Job Summary

The office manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the general administrative functions and will organize and coordinate office procedures, including providing direction, oversight and management of other office staff. This position will coordinate with management and is responsible for representing the organization in communicating and coordinating with outside vendors and customers. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the administrative staff in the office to include, scheduling time and reprioritizing job duties  

• Works with customer and client inquiries to direct them to relevant staff to assist with their needs 

• Create an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it 

• Monitoring office supplies and ordering of additional supplies ensuring budget is maintained 

• new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required 

• Interviews, trains and mentors office employees  

• Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order 

• Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures  

• Performs other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an office environment, with at least 2 years experience managing others 

• Accounting or business degree or applicable work experience preferred  

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 

• Ability to work and direct the work of others professionally and equitably 

• Excellent computer skills 

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Strong math skills 

• Multi-tasking capabilities 

• Exceptional communication both verbally and written 

• Outstanding customer service skills

Job Summary

The Commissioning (Cx) Coordinator plays a critical role in the safe energization and commissioning of electrical infrastructure within mission-critical data center environments. This role supports the planning, coordination, and documentation of energization activities while ensuring compliance with safety procedures, commissioning standards, and project schedules

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Document commissioning efforts on assigned data center projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution of all commissioning phases (Level 1–5).
• Work within an integrated commissioning program including standard operating procedures (SOPs), document control workflows, templates, and Cx protocols tailored to mission-critical project demands.
• Provide technical experience to high-performing commissioning teams, including internal staff and third-party agents, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
• Develop Method of Procedure (EP/MOP) documentation in accordance with First Time Energization sequences, First of Kind inspections, pre-functional and functional test plans, load bank requirements, and integrated systems testing protocols.
• Act as a team resource for Load Banking and Energization activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, from pre-planning through execution and documentation.
• Provide commissioning documentation (checklists, redlines, test scripts, issue logs, deficiency tracking, and closeout reports)that is organized, complete, and turned over in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all commissioning phases. Coordinate with Safety, QA/QC, and Field Operations to mitigate commissioning risks.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field OR: 2-4 years of relevant field experience in electrical, mechanical, controls, or commissioning.
• Experience working with applications, standards, procedures, and drawings.

Preferred:

• Familiar with power distribution, standby generation, UPS, PDU, ATS, switchgear, and integrated systems common in mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and construction commissioning platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, CxAlloy, Nexus, AutoLOTO, Navisworks, or similar).
• Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.

Job Summary
Loenbro is in search of a Quality Coordinator to be based out of our Cedar Rapids, IA office. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's document control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role supports project billing, contract documentation, audits, and close-out processes, while working across departments to maintain document integrity. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Organize, archive, and manage digital records for designated project locations.
• Maintain version control and track revisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Assist in developing document control procedures and systems.
• Project Billing and Support.
• Compile invoice backup for billing and contract compliance.
• Resolve documentation issues with Accounting, QC, and Production Teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe products, and document management platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
• Strong service orientation, able to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including executives, PMs, accounting teams, and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational capabilities.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in document control or administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and overseeing digital backups is a plus.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced self-motivated QC Technician to join our growing Industrial Construction team.  This position will be responsible for the duties listed below along with other related functions. A team-oriented mentality and the drive to continuously improve is what sets the Loenbro team at the top of the industry.  This position works closely with related engineering, construction, fabrication, and other departments to ensure that the team’s aligned goals are met. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Weld Map Isometric drawings. 

• Enter welding and inspection information into the tracking tool. 

• Assist with pressure testing plans and functions. 

• Review and File NDE/NDT Reports. 

• Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work. 

• Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance. 

• Test welders and perform weld inspections. 

• Review welding requirements and ensure welding procedures comply. 

• Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans. 

• Provide support and training to other inspectors. 

• Write inspection and test plans (I&TP’s). 

• Plan and execute Root Cause Analysis’ and Corrective Action Reports.     

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Knowledge and experience working under a Quality Management Program. 

• Experience working on customer specifications. 

• Experience creating welding procedures. 

• Experience with verification of mechanical equipment alignment. 

• Extensive knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE). 

• 2+ years working as a Quality Control Coordinator. 

Preferred:

• Preferred experience with ASNT VT II. 

• Knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT) with ASNT-SNT-TC-1A documented. training/hands on hours. 

• NACE certification is a plus.
