In this role, you will work on key video services projects around video ingestion, encoding, VoD/live-linear, Server Side Ads Insertion, and Video QoS, with the goal of delivering a best-in-class streaming TV experience across all Roku devices. The projects that you will work on will impact millions of Roku users around the world. All along, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key product engineering stakeholders across Roku engineering teams, and lead the design of our video services platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Sr Motion Designer
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing department, a Sr. Motion Designer is a key contributor to the Marketing Brand & Creative team. They work alongside senior designers and cross-functional partners to produce engaging motion-based content and videos that support marketing programs and campaigns. OpenFX can already move money cross-border. But without a world-class collections (Pay-In) layer, we’re missing the front door of the funds flow. Building this unlocks a new category of clients (global platforms, marketplaces, remitters, enterprises) and makes OpenFX materially stickier: once customers collect through us, their entire flow runs on our rails.
Most global businesses still collect money like it’s 2008: opening local bank accounts country-by-country, reconciling fragmented bank statements, and wiring funds back to HQ with delays, hidden fees, and constant operational breakage. If you have hundreds of thousands of customers across countries, “collections” becomes a full-time organisation, just to get paid and understand who paid you.
You'll build the product that fixes this. By owning Pay-Ins end-to-end, from local fiat rails and virtual accounts to fiat→stablecoin routing, to reconciliation that finance teams can close books with, you'll unlock a new category of customers (global platforms, marketplaces, remitters, enterprises) and make OpenFX the default operating system for their global treasury.

You’ll join Prodigal’s Strategy & Operations team, the consulting arm of the company. We partner with creditors in consumer finance (Banks, NBFCs & BNPLs and debt collection agencies) to transform how they engage with consumers using data-driven insights and AI-powered workflows. The team sits at the intersection of product, data science, and client operations: designing strategy, building execution pipelines, and running experiments that deliver measurable lifts in recoveries and channel performance.
As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will work with the team to execute and scale high-impact strategies and initiatives for clients. You’ll both build and scale: owning live AI based strategies, testing new ideas, identifying and solving client challenges, and driving strategic initiatives.
This is beyond a traditional consulting role where impact ends at strategic recommendations. Here, you will own strategies end-to-end, from design to live execution. You’ll have visibility over their direct, measurable impact on real business outcomes. You’ll operate in a high-growth environment with accelerated learning, full ownership, and continuous exposure to CXOs. The role also offers periodic travel to the US for client meetings and industry conferences, giving you on-ground global exposure.
