1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: 

• • Lead the development and execution of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy to achieve key business objectives.

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role located in New York, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and Boston is $111,000 - $125,000 + a 20% annual bonus depending on experience. We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This position sits within the broader Design & Construction (D&C) team. The D&C team is responsible for bringing our various cutting-edge factories, offices, and secure spaces to life. We collaborate with a variety of stakeholders involved in shaping the built environment needed to enable Anduril’s mission (construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and many more). But, first and foremost, we deeply listen to what our Division Leaders need. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• External Project Management and Coordination:
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate closely with external project management teams to ensure alignment of construction activities with overall project objectives.
• Facilitate regular meetings with external project managers to discuss project updates, resource allocation, and potential challenges.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters.
• Advise in all phases of any given project: programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations - not just construction.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other key internal stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with non-constriction functions like Security, Network Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, Kitchen Operations, Manufacturing, EHS, Legal, and many others.
• Budget and Financial Oversight:
• Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects: everything from large greenfield projects to small one-day capital improvements.
• Work closely with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior executives.
• Contracting Strategy:
• Develop and implement creative contracting structures that align incentives, reduce change order disputes, and set up projects for success
• Establish commercial terms that drive transparency, predictability, and fairness throughout the project lifecycle
• Structure contracts to appropriately allocate risk, protect the company’s interests, and minimize potential disputes
• Construction Cost Estimating:
• Gather (and help define) user requirements for nascent construction projects.
• Generate accurate cost estimates at all stages of a project lifecycle (concept, test fits, schematic designs, construction drawings, etc.).
• Manage relationships with consultants, regional contractors, and suppliers as needed to support individual project cost estimates.
• Help build our historical cost database to inform every future project.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• At least 5 years Maritime Experience in a construction leadership role
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• The ability to lead and effectively communicate with large, diverse project teams
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support a project or team meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing-related projects

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. Position Overview

The Field Marketing Manager, Americas will own and scale the field marketing engine for a high-impact business unit, directly influencing pipeline growth, accelerating revenue, and shaping how we go to market across the region.

Required Experience/Skills

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or closely related experience (e.g., growth, revenue, campaign marketing), with a track record of driving pipeline and bookings with Sales. 
• Deep experience building and executing integrated field programs across tactics such as events, webinars, ABM and partner campaigns.

Professional Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Client Service / Management

• Serve as the day-to-day account lead for up to 5 B2B technology clients, ensuring exceptional client service and account management.
• Direct teams of 5–10 members, from interns to VPs, managing workflow, priorities, and team development.
• Provide strategic counsel aligned with each client’s business objectives and technology-focused goals.

• Lead strategic media and analyst relations programs for B2B technology clients across sectors including enterprise software, cloud, AI, security, and data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, technology, and trade journalists, as well as key industry analysts.
• Guide account teams in identifying news opportunities, shaping compelling story angles, and executing proactive media outreach.
• Partner with clients to elevate thought leadership through feature coverage, executive interviews, and contributed content.
• Oversee measurement and reporting of media performance to ensure programs deliver meaningful visibility and business impact.

Agency Operations

• Contribute to company growth through new business development, organic client expansion, and creation of client case studies within the B2B technology space.
• Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences relevant to technology and communications, including occasional out-of-hours events, to maintain professional development and build relationships.
• Lead at least one agency-wide training annually and participate in trainings as needed.
• Establish and maintain a focus area within agency support, such as digital strategy, social media, or technology-specific communications initiatives.

• Manage up to 2 direct reports, set goals, conduct quarterly check-ins, and deliver annual reviews.
