You are an Account Executive with a background and/or interest in global health and development who knows how to...
- Provide service support by attending internal and client meetings and Teams calls, meeting deadlines, troubleshooting problems, drafting and updating status reports, and responding to staff, client requests and questions in a timely manner.
- Write, edit and proofread written materials and creative collateral including but not limited to press materials, strategy memorandums, blog posts, web pages/sites, videos, advertising elements and/or general client and agency correspondence.
- Collaborate with an integrated communications team to understand client goals and develop relevant and effective advertising and communication strategies.
- Track, analyze and report on account-related news, coverage, research and online conversation.
- Execute media relations efforts including media list development and pitching, and develop strong ongoing relationships with journalists, reporters and bloggers.
- Assist in coordinating media, client and agency events, including identifying and securing venues; working with creative team to develop marketing and collateral materials such as signage, handouts, and other branded materials; coordinating with internal departments on additional logistics such as media placement, event production and webcasting.
- Analyze campaign metrics and implement public engagement and social media tools.
- Contribute to and implement media strategies as directed by senior staff.
- Facilitate account billing.
You have…
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 1 - 2 years of experience managing projects and/or clients in communications, public relations, journalism, public policy, advertising or a related field.
- Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; flexibility to work evenings and weekends - because we're a client services firm and sometimes that's when our clients need us.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- An interest in global health and development issues, gender equality, social justice, food/nutrition systems, and/or international health.

GMMB seeks an experienced Digital Media Planner to provide strategic counsel and develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies for our political clients. In this role, you'll synthesize industry research and trends to create compelling media recommendations, manage cross-platform digital campaigns across display, video, social, and mobile, and present strategic insights to clients and prospects.
You are…a Digital Media Planner who knows how to:
- Provide expert counsel and guidance to clients on digital media advertising strategies.
- Synthesize digital media research, reports and trends to inform and create compelling media POVs and recommendations based on target audiences and client goals.
- Develop and persuasively present digital media recommendations to clients and potential clients through new business pitches.
- Manage day-to-day media buying needs, including delivering creative specs to vendors, facilitating payment to vendors, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize in order to achieve objectives, and analyze and report results.

You have…
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required.
- 3-5 years of digital advertising experience.
- Experience buying and managing cross-platform digital advertising programs, utilizing various assets including display, video, and mobile.
- Experience managing awareness (branding or message) and acquisition programs.
- Experience working with an ad-serving platform.
- Understanding of search engine marketing space and social media platforms.

As a Senior Digital Account Manager on the Political Team, you would…
- Develop and execute multi-screen, cross-platform digital strategies to persuade, mobilize, and register voters, in conjunction with senior staff.
- Write and produce digital creative and advertising in coordination with our creative, design and video production teams.
- Analyze paid digital advertising campaign media plans and metrics to create and present weekly digestible reports that highlight key insights or optimization opportunities for our clients.
- Coordinate with other departments, including creative, digital, media and/or production, to develop and implement digital communications and advertising strategies and digital collateral for clients’ campaigns.
- Effectively manage client accounts and project budgets. Coordinate directly with clients on deliverables, timelines, and updates.
- Research, write, and present proposals, creative strategy briefs, messaging documents, web and social media content, to internal and client teams.
- Help manage project teams, delegate assignments, and mentor junior staff.

You are…a Senior Digital Media Planner who knows how to:
- Own the full lifecycle of digital media campaigns, from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Serve as a strategic voice in media planning conversations, identifying optimization opportunities and continuously improving media processes.
- Provide expert counsel to clients on digital media strategy, platform selection, audience targeting, budgeting, and measurement.
- Translate research, audience insights, platform innovations, and cultural trends into clear, compelling media POVs and recommendations.
- Develop and present persuasive media strategies for existing clients and new business pitches.
- Manage day-to-day media buying operations, including creative trafficking, vendor coordination, billing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor, optimize, and analyze campaign performance using platform data, third-party tools, and custom reporting frameworks.
- Stay current on the evolving digital landscape, including changes in privacy, identity, measurement, and platform capabilities, and apply those learnings to improve campaign outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and understand the unique value of each platform.
- Educate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account, production, analytics) on digital media strategies, trends, and best practices.
- You’re curious, responsible, and practical about AI, and know how to apply it in real-world digital media work. This may include:
- Using AI-powered tools to support media planning, audience insights, forecasting, optimization, and reporting.
- Partnering with analytics and data teams to leverage machine learning models for targeting, performance prediction, and measurement.
