Summary of Position

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base hourly wage range for a new hire into this position is $100,000 - $120,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. The base salary range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $168,100 - $200,810. The Client Accounting Analyst is responsible for the facilitation of the billing process, financial analysis, and reporting for assigned accounts. The Client Accounting Analyst is part of the Finance Department and works closely with other members of the department. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. Compensation
The salary range for this role is listed below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The discretionary bonus will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and firm performance.

Role:
