We are seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of data product, AI/ML system, AI-powered tooling, and automation initiatives across the go-to-market and operational teams embedded within Natera’s core business units (i.e., Oncology, Women’s Health, Organ Health), including Sales, Marketing, and Medical stakeholders.

• Ensure training–serving consistency, model versioning, and clear deployment decision gates

AI Productization & Hands-On Building

• Define and implement AI product patterns, including agentic workflows and tool/function-calling integrations
• Build process automations and internal tools that improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and output quality for the teams you support
• Establish evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered features (faithfulness, relevance, safety, cost, latency)
• Implement prompt strategies, guardrails, and continuous evaluation pipelines

Governance, Compliance, & Data Quality

• Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Champion data quality, lineage, and reliability through data contracts and observability standards
• Maintain strong documentation practices (e.g., model cards, dataset documentation, audit trails)
• Partner with governance teams (Security, Legal, Compliance, AI Governance) to operationalize AI responsibly

Adoption, Change Management, & Impact

• Launch products with supporting enablement activities to ensure solutions are embedded in workflows with confidence
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate products into proactive, day-to-day decision-making
• Monitor product usage, performance, and business outcomes to iterate based on data and feedback

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product management, applied AI/ML engineering, technical founder, forward-deployed engineering), including 3+ years building data products, AI/ML systems, or related platforms
• Demonstrated domain fluency in Sales, Marketing, Field Medical, and/or related commercial/GTM functions 
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, marketing funnel, medical affairs funnel, and related funnels to relate product ideas to the overall opportunity landscape
• Familiarity with key domain-relevant tooling (e.g., Salesforce) and associated data 
• Strong technical capability (e.g., comfortable scripting, performing EDA, with AI-aided application development)
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features or automations (e.g., prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, agentic orchestration, evals)
• ML/MLOps literacy (evaluation metrics, experimentation, feature stores, CI/CD, monitoring, drift)
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, AWS/SageMaker, Airflow/Dagster)

Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations to own technical architecture, engineering delivery, and platform governance across Oracle Fusion and enterprise integrations.

This role carries primary accountability for Oracle Fusion technical architecture and integration architecture (OIC, Boomi, AWS native integration gateways, APIs, event-driven patterns), while providing secondary technical oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools (e.g., Atlassian). You will ensure scalable design, disciplined execution, upgrade readiness, intelligent automation enablement, AI adoption governance, technical debt remediation, and long-term platform sustainability.

In addition to direct technical contribution, you will lead a team of Fusion, Integration, Workday, and Enterprise Tools engineers, enforce code and configuration governance, drive deployment discipline, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across platforms.

Product Managers owns the “what.” This role owns the “how” and engineering integrity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own domain-level Oracle Fusion technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and Procurement modules.
• Define and enforce configuration standards, extension strategy, security model governance, and integration guardrails.
• Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and lead remediation initiatives.
• Lead quarterly Fusion upgrade impact analysis and regression governance.
• Design and oversee implementation of extensions, workflows (BPM), Groovy logic, Flexfields, and master data controls.
• Establish governance for AI and intelligent automation within ERP workflows.
• Own integration architecture and strategy across Natera’s SG&A applications and in-house tools.
• Define API-first and event-driven standards across OIC, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, business events, middleware, and AWS native integration services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge), ensuring reusable and scalable integration frameworks.
• Close reporting gaps and enable advanced analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion data models.
• Directly manage Integration and Platform Engineers.
• Establish code/configuration review governance and quality standards.
• Drive engineering capacity planning and predictable delivery.
• Provide technical governance and oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 4+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise.
• Deep expertise in Fusion architecture, extensions, workflows, security model, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience implementing workflows using BPM, Application Composer (Groovy), and Flexfields.
• Experience building extensions using APEX and/or Visual Builder.
• Strong experience with OIC and/or Boomi, with solid understanding of API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Fusion data structures and reporting enablement (OTBI/BIP).
• Proven ability to identify and remediate technical debt in enterprise ERP environments.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead Paralegal, Healthcare Transactions is an individual contributor who performs general legal review and analysis, and provides advice on a variety of matters in a busy, high-performing legal department within a cutting-edge molecular diagnostics company. This position will have a focus on supporting research activities performed under Attorney oversight. Experience in drafting commercial and research agreements is a must. This is a mid-senior level transactional Paralegal position, however Natera often encourages employees to take on additional assignments and projects that interest them and they are capable of. This position requires being a nimble Paralegal who can focus on key risks and provide clear, focused, actionable advice and timely review. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts needed for the effective functioning of the Company, focusing mainly on research collaboration agreements, investigator initiated trial agreements, clinical study agreements, material transfer agreements and data use agreements with Attorney oversight.

• Perform legal review and approval of other company documents, such as clinical study consent forms and study protocols.

• Appropriately manage a heavy workflow, setting priorities with internal clients and meeting deliverable timelines.

The Senior Clinical Scientist, Oncology will leverage their scientific and medical expertise in oncology to lead and execute clinical development activities for one or more assigned studies in molecular residual disease monitoring. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Head of GU Oncology Lifecycle Management, you will shape the vision and strategy for Natera’s oncology product portfolio in GU cancers. Your leadership will drive a cohesive, cross-functional approach—partnering with medical, sales, business development, and other key teams—to position our products effectively and address critical unmet needs in cancer care.

Reporting directly to the VP of Oncology Lifecycle Management, you will own the GU disease area strategy, and make high-impact decisions to maximize the clinical and commercial success of our oncology solutions. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the lifecycle planning and success of GU cancers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a strategic plan that drives usage, awareness, and advocacy across key stakeholders worldwide.
• Expand Signatera access across GU tumors – prioritize key indications, own evidence roadmaps, close evidence gaps and submit for coverage
• Establish tumor-specific goals to be owned by the lifecycle team and across functions.
• Serve as a critical member on clinical / medical teams, helping define and prioritize key indications while identifying and addressing evidence gaps.
• Monitor performance & mitigate risks – In close partnership with Marketing team, track performance and deliver against GU commercial and medical goals, identifying potential issues / risks and implement mitigation strategies
