We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Risk Management Lead to adapt, implement, and oversee the MALPB’s ERM Program. As the Enterprise Risk Management lead, reporting directly to the MALPB Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, you will establish, manage, and enhance the MALPB's risk management framework, ensuring robust risk and controls measures across various aspects of the MALPB including operational, strategic, compliance and technology. You will drive the maturity of the ERM framework, enhance risk visibility, and strengthen strategic decision‑making that aligns with Stripe MALPB's long‑term business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional collaboration skills, and the proven ability to influence leaders across the organization.

Position Summary
STR seeks a skilled Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to lead and maintain compliance for Special Access Programs (SAP) and classified programs at our new Atlanta facility. The CSSO will serve as the primary point of contact for SAP/SCI programs and ensure adherence to all applicable security policies and standards. The CSSO will also perform secondary Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties in support of STR’s Industrial Security Program, overseeing compliance with NISPOM and federal security requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CSSO Responsibilities (Primary):
• Maintain robust security posture and compliance for multiple classified/SAP programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and IC/DOD security policies.
• Serve as primary liaison for SAP/SCI program security requirements; partner with STR Program Management and Security disciplines.
• Maintain accurate personnel security records in SIMS, JADE, and Scattered Castles.
• Conduct self-inspections, support staff assistance visits and manage external/internal program security assessments.
• Develop, review, and implement security policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Program Protection (P2), and OPSEC/transportation plans.
• Oversee classified material accountability, including Top Secret material.
• Write, interpret, and administer DD254s and program documentation.
• Review operational requirements and system specifications for incorporation of security measures.
• Interpret and apply security classification guidance for programs.
• Investigate/document security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide security training: initial/refresher briefings, debriefings, and foreign travel briefings.
• Attend and participate in security and program meetings.
FSO Responsibilities (Secondary):
• Ensure full compliance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), FOCI, ITAR, and related government/contractual security requirements.
• Oversee the stand-up and management of new cleared facilities, including FCL approval and classified builds.
• Manage personnel clearances via DISS/NBIS, eQIP; handle onboarding, briefings, debriefings, and continuous vetting.
• Support KMP requirements and maintain Facility Security Clearance (FCL) records.
• Oversee physical security systems: access control, alarms, secure storage.
• Oversee classified material receipt, storage, transmission, and destruction while maintaining accurate accountability records.
• Prepare, issue, and track contract/subcontract DD254 forms.
• Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for DCSA vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and deliver security training, including insider threat awareness.
• Report security incidents, suspicious contacts, and foreign travel, compliant with federal policies.
Required Qualifications
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SAP/SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CSSO, FSO, or Alternate FSO in the defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant security experience.
• Completion of DCSA STEPP FSO Program Management Curriculum.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, FOCI, ITAR, and relevant standards.
• Proficiency in DISS, NBIS, NISS, eQIP, SIMS, JADE, Scattered Castles, and MS Office.
• Experience in interpreting and implementing security classifications, contracts, and incident response/mitigation.
• Successful completion of CDSE’s “Intro to SAPs.”
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to discreetly/diplomatically manage sensitive and complex communications.
Preferred Skills
• Industrial Security Professional (ISP) or ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
• COMSEC Custodian and/or Insider Threat Program Officer (ITPSO) experience.
• Experience in classified information technology and physical/technical security.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $125,000.00 to $155,000.00

As a Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of solutions engineers who are technical specialists in the Geotab ecosystem. We are looking for a Key Account Director to lead growth within a set of Postman’s most important enterprise accounts. This is a hands-on enabler role for a technically exceptional professional with deep finance and accounting domain expertise. Your primary mission is to ensure that Axon’s AI builders, process owners, decision-makers, and auditors can operate with clean, trusted, well-governed, and audit-ready data. You will spend roughly half your time building data analytics tools and pipelines—leveraging AI as a development accelerator—to support complex, large-scale projects including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system deployments, upstream data remediation, and SOX compliance initiatives.
The other half is strategic: partnering across Controllership, Finance Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Internal Audit, and Technology to establish the data foundation that makes AI, automation, and audit readiness possible. You will use AI-assisted development tools (code generation, copilots, large language models) as part of your everyday build process.
Hands-On Building & Upstream Data Cleanliness (~50%)
• Design and develop data analytics tools, automated validation frameworks, and dashboards that give Finance Operations and Controllership real-time visibility into data health across enterprise systems. Use AI to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy these solutions.
• Drive upstream data hygiene cross-functionally: partner with source-system owners in Revenue Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Engineering to fix data issues where they originate, not after they propagate.
• Own data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and quality scorecards for critical controllership data assets. Establish and enforce master data management (MDM) standards.
• Partner with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Information Technology (IT) on integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flows between ERP, sub-ledgers, and the enterprise data platform. Support Snowflake data warehouse deployment.
Mergers & Acquisitions Data Integration
• Lead data workstreams for M&A transactions end-to-end: perform data due diligence on target companies, assess data quality risks, and build integration playbooks for onboarding acquired-company data into Axon’s enterprise platform.
• Design and execute data mapping, cleansing, and migration plans for post-acquisition integration—ensuring acquired entities are reporting on clean, consolidated data within defined timelines.
• For interim stage prior to M&A integration, build, own, and operate extract-transform-load (ETL) and extract-load-transform (ELT) pipelines that remediate data quality issues at the source—before data reaches downstream AI models, reporting, or analytics. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (copilots, code generation, large language models) to accelerate pipeline development and iteration.
• Build repeatable M&A controllership data integration frameworks—using AI to automate data profiling, matching, and anomaly detection—that scale as Axon’s acquisition pace accelerates.
Financial Controls, SOX & Audit Readiness
• Co-design data pipelines and analytics with auditability built in—traceable lineage, complete audit trails, and evidence that holds up under external audit.
• Build or collaborate with process owners to build close-support tools (GL-to-sub-ledger, intercompany, journal entries) that reduce manual effort and strengthen control evidence.
Enabling AI Builders & Process Owners
• Serve as the data enablement partner to Axon’s Controllership AI team and Controllership process owners—ensuring they have access to clean, well-structured, governed datasets for machine learning (ML), automation, and large language model (LLM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI builders to define data requirements, validate input data quality, and create feedback loops that continuously improve data upstream of AI/ML workflows.
• Create self-service analytics capabilities that enable FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership teams to access trustworthy data without bottlenecks.
Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, shaping technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and system integration decisions. Act as a strong ally to Controllership and Finance Operations.

Define and champion SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks across engineering teams, providing architectural guidance on service-level objective implementation.
Serve as a senior escalation point during critical incidents, leveraging deep observability expertise to accelerate diagnosis and resolution.
Provide architectural mentorship and technical guidance to Observability Engineers and SRE team members.
5-8 years of experience in Observability Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform/Infrastructure Engineering.

Provide architecture security reviews of key initiatives by evaluating existing or proposed solutions to determine impact and provide recommendations.
Perform risk assessments of proposed and existing system architectures for compliance with security controls and best practices.
Act as the prime contact for security-related architecture artifacts, including developing, maintaining, and promoting artifacts across all lines of business.
Ensure Geotab security strategies, policies, and standards are applied correctly across all public sector programs and contribute to new secure architecture governance structures.
Set architectural direction and provide technical leadership and advisory services to the business while mediating conflicts between varied stakeholders.
Recognize and follow emerging technologies, understanding how to apply and drive adoption in a secure and compliant manner.
Lead compliance-related discussions regarding system architectures and the impact of changes on security control requirements.
5-7 years of experience in secure design and architecture for cloud-based environments (FedRAMP or NIST 800-171 preferred)
10+ years of overall experience in information technology and security.
Expert-level knowledge of Cloud Computing, containerization and kubernetes (GCP preferred) as well as experience with SaaS, Software Development.
Lifecycle (SDLC), security, CI/CD and risk management best practices.
Subject Matter Expertise in Security Compliance Frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP.
Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications like CISSP, CKA, CKS or Cloud certifications are highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization and contribute to publications/whitepapers.
Strong team-player with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently in a flat, remote-friendly organization.

History
By the late 1960s, the civil rights movement had broken the legal framework of Jim Crow, yet the lived reality of racial inequality persisted. African Americans continued to face exclusion from quality jobs, housing, education, and public life, and few institutions were equipped—or willing—to champion the rights of the poor and disenfranchised. In response to this urgent need, a new civil rights law center was established in 1971 to provide legal representation in cases that few lawyers would take, challenging discriminatory systems and advancing equal protection under the law.
In its early years, the SPLC helped desegregate public facilities, reform state institutions, and secure more equitable political representation. Over the decades, it went on to win landmark victories against violent white supremacist groups, dismantle vestiges of Jim Crow, defend the rights of marginalized communities, and expose extremist activity nationwide. It also expanded into education, launching a nationally recognized anti-bias program.
As the nation has grown more diverse and new manifestations of hate and inequality have emerged, the organization’s mission has only become more urgent - guided by a steadfast commitment to justice, dignity, and human rights for all.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the President & CEO and as a key member of the SPLC executive team, the Chief Legal Officer will be a thought partner and collaborative visionary responsible for shaping, leading and managing a strategic, innovative litigation docket at the federal, state, and regional level.
Effectively managing a large and experienced Legal team – and collaborating across issues, areas, and departments - the CLO will direct and implement the organization’s impact advocacy and litigation strategy at a time when the work of the SPLC has never been more vital.
