We are looking for a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer who is passionate about solving complex cloud infrastructure challenges in the fast-growing AI/ML space. This is a high-impact position designed to be the "technical tip of the spear" for our most strategic AI-Native (ANE) customers.
As an FDE, you will sit at the intersection of Product Engineering and Customer Implementation. You will be embedded directly with our most strategic customers to drive transformational AI adoption. You will collaborate closely with customer teams to ship advanced AI applications that solve real world business problems.
You will build the tools, migration scripts, and AI starter kits that don't just solve one customer's problem, but scale the entire DigitalOcean AI Cloud ecosystem. At Rithum the Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) team is responsible for the availability, reliability, and observability of all database systems. We rely heavily on automation to reduce manual work and are always looking for ways to improve our processes. We currently Manage and optimize a large-scale SQL Server environment spanning hundreds of instances across hybrid infrastructure (onprem VMware and AWS), as well as installations of various relational and NoSQL database platforms including MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Postgres, and Redis. As an Engineering Manager on Chime’s Data Platform, leading the Data Storage team, you will own the group that manages Chime’s online and analytical data stores and low-latency metric serving layer. This is a unique engineering role at Prolific.
In this role, you will operate with high ownership and a product mindset, at start-up pace, to solve customer problems and capture business opportunities irrespective of the technology required to do so.
You will be part of a cross-functional Product Engineering team, optimised for the success of a single customer group. You will collaborate directly with account managers, customer success specialists and customers to deeply understand their problem spaces. You will ideate and build with autonomy, supported by a high-performing team.
This role will see you work across Prolific domains to solve customer problems, needing you to get up to speed quickly and deliver across shared codebases to a high engineering standard. You will also help support our systems in production & respond to incidents when required.

We are seeking Software Engineers to join the ML Products team. This team is focused on matching Twitch viewers with the communities they will love. To do this, we own the systems which power recommendations, search, notifications, feed, and onboarding. As a member of our team, you'll work to improve these products, invest in new ones, and make Twitch discovery better for both viewers and creators. You'll be part of a larger team of Software Engineers and partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, and other engineering teams across the company.

Our Engineering organization owns the software that makes our marketplace work. Our Product Security team enables product engineering teams to develop and deploy secure software that makes that happen. We care about good engineering practice and love to write software that is secure, tested, easy to maintain, and can scale to millions of users. We build scalable, reusable frameworks; consult with product teams; listen to the data; and iterate.
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Product Security, you'll be the technical lead for the Product Security domain — owning the long-term direction for how security is designed, built, and automated across Faire's entire application stack. You will partner closely with Platform and Product Engineering teams to identify and mitigate security risks, lead major security initiatives, and mentor engineers across the company to raise the bar on secure engineering practices.
You will also drive cross-functional programs to ensure security is deeply integrated into our architecture, pipelines, and developer experience — reducing risk while maintaining velocity.

We're hiring at Senior Staff — a level above what currently exists on the team — because we need someone who can elevate the technical bar across the board and, over time, extend that leadership into infrastructure security as well. Canada: The pay range for this role is $216,000 - 297,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
