We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team! Under the direction of the HR Director, provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues.

In this role, you will…

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws by implementing best practices and maintaining established compliance standards
• Review timecards at the local facility for warehouse employees 
• Maintaining Records in HRIS
• Processing Payroll
• Assist in the administration of company benefit programs in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Serve as an informational resource to employees regarding HR-related forms, policies/procedures, benefits information, records, and documentation

• Partner with HR management to effectively handle and resolve local-level employee issues

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with HRIS Software, Paylocity is a plus

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Associate to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience you will be a key part of supporting Shipfusion’s clients. 

In this role you will…

• Handle incoming chat, support tickets and email interaction with Shipfusion clients
• Assist with day-to-day aspects of Support issues and optimization of service
• Facilitating support requests within Shipfusion’s facilities as required
• Manage orders in “Review” in Shipfusion Support Portal
• Execute support tickets from start to finish
• Reshipments, requests for receiving inventory, status of returns and general updates
• Communicate directly with the customer and carriers regarding shipments and shipment issues
• Follow up on internal order status for aged orders
• Work directly with our Client Service, Engineering and Warehouse teams to ensure deliverables are being achieved
• Generate and distribute reporting to the business outlining Client Support issues and metrics
• Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system (SQF Program)  in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities.

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills):

• 2+ years experience working in an customer service, warehousing or logistics environment 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.
• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within our 3PL operations. This role requires a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally while leading project initiatives. You’ll manage client projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely, cost-effective project execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, logistics knowledge, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees.
• Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team.
• Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities 

• Supervise the warehouse's daily activities, including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels.
• Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
• Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects.
• Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies. 
• Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes.
• May be required to perform other duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects. 
• Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time.
• Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reduction, accuracy).

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities):

• 5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment
• Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly  
• Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees 
• An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment
• Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus 
• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
