Who We Are
Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families. More than 9 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and the people who love them. What began as a universal registry has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a flagship showroom in Los Angeles. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. We’re helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. As we build the generational brand in baby, our mission remains simple: to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive. To learn more, visit www.babylist.com.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
This role is remote and open to candidates based on the East Coast (Boston to DC) or in the Los Angeles area. While the day-to-day work is remote, proximity to our key hubs matters for this role — you'll need to be available during Eastern or Pacific business hours and able to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration.
What The Role Is
We're looking for a Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content — responsible for upleveling how Babylist shows up across social channels, how we build and sustain creator relationships at scale, and how we translate social attention into trust, advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Media, you will expand on our current social and influencer strategy and manage our social team. This role will lead creator strategy, strengthen community engagement, and continue elevating the quality and impact of our content.
We’re looking for a leader who can sharpen strategic focus, deepen community connection, and raise the bar creatively. You must have strong creative instinct and editorial judgment, paired with the analytical rigor to understand what’s working and scale it. We expect you to be deeply culturally fluent, ahead of trends, and actively using the latest AI tools to sharpen workflows, fuel creative experimentation, and strengthen analysis.

About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$195,050.00 - $234,060.00

Employment Status: Exempt

Compensation: Vienna based: €110K+ salary based on experience, Boston based: $155K-$168K salary. Compensation also includes performance-based bonus program and equity

Ketryx is the AI-native compliance platform for regulated industries. We help medical device, pharma, and automotive teams ship software faster without compromising on the safety and quality standards their industries — and their patients — depend on.
We're a Series B company with offices in Boston and Vienna, and we're building the system of record for how regulated AI gets developed and shipped.
We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to make our design team a primary source of user truth at Ketryx.
Our users are not casual software consumers. They are systems engineers, quality leads, regulatory specialists, and software developers working on products where mistakes have real consequences. Designing for them means understanding their work at a depth most B2B companies never reach — and translating that understanding into workflows that feel obvious to the people who live in them every day.
You'll build and lead a research-led design function that deeply understands these personas, shapes what we build (not just how it looks), and partners with product on every roadmap decision. You'll inherit a small team in Vienna, a strong product partnership, and a company that takes design seriously as a peer function across R&D.
This is a hands-on leadership role at early-stage pace. You should be excited to run the playbook yourself before scaling it.
This role can be Boston, MA or Vienna, AT based, with travel between offices every 4–6 weeks. Expect heavier travel during your first three months as you get to know the team and the work. The role reports to the Head of Product and partners closely with our CTO and product leadership.
If this sounds like the right next step, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Director of Security Risk and Trust who breaks the mold of traditional compliance leadership. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days pushing spreadsheets and chasing attestation deadlines—this is a role where you'll engineer solutions to governance and compliance challenges at scale, build systems that make security and trust a competitive advantage, and lead a team that operates at the intersection of security engineering, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
You'll own the strategy and execution of Klaviyo's Risk and Trust program, partnering deeply with Engineering, Product, Legal, IT, and business teams to embed compliance and risk management into how we build and operate—not bolt it on after the fact. You'll bring a strong technical foundation and an engineering mindset to everything you do, from designing automated compliance pipelines to developing governance frameworks for AI/ML systems. You'll need to be as comfortable reading Terraform configs and reviewing architecture diagrams as you are presenting risk posture to executive leadership.

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
Axon Enterprise (Nasdaq: AXON) is seeking a Data Science Principal within the Office of the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). This is a hands-on enabler role for a technically exceptional professional with deep finance and accounting domain expertise. Your primary mission is to ensure that Axon’s AI builders, process owners, decision-makers, and auditors can operate with clean, trusted, well-governed, and audit-ready data. You will spend roughly half your time building data analytics tools and pipelines—leveraging AI as a development accelerator—to support complex, large-scale projects including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system deployments, upstream data remediation, and SOX compliance initiatives.
The other half is strategic: partnering across Controllership, Finance Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Internal Audit, and Technology to establish the data foundation that makes AI, automation, and audit readiness possible. You will use AI-assisted development tools (code generation, copilots, large language models) as part of your everyday build process.
Hands-On Building & Upstream Data Cleanliness (~50%)
• Design and develop data analytics tools, automated validation frameworks, and dashboards that give Finance Operations and Controllership real-time visibility into data health across enterprise systems. Use AI to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy these solutions.
• Drive upstream data hygiene cross-functionally: partner with source-system owners in Revenue Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Engineering to fix data issues where they originate, not after they propagate.
• Own data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and quality scorecards for critical controllership data assets. Establish and enforce master data management (MDM) standards.
• Partner with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Information Technology (IT) on integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flows between ERP, sub-ledgers, and the enterprise data platform. Support Snowflake data warehouse deployment.
Mergers & Acquisitions Data Integration
• Lead data workstreams for M&A transactions end-to-end: perform data due diligence on target companies, assess data quality risks, and build integration playbooks for onboarding acquired-company data into Axon’s enterprise platform.
• Design and execute data mapping, cleansing, and migration plans for post-acquisition integration—ensuring acquired entities are reporting on clean, consolidated data within defined timelines.
• For interim stage prior to M&A integration, build, own, and operate extract-transform-load (ETL) and extract-load-transform (ELT) pipelines that remediate data quality issues at the source—before data reaches downstream AI models, reporting, or analytics. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (copilots, code generation, large language models) to accelerate pipeline development and iteration.
• Build repeatable M&A controllership data integration frameworks—using AI to automate data profiling, matching, and anomaly detection—that scale as Axon’s acquisition pace accelerates.
Financial Controls, SOX & Audit Readiness
• Co-design data pipelines and analytics with auditability built in—traceable lineage, complete audit trails, and evidence that holds up under external audit.
• Build or collaborate with process owners to build close-support tools (GL-to-sub-ledger, intercompany, journal entries) that reduce manual effort and strengthen control evidence.
Enabling AI Builders & Process Owners
• Serve as the data enablement partner to Axon’s Controllership AI team and Controllership process owners—ensuring they have access to clean, well-structured, governed datasets for machine learning (ML), automation, and large language model (LLM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI builders to define data requirements, validate input data quality, and create feedback loops that continuously improve data upstream of AI/ML workflows.
• Create self-service analytics capabilities that enable FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership teams to access trustworthy data without bottlenecks.
Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, shaping technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and system integration decisions. Act as a strong ally to Controllership and Finance Operations.
• Engage stakeholders across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Engineering, Product, Revenue Operations, and Legal to manage cross-functional data projects end-to-end. Influence without authority across global, distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 8+ years in data science, data engineering, or analytics.
• Hands-on builder: strong, current proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python—you write code, build pipelines, and ship tools, not just direct others. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to multiply your output.
• Deep experience with upstream data quality remediation, master data management, and data governance operationalization in a finance or accounting environment.
• Demonstrated M&A data integration experience: due diligence, data mapping, migration, and post-acquisition consolidation.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships, lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, and influence without direct authority across global teams.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, revenue recognition) or FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)—you understand the business logic, not just the data.
• Practical familiarity with SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs) sufficient to design audit-ready data pipelines, maintain traceable audit trails, and support internal audit teams and external auditors with data extracts, population listings, and control evidence—without needing to own the SOX program or control design.
• Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse experience. Business intelligence (BI) platforms such as Sigma.
• High-growth, publicly traded technology company or digital transformation environment.
• Experience enabling AI/ML teams with clean data pipelines. Demonstrated use of AI code-generation in day-to-day development. Supervisory experience leading data teams.
• M&A integration at a company with an active acquisition strategy. Public safety, defense, or regulated industry background.
• Experience with audit management or financial close platforms/ERP and their data integration requirements; familiarity with how these tools consume and produce audit evidence.
Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.

Ready to apply?
Apply to AxonAt Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life.

At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives each Klaviyo (we call ourselves Klaviyos) brings to our workplace each and every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you’re a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you’ll still consider applying. Want to learn more about life at Klaviyo? Visit klaviyo.com/careers to see how we empower creators to own their own destiny.
Klaviyo, the autonomous B2C CRM company, is at an inflection point. We've built something that works and customers love — now the mandate is scaling it with discipline in a market that is being disrupted by AI on a daily basis. This is an incredible opportunity that requires strategy, change management skills and operating rigor - all things that best in class Business Operations’ teams are known for. The Head of Business Operations owns the system that makes Klaviyo execute. Not a function. Not a program. The whole operating architecture — how strategy gets set, how it cascades, how cross-functional work actually moves, how the leadership team stays aligned, and how the Board stays informed. You will call out what's broken. You will fix it. And you will do it without waiting for permission.
This role sits at the intersection of the CEO, the senior leadership team (LT), and the operational engine of the company. If you've scaled a company through hypergrowth, led the unglamorous work that makes a leadership team actually function, and built operating systems that outlast any individual — this was written for you.
CEO & Leadership Team Effectiveness
This is not a chief of staff role that begins and ends with the CEO's calendar. It is not a program manager who tracks work other people own. And it is not a strategic advisor who synthesizes without executing. This is an operator with real accountability for how Klaviyo runs — who brings both the systems thinking and the hands-on discipline to make it better, every quarter.

SimpliSafe is a leading innovator in home security, on a mission to make every home a safe home. We build user-centric hardware, software, and services that protect what matters most, with a hybrid work model and a highly collaborative, low-ego culture.
We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday – working together in person and choosing where they work for the remainder of the week. We all benefit from flexibility and get to use the best of both worlds to get our work done.
Well, we’re growing and thriving. So, we need smart, talented, and humble people who share our values to join us as we disrupt the home security space and relentlessly pursue our mission of keeping Every Home Secure.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager – AI/ML to own the strategy and roadmap for SimpliSafe’s AI capabilities layer: the platform, models, and infrastructure that power both our monitoring intelligence stack and our customer-facing AI experiences.
You will own the AI capabilities that make both of those better: the models that detect real threats faster, the pipelines that keep them production-ready, and the platform decisions that determine what SimpliSafe can build at all. Domain PMs on monitoring and consumer will be your peers and primary customers. Your job is to make their roadmaps possible.
You will work directly with a world-class AI/ML engineering team on hard problems: real-time video analysis on edge hardware, trust-critical decision-making where errors have real consequences, and consumer AI experiences that drive value in a recurring revenue business. You will need to hold a sharp product point of view while translating between deeply technical ML constraints and business outcomes.
Home security is one of the few domains where AI errors have immediate, real-world consequences. A false alarm dispatches emergency services unnecessarily. A missed threat puts someone’s family at risk. Trust, once lost, does not come back. That constraint (the requirement to be both fast and right) makes this a genuinely hard AI problem, and one that the industry has not solved.
SimpliSafe is the largest DIY home security company in the US, with millions of active subscribers and a professional monitoring operation that runs 24/7. That scale means the data exists to build something meaningful. The engineering talent is here. The business consequence is real. What has been missing is the product leadership to translate that potential into a coherent AI capabilities strategy.
This role exists to close that gap. You will not manage a PM team. You will own the AI capabilities platform that determines what SimpliSafe can build; you will work alongside engineers, operators, designers, and domain PMs who are trying to solve the same problem from different angles. It is an IC role with principal-level organizational influence, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.
If you want to do consequential AI product work where the feedback loop is real, the stakes are high, and the problem is not yet solved, this is the right seat.
The target annual base pay range for this role is $174,000 to $256,000.
This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually. About the Role
The Director of Indirect Procurement is a highly visible enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for managing approximately $240 million dollars in SimpliSafe’s spend. This high-impact position sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, with direct impact on the company’s bottom line and most important objectives.
This leadership role reports to the CFO and owns end-to-end indirect procurement strategy, from demand intake and sourcing through contract execution and ongoing supplier management, while also leading corporate real estate planning and lease negotiations. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
At SimpliSafe, Procurement operates as a strategic enabler, not a transactional function – an agile team focused on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives. The team delivers value through operational excellence, trusted business partnerships, expert category management, and a “make-it-happen” mindset.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of procurement experience and leadership, a high degree of financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to influence change within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Enterprise Client Principal to own and steward a nine-figure, multi-year, enterprise-level partnership with a major biopharma company, which is foundational to Beacon’s growth and long-term strategy. With success, the role can expand to additional partnerships of equal scope and magnitude. This role is responsible for assessing and driving the overall health and execution of the major partnership, from post-contract launch through short- and long-term value delivery and growth, effectively serving as General Manager to the account.

At Klaviyo, we know that building a great company starts with building a great team. We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and we care as much about your trajectory and potential as we do about direct, one‑to‑one matches with every requirement.
Klaviyo went public in 2023 and is scaling fast. This is a rare chance to architect the Finance systems foundation for a company at this inflection point. The Finance Technology Systems team is part of G&A Systems within Global Technology Solutions (GTS). This group designs, operates, and continually improves the applications and workflows that power how Klaviyo manages money, risk, and financial reporting at scale.
The team partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Internal Audit, as well as adjacent technology teams like Corporate IT, Data, and GTM Systems, to ensure our back‑office stack is reliable, well‑integrated, compliant, and ready for a public, AI‑forward SaaS business. This role reports to the Senior Director, G&A Systems and leads the team responsible for Finance Technology Solutions across Klaviyo.
What You'll Do

You've led teams through real complexity: ERP transformations, SOX audits, billing system overhauls, or the messy work of integrating Finance systems across a growing company. You don't need a perfect environment to do great work, you create structure where there isn't any, and you bring Finance and engineering stakeholders along with you.
