The Role

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with staffing agency partners to ensure seamless collaboration, compliance, and performance optimization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for staffing agency partners, managing communication, onboarding, and issue resolution while driving strategic initiatives that enhance engagement and fulfillment. Additionally, the Partnerships Manager plays a key role in supporting business development efforts, working cross-functionally to implement new client requirements, improve processes, and maximize agency contributions to the company’s success. Through data-driven performance monitoring, strategic negotiation, and proactive problem-solving, this role ensures that agency partnerships drive value and align with company goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of at least four active clients simultaneously, supporting engagement across 50+ staffing agencies nationwide.
• Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners and internal teams.
• Conduct daily communication with agencies via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and fulfillment KPIs.
• Coordinate issue resolution, escalations, and operational adjustments in real time.
• Maintain accurate partner records, activity tracking, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen agency relationships and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and partnership agreements.
• Onboarding new agencies following onboarding processes and adhering to timelines, including: contract management, portal training, client briefings, collating compliance documentation, coverage mapping, and ensuring onboarding documentation including rate cards, training material and client briefings are regularly updated.
• Holding agencies accountable for performance levels, proactively monitoring agency partner performance using Agency and Client dashboards regularly on Tableau, identifying and addressing issues with fulfillment and demand, escalating where necessary both to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading on client implementation and new supply requirements, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to build knowledge on client accounts and maximize fulfilment and performance on key accounts.
• Share agency partner updates and performance with the internal departments.
• Creating, implementing and refining new processes to enable agency supply on new accounts.
• Create and deliver training presentations for agency suppliers. Effectively communicating demand, briefing new and existing agencies on projects and upcoming client requirements.
• Interim escalation point both internally and externally, take an impartial view and reach a fair conclusion when there is a dispute or misunderstanding by effectively liaising with the client and internal departments to resolve the situation, escalating and seeking advice where appropriate and necessary.
• Reviewing and analyzing agency feedback and issue log, identifying areas for improvement within our service, escalating any issues to relevant areas of the business and presenting solutions.
• Negotiating commercial and contractual agreements.

Main Purpose

As an Enterprise Account Director at Indeed Flex, you will be the primary architect of our ongoing strategic partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and recent business wins, focusing on increasing revenue, driving profitability, and ensuring long-term retention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years in an Account Director or Program Manager role, with a strong preference for enterprise-level or multi-site operations.
• Proven track record of independently winning and managing client contracts valued at $5M - $10M+.
• Direct experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, or RPO sectors is preferred. However, we highly value candidates with a strong background in SaaS (Software as a Service) account management, provided you can demonstrate an ability to apply those skills to a tech-enabled service environment.

The Role

As the Workers' Compensation Risk Manager (Risk Prevention and Risk Management) at Indeed Flex, you will hold overall accountability for the employer-side workers’ compensation claims management programme and provide strategic oversight to our highly successful, established EH&S department. Your mission is to bridge the gap between injury prevention and claims mitigation, creating a unified risk strategy within a fast-scaling staffing environment.

While you will act as a foundational 'builder' for the Workers’ Compensation claims framework—designing the strategy and selecting the tools from the ground up—you will provide high-level leadership to an existing EH&S Department. This role is about integration and alignment: ensuring that our proven safety successes directly influence our claims outcomes. You will lead one direct report initially, with the potential mandate to expand the Risk team as the Workers’ Compensation programme matures. You will be a hands-on Risk professional who will lead the day-to-day claims management and support the strategy for prevention and mitigation. This role sits within our Global Risk and Compliance team and reports directly to the Head of Risk and Compliance.

What you'll need

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or Workers’ Compensation, ideally within staffing or a high-volume employment environment.
• Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage experienced managers (EH&S) and lead a function through periods of rapid growth.
• Technical Depth: Hands-on experience governing High Deductible/Loss Sensitive programmes (particularly CA) and a deep understanding of claims financials and reserving.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

• The Integrator Mindset: Ability to take two functions (Safety and Claims Management) and blend them into a single, high-performing Risk unit.

• Unified Risk Strategy: Align the established EH&S prevention frameworks with a new, robust Workers' Compensation claims strategy to reduce the organization's Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) as well as defining other metrics to show success. 
• Line Management: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the US-based EH&S department, ensuring their department's tactical success scales in line with global Risk & Compliance objectives.
• Accountable Ownership: Act as the single point of truth for the performance and financial outcomes of both the safety and claims functions.

Workers’ Compensation Programme Architecture

• Framework Design: (As the sole executor for Workers’ Compensation) Establish the formal Risk Appetite Statement and Claims Handling Instructions for all external TPA (when applicable) and carrier partners.
• Scalable Governance: Design best-in-class claims governance and policies specifically tailored for a high-volume staffing workforce.
• Programme Financing: Oversee claims across multiple Guaranteed Cost jurisdictions and manage California’s High Deductible / Loss Sensitive programme, focusing on reserve accuracy and loss development.

EH&S Strategic Oversight

• Synergy Management: Collaborate with the EH&S department to ensure that data from the claims side (the "cure") is consistently fed back into the safety side (the "prevention").
• Resource Optimization: Ensure the EH&S department has the high-level support and visibility needed to maintain its successful track record as the business scales.

TPA & Vendor Management

• External Advocacy: Act as the primary employer-side contact for TPAs, carriers, and brokers, ensuring they adhere to Indeed Flex’s specific risk appetite.
• Performance Accountability: Define and track outcome-based metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to hold external vendors accountable for claim resolution and cost control.

Data-First Insights

• Integrated Reporting: Build dashboards that blend EH&S incident data with WC claims financials to provide senior leadership with a holistic view of workplace risk.
• Predictive Analysis: Use data to identify emerging trends, allowing the EH&S team to deploy targeted prevention measures before claims occur.

Complex Claim & Compliance Strategy

• High-Exposure Oversight: Direct the strategy for complex or litigated claims, including settlement and resolution tactics.
• Regulatory Governance: Ensure full compliance with all multi-state Workers’ Compensation statutes and OSHA/EPA regulations, supporting the EH&S team during audits or inquiries.

The Role

The Head of HR Compliance (US) is the operational anchor and strategic advisor for Indeed Flex. Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Director, you will serve as the primary expert on US labor and employment law, ensuring our risk and compliance strategy is localized, effective, and scalable. You are responsible for the health and compliance of our US operations and will directly lead and develop a dedicated team of compliance specialists.

This role requires a balance of high-level strategic partnership and rigorous operational oversight. You will architect the US compliance engine, overseeing the systems and vendor partnerships that manage I-9, background, and drug screening workflows for our contingent workforce, while leading complex employee relations and investigations. You are the key advisor on what works for the US team, partnering with global HR functions to refine our organizational roadmap.

What you’ll be doing

• Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and scale the US HR Compliance team; define departmental KPIs and ensure the team has the resources to meet high-volume operational demands.
• Strategic US Expansion: Serve as the lead compliance architect for entry into new US territories; conduct multi-state nexus research and local labor law mapping to ensure seamless launches.
• Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the definitive internal expert on Federal and State-specific employment laws, focusing on offboarding employees, wage and hour, equal opportunity and co-employment.
• Operational Governance: Design and oversee the governance framework for high-volume staffing operations; ensure data integrity across I-9/E-Verify and screening integrations to ensure zero-defect scalability through automation and system optimization.
• Litigation & Policy Architect: Proactively architect policy shifts in response to evolving US labor litigation trends, ensuring global leadership stays ahead of US-specific risks.
  Investigations Lead: Own the lifecycle of complex internal investigations (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, EEO), delivering high-integrity reports capable of withstanding Federal litigation.
• Liability Mitigation: Mitigate Joint Employer liability through strategic policy design, contract review, and training for both internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure clear separation of control.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary advisor on the US organizational roadmap, providing insight into compensation benchmarks, benefits optimization, and health and safety.
  Audit & Reporting: Direct the regular audit of compliance processes, federal and state reporting requirements.  Moving away from manual verification to high-level risk-reporting dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Support Expansion Readiness: Partner with the teams driving expansion, Strategy, Tax, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure state-level registrations and local insurance requirements are met ahead of territorial expansion.

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join the FP&A Team under the Strategy department and play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and supporting business transformation. • Market Insight: Develop a detailed understanding of our customer buyer personas and leverage that to identify key opportunities within the contingent workforce market, sharing industry best practices with prospective clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B Marketing team to execute campaigns, provide feedback on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and collaborate with other sales teams to optimize opportunity management.
• CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update client information and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Product Expertise: Understand the Indeed Flex proposition to a Subject Matter Expert level, confidently articulating its benefits and features.

• $60,000 to $80,000 annual salary
