About the Role

At Pushpay, the Strategic Customer Success Manager plays a key role in building and fostering relationships with our key Enterprise customers. You will be quota-based, where you are responsible for the retention, renewal rate, and increased business in a specific book of accounts, including structuring contract terms and pricing that drive business objectives. You will interact and build relationships with our customers to ensure they are both using and seeing value from their Pushpay platform. Your goals will include annual renewal dollars, expansion, and upsell of products, and growing giving through the Pushpay platform. You are here to ensure customer success by being dedicated to making our customers successful in their deployment, adoption, and usage of Pushpay. You will do all of this while creating a strong relationship with our customers based on value realization. Additionally, you will proactively build and grow relationships with senior staff and executive contacts of these strategic customers. What You'll Do

• Revenue Retention: You will have targets and goals that ensure our customers stay customers.
• Adoption Target: We are here to help our organizations deploy and use Pushpay, but the work doesn’t stop there. We help them engage with their givers and drive adoption beyond the organization.
• Upsell: We are building the most powerful engagement platform in the market. You will be responsible to sell additional products and features.
• High Sales Activities: You will have the opportunity to work with a significant number of key customers, with at times complex needs, and with that comes a responsibility to make a large volume of calls and emails.
• Pushpay Product Training and Assistance: You will be an expert in Pushpay’s products so you are able to help with training, deployment, and giver adoption. This knowledge will help us ensure our successes, which drives both retention and upsell.
• Travel: When travel is approved, you will lead business review presentations on-site with customers to build relationships, value propositions, and work towards a predetermined outcome of success. Expect to take 8-12 multi-day trips per year.
• Relational competence: The ability to grow relationships and engagement with senior and C-level executives with our most strategic customers.
• Manage the full-cycle renewal process from prospect to close: Complete Discovery Calls with Decision Makers, Negotiate and Close deals.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent years of experience.
• You have at least 5 years of inside sales, account management, renewal team management and experience with maintenance renewal process.
• You’ve used and have working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
• Previous experience working with Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals and/or background in software preferred.
• Proven track record with quota/ target attainment.
• Ability to build relationships with large account sets.
• Managed large, strategic accounts in prior roles.

• Project manage the onboarding and implementation of Catholic customers, manage a pipeline, and meet or exceed KPI’s.

About the Role

The Director of Payments Strategic Partnerships is a pivotal, senior individual contributor role that will architect and execute the comprehensive fintech payment partnership strategy for Pushpay’s $8B+ annual volume embedded payments SaaS platform. What You'll Do

1. Payment Ecosystem Strategy:  Define the multi-year partnership strategy, identify capability and economic gaps in the existing payments stack, and continuously refine the ecosystem of ISV, ISO, PayFac processors, digital wallets, and risk tool providers.

4. Commercial Strategy & Unit Economics:  Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-value contracts for all processing and partner agreements. Develop economic models with Finance/BI and execute comprehensive strategies for cost containment and margin improvement (e.g., routing optimization, mix-shift).
5. Technical Integration & Alignment:  Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to formulate and facilitate platform-to-partner integrations (APIs, webhooks, data flows). Ensure platform compliance and contribute to build-vs-partner decisions by articulating trade-offs.
6. New Partner Development:  Systematically identify, qualify, and prioritize new processor and ecosystem partnerships (e.g., payment methods, data and AI services). Lead the full deal lifecycle, including solution planning, negotiation, contract execution, and strategic launch.
7. Matrixed Leadership:  Lead and drive cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.) on partnership strategies, acting as the internal subject-matter expert on payment economics and fintech ecosystem trends. Influence and align senior stakeholders through clear, data-driven business cases.

Required Education and Experience

This role demands a seasoned Fintech professional with a unique and demonstrated blend of deep payments domain expertise, commercial acuity, and strategic partnership management, thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• 8+ years of experience in the fintech payments industry with substantial, hands-on experience in Processor/Acquirer Relationships and Governance as well as the ISO/PayFac Models and commercialization of embedded payments.
• Deep Subject Matter Expertise:  Demonstrated capability to thoroughly analyze the financial aspects of Merchant Services payments, including expert knowledge in modeling and explaining:  Interchange, scheme fees, acquiring markup fees, revenue share and buy rate mechanics and residual structures.
• Compliance & Risk:  Direct experience as a PayFac, ISO or acquiring entity with PCI-DSS compliance, AML/KYC frameworks, and card brand scheme rules.
• Commercial Acuity:  Proven track record as an individual contributor structuring and negotiating complex, multi-year, commercial agreements.

What You'll Do

• Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close.
• Generate list of prospective churches through research, cold-calling, internet and professional network.

What You'll Do

• Be the Catholic Expert: Apply deep Catholic operational knowledge to product decisions from day one. Use targeted discovery with parish and diocese stakeholders to validate direction and surface nuance across Catholic traditions, liturgical timing, and stewardship models, then translate that back into the portfolio with speed and clarity.
• Own the Catholic Product Narrative: Build and maintain a clear, credible product story for Catholic diocese leaders and board-level stakeholders, one that connects Pushpay’s portfolio investments directly to Catholic outcomes and priorities.
• Navigate and Influence the Portfolio: Work across product domains, Engineering, and UX to ensure Catholic-specific needs are understood, prioritized, and delivered, including where AI capabilities can reduce friction or surface insights for Catholic users. Your effectiveness depends on building trust, making a clear business case, and knowing when to escalate.
• Responsible AI: Champion a "Human-in-the-Loop" approach to AI, surfacing insights and reducing administrative burden without replacing pastoral judgment or the personal relationships central to parish life. Ensure all AI features align with data privacy standards and Catholic social teaching.
• Catholic Market Advocacy: Help Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing explain the value of Pushpay’s product to Catholic stakeholders, translating the what and why into language that resonates with parish and diocese leaders. Show up externally at key Catholic events and diocese conversations as a credible product voice for the Catholic market.
• Measure What Matters: Define and track adoption, NPS, and retention signals within the Catholic segment. Use data to build the internal case for prioritization, know when a delivered feature is actually working, and iterate based on real feedback from parishes and dioceses.

How We'll Measure Success

In your first 12 months:

• Time Savings: Quantified improvement in time-on-task for parish administrators using delivered features.
• Catholic Segment NPS: Measurable improvement in NPS scores within Catholic accounts, with qualitative signal via CSat that Catholic parishes are satisfied with how the software actually works.
• Adoption & Retention: Growth in the percentage of Catholic accounts actively engaging with delivered features, with an eye on churn as a lagging indicator of whether the product is delivering real value over time.
• Portfolio Influence: Evidence that Catholic-specific requirements are being incorporated across product domains, measured by feature delivery and stakeholder feedback.
• Roadmap Clarity: A Catholic product narrative that diocese leaders and board-level stakeholders find credible, useful, and consistently reflective of where Pushpay is headed.

What You'll Bring

• Catholic Domain Fluency (Required): Parish and diocese life from the inside. Liturgical calendar, stewardship models, sacramental workflows. A personal connection to or deep respect for the Catholic faith is essential.
• 5+ Years in B2B SaaS Product Management: End-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption. Complex workflows or financial data preferred. Faith-based context a plus.

About The Role

Join one of the leading global technology companies and lead a high-performing Accounting Operations team, based in our brand-new Auckland CBD office.

Reporting directly to the CFO and with significant exposure to executive leadership, you will lead a team of experienced accounting professionals to deliver key financial outcomes for a scaled, fast-paced multinational company. What You’ll Do

• Manage day to day / week to week operational accounting processes focused on Accounts Payable, Billing/AR, and Payroll, leveraging technology and continuous process improvement to drive accurate and efficient functions, with a high attention to detail. 
• Partner with our Human Resources team to ensure staff benefits accuracy and compliance, including leading the annual US 401(k) audit process.
• Ensure our key operational accounting functions perform in high quality control environments with effective management accounting and reporting systems. 
• Work in partnership with our Director of Accounting and Reporting and Group Controller to support the monthly close process and our monthly Board and Lender reporting obligations.

• Partnering, and advising on the financial implications of management decisions with a data based mindset.

Skills & Experience

• CA or CPA qualified, with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in large, complex businesses with global exposure.
• Strong accounting capability, proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Autonomous, driven, and self-directed, with a track record of delivering multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, innovation, and sound judgement in solving complex issues.

• US accounting experience is highly desirable.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate high-potential Dioceses within the Catholic space.

• Participate in on-call support of the Pushpay products, if on the on-call roster
• Review system generated events and alerts and industry sources for operational issues and security concerns

• Produce value to the business by regularly shipping robust, high quality features into the production environment
• Identify problems and risks in your own work, and that of others. Suggest improvements to design and approach
• Be aware of, and contribute to refining, the engineering "lore and custom" (aka. culture, policies, and procedures)
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Actively improve operability of systems and operational awareness of teams
• Take the initiative to identify and/or fix issues before being assigned them
• Recruit new Engineers (sales pitch, technical screens)
• Contribute to SRE Operability and Architecture Reviews with other engineering teams
• Be highly aware of the profound security and compliance ramifications of the nature of our business (specifically our PCI compliance requirements)
• Develop high-quality system design and architecture
• Break down larger pieces of work into small, well-scoped pieces for other team members
• Take end-to-end responsibility on features of increasing complexity
• Spend time making sure junior or new engineers unfamiliar with the tech or processes we have understand what they are doing and why they are doing it
• Work with Software Engineers, Quality Assistance, Product and other parts of the business to review requirements and proposed solutions and provide input into these processes (which may include ideation, algorithms, processes and feature design) which may constitute intellectual property that belongs to Pushpay
• Develop software and tooling (code, algorithms, designs, processes and practices) that will be incorporated into Pushpay products (both internal and external) and associated infrastructure which may constitute intellectual property that belongs to Pushpay

Typical experience
