Responds to customers RFP/RFI Requests in a timely and professional manner to facilitate success. Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Effectively position and recommend the right TGCS products and solutions. Create or reviews analysis of such tasks as: sales proposals, work-order cost estimates/proposal completion; ROI Studies, RFP Responses, etc.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Establish and maintain strong relationships, with both internal and external customers. Develop a network in person and via phone with key decision makers in an assigned/designated territory. Network and develop relationships with C-level executives.
Help to develop, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, also ensuring forecasting accuracy and timeliness. Work in tandem with the various Product and Services Sales Specialists to provide a seamless interface into the company sales efforts.
Represent TGCS in the field, at trade shows and seminars. Develop and maintain relationships with other networking and business groups in the territory. Maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and problems within the marketplace, recognizing trends that develop, and making appropriate strategic and tactical sales/marketing/program recommendations to take corrective actions.
Travel as necessary to maintain a presence with customers, staff, and enhance relationship opportunities, attend trade shows, and visit client facilities on a consistent timetable or schedule.

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor provides front-line supervision for the manufacturing support function, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable execution of daily operations in accordance with cGMP requirements. This role coordinates core support activities including media preparation, material kitting, and GMP cleaning to enable on-time manufacturing execution by following the approved schedule and standard work. The supervisor assigns daily work, supports training and qualification compliance, addresses routine operational issues, and escalates constraints, deviations, and staffing concerns to management as appropriate. This position partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Training, and Facilities to maintain operational continuity and serves as a floating supervisor, providing supervisory coverage for the Cell Processing team as needed.
Supervision & Leadership
• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance for the manufacturing support team, reinforcing safe, efficient, and compliant execution of assigned operations
• Assign and coordinate daily workload and priorities across media preparation, material kitting, GMP cleaning, and related support activities to meet production demand

Production & Scheduling
• Coordinate end-of-day cleaning activities to support next-day readiness; ensure tasks are executed and documented and communicate any missed activities and recovery needs
• Coordinate daily/weekly support execution (materials, media, and cleaning) to align with the production plan; communicate readiness and issues to the appropriate stakeholders
• Partner with the Manufacturing Scheduler to align priorities and communicate schedule impacts and constraints; support mitigation actions as directed

• Oversee documentation-related workstreams (labels, EBR updates, media and materials requests), ensuring prioritization, accuracy, and on-time completion
• Author and updated controlled documents (e.g., SOPs, deviations, protocols) in alignment with GMP requirements; route completed documents for review and approval through the appropriate Quality Systems workflow
• Ensure training records are current and audit-ready; verify team compliance with required curricula, certifications, and role-based qualification plans
Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational risks, capacity constraints, and resource needs; escalate findings and support mitigation plans as directed
• Coordinate evaluation and implementation of new materials and equipment by defining user requirements, supporting trials, and confirming readiness for GMP use

Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for researching, understanding, and planning the deployment strategy into classified government cloud infrastructure. You will design cloud networking and engineering solutions to meet security, cost, and performance requirements, and deploy Anduril software into government infrastructure, promoting it through various stages. A significant part of your duties will involve identifying and triaging Kubernetes issues in the deployed environment, developing response and mitigation plans, and partnering with government platform management to address these issues effectively. You will be tasked with designing and implementing requirements for observability, alerting, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Additionally, you will deliver and maintain accreditation artifacts and standards for the environments and systems you are responsible for. You will stand up and maintain representative environments at the unclassified level for testing and development purposes, and provide direct in-person expertise during mission-critical periods. Ensuring the deployed system meets security and compliance requirements through regular updates and host OS patching will also be part of your responsibilities. About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help shape the direction of our platform and elevate the impact of our engineering team. This role offers meaningful influence and scope: shipping features that improve patients’ lives, strengthening the reliability of our systems, and moving our product forward in close partnership with Product, Design, Data, and Clinical teams.

Compensation
The starting pay range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 per year; base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in freight, end to end supply chain solutions and fulfillment to build and maintain a healthy book of business. You'll be part of a high-performing team where you’ll focus on building up Flexport’s brand while solving customer problems with tech-enabled supply chain and fulfillment solutions. A normal day might include leading a discovery call with a prospect to uncover more about their supply chain processes, project managing the complexities of a global supply chain, reviewing a customer’s growth strategy with their Flexport Operations Team, jumping on a plane and travel with a prospective client to tour a Flexport warehouse, or sharing your best practices with the broader sales team in a peer learning session. The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies, food safety standards, government regulations, and industry best practices including GMP and HACCP/HARPC.
