About the Role

This role will be part of the GRC team. The Fivetran GRC team is responsible for ensuring the continuous integrity, confidentiality, and availability of customer data. Our customers trust us with their most sensitive information, and maintaining that trust is a critical, core component of both our product and our business.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior GRC Analyst to join our Security team. This role is ideal for a control-focused audit professional with a solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate and influence across functions and levels of the organization. The position reports to the Director of GRC and will provide broad cross-functional exposure, working closely with teams across Security, Engineering, Operations, IT, and HR.
This is a full-time position based in our Bangalore office. We offer a hybrid work model that blends remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, with two days per week in office.

We are seeking a technically strong Global Partner System Specialist to design, implement, and optimize partner-facing systems and operational processes. This role sits within the Global Partner Program and Strategy team and operates at the intersection of business and technology, bringing deep expertise in PRM management and CRM architecture and development. The primary focus is on PRM platforms, Salesforce, system integrations (including learning management and badging platforms), and partner data architecture supporting the global partner ecosystem.
You will administer and maintain partner systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity. This includes troubleshooting complex system and integration issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects, and helping to design and execute test plans (including taking the lead on regression testing) to validate enhancements. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop user and system documentation, and support change management efforts by creating enablement material, communicating updates, and driving adoption of new features and workflows—ultimately enabling a seamless, data-driven partner experience and improving efficiency across the partner lifecycle.
Architecture: Translate business needs into technical user stories and scalable system designs.
Integrations: Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, Impartner PRM, and learning platforms (LMS) for certifications, deal registrations, and badging.
Lifecycle Management: Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
Integrity: Maintain a high standard of data consistency across all partner platforms.
Reporting: Design dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce to track partner performance, pipeline visibility, and portal engagement.
Testing: Own end-to-end test plans and lead regression testing for system releases.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with developers for defect resolution.
User Enablement: Manage user provisioning, create technical documentation, and drive platform adoption.
Workflows: Optimize partner onboarding, agreement management, and deal registration processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner experience.

The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.
You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. An average week will find you partnering with these teams to understand their measurement needs, reviewing engineering plans to ensure we capture critical data signals from the Auth0 product and developing data products that drive key success metrics. ABOUT THE ROLE: Senior Payroll Analyst
As a Payroll Processing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to accurately process payroll for employees based in the United States and International locations. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as company policies while delivering timely and accurate payments to employees. Your attention to detail, knowledge of payroll laws, and proficiency with payroll software will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Processing:
o Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses accurately and in accordance with time records and employment contracts.
o Ensure proper deductions for federal, state, and local taxes, as well as benefits, retirement contributions, and other withholdings.
o Process payroll through specialized software such as Rippling, or similar systems, following established procedures and timelines.
o Should also review and process expense reports, If any.
2. Tax Compliance:
o Stay informed about federal, state, and local tax regulations related to payroll, including updates to withholding rates, exemptions, and reporting requirements.
o Ensure accurate and timely filing of payroll tax returns, including Forms 941, W-2, W-3, and state-specific forms, in compliance with IRS and state tax agency guidelines.
o Reconcile payroll tax liabilities and payments, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
3. Benefits contributions and funding:
o Ensure accurate global processing of benefit deductions (e.g., 401(k), health & benefits premiums), and manage the timely funding and remittance of flexible spending accounts to plan carrier
o Partner with HR to process new hire elections and enrollment changes in the payroll system, and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay stub deductions and contribution amounts.
4. Record-Keeping and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other applicable laws.
o Generate payroll reports for management, accounting, and auditing purposes, providing insights into payroll costs, trends, and discrepancies.
o Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or variances in a timely manner.
5. Employee Support and Communication:
o Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, tax withholding, and pay-related matters, providing clear and timely assistance.

Qualifications and Skills:

This role marries the technical knowledge of our solution with a deep understanding of our users, across all of the segments and business units that we work with, to realize maximum value from the platform. The team is heavily relied upon to contribute excellent customer service, which ultimately maximizes prospect and customer health. In order to learn our business and customer inside and out, this team acts as our first line of support. This role spearheads usage and engagement and partners with our product management and engineering teams in determining future product developments that will resonate with the market.

What You’ll Do
○ Act as the first line of defense and advocate for all of customers globally to ensure we deliver a consistently positive customer experience through timely responses and effective resolution of queries and issues.
○ Guide customers through features and functionalities to maximize their experience and fully resolve their challenges or questions.
○ Deliver on predefined team targets including delivering outcomes with high quality and excellence.
○ Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and find solutions for queries sent through emails and live chats, leading support calls directly with customers as needed. ○ You will escalate tickets to appropriate teams when needed and will retain a position as the customer’s point person through regular updates and confirming resolution.
○ Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical global stakeholders.
○ Be an expert on the AlphaSense product by proactively learning, staying up-to-date on new features and filling any gaps in your knowledge

The Financial Modeling Team is a part of the Customer & Product Support (C&PS) department which sits at the intersection of sales, customer success and technical support. The Financial Modeling team is comprised of finance professionals with prior experience in investment banking, equity research, and holds at least one of the following qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Management Accountants (CMA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM). The team aims to understand our users' financial data needs to provide solutions that enhance M&A and quantitative research workflows.
The Financial Modeling team provides expert services for our analytical tools so that we can provide customers with a tailored experience when using our products. This seasoned team of investment professionals specializes in onboarding and customer adoption for our Excel add-ins, by developing, converting and validating financial models and library templates.
We are looking to hire an Analyst, Financial Modeling to join the growing Financial Modeling team at AlphaSense. This role marries the technical knowledge of our solution with a deep understanding of our users, across all of the segments and business units that we work with, to realize maximum value from the platform. The team is heavily relied upon to contribute excellent customer service by building financial models, which ultimately maximizes prospect and customer health. In order to learn our business and customer inside and out, this team helps build bespoke client model requests and maintain the template library using the excel add-ins tool. As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will work with the team to execute and scale high-impact strategies and initiatives for clients. You’ll both build and scale: owning live AI based strategies, testing new ideas, identifying and solving client challenges, and driving strategic initiatives.
This is beyond a traditional consulting role where impact ends at strategic recommendations. Here, you will own strategies end-to-end, from design to live execution. You’ll have visibility over their direct, measurable impact on real business outcomes. You’ll operate in a high-growth environment with accelerated learning, full ownership, and continuous exposure to CXOs. The role also offers periodic travel to the US for client meetings and industry conferences, giving you on-ground global exposure.
This role is designed as a fast-growth pathway into a Strategy & Operations Lead position, based on performance, learning velocity, and leadership readiness.

This role is focused on hands-on corporate security execution and risk reduction across endpoints, identities, SaaS platforms, vendors, and data — not SOC monitoring or shift-based operations.
