significant ownership of high-voltage hardware or charging systems.
• Proven success in delivering complex electro-mechanical systems from concept to production.
• Deep knowledge of charging protocols (SAE J3400, SAE J1772, CCS, ISO 15118, V2G, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CAD (CATIA, NX, or similar), DFMEA, DVP&R, and ECAD tools.
• Experience working with APQP, PPAP, and automotive quality processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global homologation and compliance standards (e.g., CE, UL, FCC, EMC).
• Knowledge of thermal and EMI design practices in high-voltage systems.
• Experience in V2X (Vehicle-to-Grid, Vehicle-to-Load), wireless charging, or fast charging technologies.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, and diagnostic protocols (UDS, DoIP).
• Technical program management experience or a track record of influencing platform decisions.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred, as the role requires frequent collaboration with colleagues and suppliers based in China.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of restraint systems (e.g., airbags, seat belts, pretensioners) to meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.

The Staff Thermal System Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing thermal management systems to ensure efficient heat transfer, cooling, and heating for equipment, machinery, or processes. This role involves applying principles of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements across industries like aerospace, automotive, energy, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
1. System Design & Component Release

• Spearhead architecture design of vehicle thermal systems (HVAC, battery cooling, powertrain thermal management), optimizing energy efficiency and weight reduction.
• Develop 3D models/2D drawings using CATIA V6: Design thermal components (ducts, brackets, heat exchangers) ensuring manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and compliance with OEM standards.
• Execute DRE (Design Release Engineer) duties:
• Release component drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications aligned with Vehicle Technical Specifications (VTS).
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and component lifecycle (from DV/PV validation to mass production).
• Secure on-time part availability for prototype builds (pre-production) and series production.

1. Simulation & Validation

• Perform 1D system simulations (Simulink/GT Suite) to predict thermal performance, efficiency, and control logic.
• Design and execute validation plans (bench/vehicle/environmental testing) for thermal robustness, NVH, and durability.
• Analyze test data (Motec, CANape, etc.) to drive design improvements and root-cause resolution.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with battery, powertrain, and software teams to develop integrated thermal management strategies.
• Lead DFMEA activities for thermal systems to mitigate design risks.
• Manage supplier technical deliverables: Review designs, validate performance, and ensure compliance with targets.

• Develop streamlined test procedures to accelerate validation cycles (target: 30% efficiency gain).
• Resolve thermal issues during manufacturing and vehicle testing.
