Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Video Content Producer to help create engaging visual content for our cybersecurity product company. This role will be responsible for producing videos that highlight product capabilities, marketing campaigns, company culture, and event presence.
Our videos reach a large global audience across social media, digital channels, and in-person events, so we are looking for someone who understands how to create high-performing marketing videos and can independently bring ideas to life after receiving a brief.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation

Produce engaging video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X

Create product demos, feature highlights, promotional videos, and company content
Creative Concept Development
-
Develop creative concepts, storyboards (along with the marketing team), and visual ideas for video campaigns

Identify innovative ways to communicate cybersecurity product value through video

Stay updated on trends in video marketing in the cybersecurity SaaS space
Video Production
-
Shoot professional-grade footage for marketing videos and events
-
Capture interviews, product demonstrations, and event highlights
-
Manage lighting, audio, and camera setups during filming
Editing & Motion Graphics
-
Edit videos with transitions, motion graphics, and sound design
-
Color grade footage to maintain visual consistency and brand quality

Optimize videos for different digital platforms
Independent Project Execution
-
Manage and execute video projects independently once briefed
-
Deliver high-quality content with minimal supervision
AI Video & Rapid Production
-
Use AI tools and stock assets to accelerate video creation
-
Experiment with new creative tools to improve output speed and quality
Requirements

Experience in video production, videography, or editing

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools

Experience shooting video using DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone

Ability to create short-form social media videos

Strong creative storytelling skills

Ability to work with minimal handholding

Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations & Performance executive to power our global demand engine and support the goal of generating SQLs. This role owns marketing systems, automation, performance tracking, CRM and email workflows, and SEO/AEO execution to ensure scalable and measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
I. CRM & Funnel Operations
- Own CRM lifecycle management (MQL – Demo – SQL)
- Lead scoring, routing, and workflow automation
- Ensure clean data, accurate attribution and reporting
- Build dashboards tracking SQLs and Pipeline by region
II. Email Automation & Nurture Execution
- Design and manage automated nurture journeys
- Build trigger-based workflows aligned with ABM & outbound
- Optimize email performance
- Ensure alignment between marketing automation and BDR sequences
III. ABM & Intent Data Operation
- Manage ABM and intent tools
- Build account scoring models
- Identify high-intent accounts for sales activation
- Sync engagement signals with CRM for visibility
IV. Paid & Digital Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance across LinkedIn, Google & retargeting
- Monitor CPL, CPQL, Cost per SQL, and CAC
- Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Ensure regional performance visibility (US vs Rest of the World)
V. Website, SEO & AEO
- Own GA4 and website analytics
- Optimize landing pages and conversion flows
- Execute technical and on-page SEO
- Implement AEO strategy for AI-driven search visibility
- Track Organize traffic contribution to pipeline
VI. Success Metrics
- Accurate funnel reporting and attribution
- Improved conversion rates across lifecycle stages
- Reduced cost per SQL
- High-performing email automation engine
- Measurable organic pipeline contribution
- Clean CRM and scalable marketing infrastructure
Requirements:
- 4-6 years in marketing operations / performance marketing
- Strong CRM expertise (salesforce, Zoho or similar)
- Hands-on experience with ABM and intent platforms
- Experience with email automation platforms
- Proficient in GA4, paid media tracking, SEO and AEO
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Launch gated assets (report, whitepapers, tools)
- Optimize website conversion flow
- Create landing pages for high-intent lead generation campaigns
Paid
- Own LinkedIn ads, Google ads and retargeting campaigns
- Build ICP Focused Campaigns
- Optimize for SQLs (not vanity metrics)
- Run A/B tests across creatives and messaging
- Track customer acquisition cost and pipeline ROI
ABM
Design and execute targeted campaigns for high-value accounts.
- Define Tier 1, 2, 3 accounts with Sales
- Build personalized messaging for CISOs / CTOs / decision-makers
- Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns (LinkedIn + email + gifting + content)
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Outplay, Demandbase, etc.
- Partner with Sales to convert engagement into meetings
Goal: Drive high-quality, high-intent meetings from strategic accounts.
BDR Activities & Outbound Acceleration
Work Closely with BDRs to convert marketing intent into sales conversations.
- Design outbound messaging frameworks
- Create sequences for cold outreach
- Build trigger-based outreach campaigns
- Enable BDRs with:
- Target lists
- Personalization assets
- Case studies
- Industry-specific messaging
**This role ensures outbound is not “spray and pray” but data-backed and strategic.
