How You'll Make An Impact
As a Boomi Technical Architect, you’ll serve as a designated and technical trusted advisor to your assigned accounts by becoming an extension of their team through proactive, prescribed and personalized engagements. What You'll Do
Provide architecture-level infrastructure recommendations, configuration, and sizing requirements to support the Boomi product suite and runtime.

How You'll Make An Impact

Collaborate with SRE, Support Team and Project stakeholders on all features and bugs uncovered by E2E team. Understand all the critical and important features to be E2E automated by collaborating with Dev managers and Directors/Stakeholders Actively sharing all the results and customer scenarios automated with all necessary dev managers/directors and stakeholders. Identifying all the important customer scenarios and features for E2E Execution and automation Be an active scrum master for the team, and lead on all the necessary sprint deliverables. Cross Collaborate with different orgs and development teams and help them in E2E Testing and Automation. Log Issues, Debug and Triage Product Failures and help SRE/Dev Team in RCA and possible fixes.

You will be expected to be a pattern breaker and know the importance of providing top quality service to each customer within Betsson Group. The Atlassian Administrator is expected to address each customer individually and deliver the service on the right technical level. The Atlassian Administrator is driven by doing a difference every day and will take ownership of tasks and follow up on the tasks until they are solved.
You will be driven by complex challenges and maintain and improve the current Atlassian Suite on an ongoing basis. You will know the importance of knowledge sharing and documentation via online tools (for example Confluence), work under minimal supervision and be motivated when succeeding as a team.
The Atlassian Administrator will take ownership of the Atlassian Suite, define relevant and needed processes and least but not last be the daily “go-to-person” in relation to the Atlassian products. The employee reports to the Engineering Manager - Atlassian Suite.
