The Role 

The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the digital shopping experience across Green Thumb Industries (GTI) digital platforms across web, mobile app and kiosk. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and help shape GTI’s digital roadmap to drive innovation, engagement, and growth. As a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, digital marketing, site merchandising, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-impact products. You’ll be the voice of the customer, using data and empathy to champion seamless, personalized, and delightful digital journeys as GTI continues to elevate its digital presence in the cannabis space.

This is a remote position but you will be required to work Central Time business hours (8am-5pm CST). 

Responsibilities 

• Maintain and execute a holistic digital product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer data and feedback, and resources availability 
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and postlaunch optimization, working with cross-functional teams throughout the process 
• Break down complex, nebulous concepts into clear, actionable Epics and User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria outlining key customer use cases and technical/business dependencies 
• Lead and contribute to AI spec-driven development practices, authoring detailed product specifications with working prototypes that serve as the source of truth for engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners prior to development kickoff 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and engineering, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products 
• Continuous monitoring of product feature performance. Identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience

Qualifications  

• BA/BS undergraduate degree required with experience in eCommerce retail or consumer facing industries. Cannabis industry experience a plus 
• 6+ years of product management experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced startup like environment 
• Familiarity with spec-driven development practices, with the ability to author comprehensive product specifications that serve as the source of truth for engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners before development begins; candidates with a strong willingness to learn and adopt this approach are encouraged to apply 
• Experience managing products through the full life cycle: ideation, development, experimentation, launch and continuous optimization post-launch

The Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning for GTI will be responsible for developing & driving key supply chain planning strategy & initiatives, supporting demand & supply planning in critical, high volume markets, growing enterprise capabilities & best practices to support GTI short & long-term growth and serve as a cross-functional lead for supply chain.

• Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives

The Service Desk Manager will manage a team of Service Desk Analysts and IT support personnel, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, optimal user experience, and adherence to ITIL best practices for GTI staff across all locations, including retail, cultivation, office environments and the HQ office. This role will oversee IT support operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement in IT service management. This position requires a motivated, dedicated and personable IT professional capable of managing multiple projects and support requests with minimal supervision. The manager will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 

This is a remote position, but Chicagoland area candidates are preferred. Service Desk Analysts operate in a 12x7x365 model across all US time zones, so the role requires night and weekend support as needed. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the IT Service Desk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT support requests. 

• Develop and implement SLAs and KPIs to measure and improve support efficiency.

The Role
