SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Mailroom Associate to support workplace operations and deliver a high-quality concierge experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of mail, packages, document services, and office support functions within the business service center.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining a professional and service-first approach.
The Mailroom Associate provides exceptional concierge and office services support across multiple operational areas, including mail processing, shipping and receiving, document services, and multifunction device (MFD) support.
This role ensures accurate handling of mail and packages, supports business service center operations, and maintains a consistent 5-star service experience for corporate employees and clients.

This individual will build email programs: designing templates, set program logic, and defining segments and criteria for various stages of the customer journey. About the Role:
A Photo Editor for The New York Times has a creative eye and an innovative approach to visual formats and mobile-focused presentations. You should bring thoughtful technical skills and journalistic judgment to join a team creating visual journalism—still and video— for breaking news, features and enterprise stories for on- and off-platform publishing.
The primary duties of the job are to conceptualize and assign photography and video for the New York Times' Washington D.C. report, and to select and publish images and video for multiple platforms of The New York Times. You will work across a range of beats covered by the bureau, including the White House, Congress, the Supreme Court, the intelligence agencies, national security, domestic policy, healthcare and other issues.
You will assign and research a wide array of news and feature photographs and video, working productively with staff photographers, freelance photographers, wire services, agencies and all other sources of pictures, as well as editors, designers, and reporters in the newsroom. You will engage our staff and freelance photographers to identify and develop pitches with strong visual potential, producing strong photographic, video and multimedia displays with an eye toward innovative digital story forms and presentations.
You have a strong demonstrable experience with multimedia, journalism and photography of all kinds and you have a comprehensive understanding of the DC bureau's coverage areas and how to effectively cover them in distinctive ways. You have a broad knowledge of the current photographic, video, visual and social media landscape, including digitally innovative formats and mobile-first multimedia presentations. You are a team player and and are adept at initiating and developing ideas for photographs, short video clips and visual stories in different formats.
This is an in-office position based in Washington, D.C. and includes regular attendance in the office four days each week. There may be some flexibility to work remotely per your departmental guidance.

Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems portfolio. Information Management Technology Division (IMTD) provides software development, operations and maintenance of a variety of systems and initiatives supporting IMS business areas. IMTD focuses on streamlining operations, automating processes, and aligning IM Solutions to IMS' s overarching digital architecture. IMTD's mission is to promote state-of-the-art IT solutions for IMS business systems. In doing so, IMTD collaborates with IT mission partners to not only share technology and lessons learned, but also ensure records management processes and requirements are included in the early design stages of IT solutions across the Sponsor and IC. Additionally, IMTD works in concert with the IMS Tech Director to ensure future plans for technology in the division are in line with the plans for the overall IMS architecture. IMTD' s specific responsibilities are performed via seven (7) teams plus IMTD Front Office support. Teams consist of: B2i, Data Migration Team (DMT), Electronic Document OCR and exploitation (eDox), GitSMART, Electronic Records Analysis Team (ERAT), and Integration Center (Ctr).

Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior level role)
The Consumer team owns comprehensive digital experiences for home sellers and buyers. While sellers have traditionally come to Opendoor for a cash offer on their homes, we have been expanding our suite of products to serve more customers in one of the biggest transactions of their lives. The base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $234,000 annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
