Position Summary:
The Account Manager, PBM is responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, and new implementations. Support implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks, consistent with strategic or administrative intent.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with clinical account manager (CAM) and account executive (AE) to manage clients through the entire lifecycle from implementation through go-live and renewal on a designated book of business
Support implementation as a critical member of the client management teams with all day-to-day client requirements
Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, override requests, demos and new implementations
Analyze incoming client requests and work with internal and external teams to complete required plan documentation
Support implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks, consistent with strategic or administrative intent
Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy
Lead claim reviews to proactively identify discrepancies or inaccuracies and develop solutions to address
Travel requirements not to exceed 25%
Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, escalating as needed
Research and respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries
Coordinate integration of other data inputs into client management processes
Collaborate cross functionally to support general client operations, as required
Responsible for relationship management and contribution to successful NPS and Account Management Survey results, along with retention support
Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate bachelor’s degree, with record of strong academic performance
5+ years of proven experience in PBM / health plan, benefits consulting, healthcare
Track record of building trusting internal and external relationships
Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL a bonus
Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product

Role
We are looking for an experienced Partner Business Manager to join our Partner & Alliances team. This is a remote role located in any major metro area in the US, reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner & Alliances. You’ll drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future by building and executing structured business plans for partner alliances to further cement Zscaler’s position as the world leader in cloud security. You will act as a strategic catalyst, leveraging executive relationships and internal collaboration to deliver on regional revenue goals.

About the Role

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000 annually. About your role
We are seeking an exceptional product manager:
Your role will be to build the product to deliver a marketplace for on-demand legal services, connecting legal pros with potential customers, much like the revolutionary Uber/Lyft taxi business model, but for legal solutions, aiming to disrupt the legal industry.
Using your product, US customers will submit details of their legal situations and request legal answers, consultations, and services from Legal Pros, which your product will fulfill in near real time and at scale:
Your systems will connect a customer with a qualified Legal Pro, facilitate their interactions, schedule consultations, manage legal service workflows, and ensure Legal Pros are paid. It will also manage reconciliations and store an auditable log of every legal action. This product will then be released at scale, first in the US and then internationally in a bid to revolutionize the legal industry. Think Uber, but for Law!
As our talented product manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, working closely with your stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to identify the best architectural path forward to meet the complex and revolutionary business requirements that underpin this product. You will ensure that Rocket Lawyer builds the right product and builds the product right. This includes defining KPIs to measure the success of your product, conducting product discovery to ensure you mitigate the risks of value, viability, feasibility, and usability with your product trio team, including a Tech Lead and UX Designer, and then producing detailed requirements and ensuring we release on time to hit our planned delivery dates.
How you will make a difference day to day

We’re looking for a Space Force Account Executive to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.
The Space Force Account Executive is a senior individual contributor responsible for the health and growth of Raft’s Space Force portfolio. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a multi-faceted position that spans account growth and delivery success with each dimension reinforcing the others.
On any given week you may be sitting with a delivery team to understand program status, briefing a program manager on how Raft’s platform is evolving, flagging a risk before it becomes a problem, or helping shape an early opportunity based on a relationship you built during your time in the service. The through-line in all of it is the same: keeping Raft’s Space Force programs healthy, our customers successful, and the portfolio growing.
The right person for this role understands how Space Force programs are funded, structured, and acquired from the inside, and uses that knowledge to be a credible, trusted presence with customers rather than a vendor running a sales process. We will train you on the commercial side. What we can’t teach is the mission context and community knowledge you bring from your time in and around Space Force.

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. Appian is actively seeking a Field Marketing Manager reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, to develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing plans to support our go-to-market efforts in the Public Sector industry. This role will be responsible for managing and executing Public Sector industry events and field marketing programs designed to grow and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue. The role will also be responsible for operational, implementation and post-program and event reporting and activities.
Our ideal candidate will have direct experience with Public Sector marketing (Defense, Federal Civilian, and/or State and Local Government) and an understanding of the technology ecosystem in which we operate, including business process automation and low-code application development. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual, familiar with end-to-end field event strategy and execution, sales enablement, and balancing an ecosystem of partners in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will:
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of a rich portfolio of Public Sector events, including major industry trade shows, regional seminars, and executive roundtables, ensuring a high-quality and professional experience for all attendees.
Partner closely with Public Sector Field Sales to define goals and implement a marketing plan that drives lead generation and account expansion activities.
Execute account-based marketing (ABM) tactics, aligning them with account-specific plans to penetrate and expand target accounts.
Enable the regional sales team with the latest marketing content and program information, ensuring they are equipped for effective follow-up and sales conversations.
Manage the budget for assigned field programs, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget, while tracking and reporting on ROI.
Oversee the lead management process for marketing campaigns, ensuring an effective handoff to sales to maximize pipeline conversion.
Analyze campaign performance in partnership with Marketing Operations, using data to make recommendations for future optimization and strategic decisions.
Ability to travel 25-30%.
Qualifications:
3+ years of field marketing or events experience at a B2G or B2B enterprise software company
Experience managing large and regional event logistics, strategy, and execution
Bachelor’s Degree
The base salary for this role is between $75,000–$175,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
