Overview
The EE/SW Integration Manager at the OEM level owns system-level & sub-system-level electrical and software integration strategy, execution, and release readiness across multiple vehicle programs. The EE/SW Integration Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and software systems deliver the intended vehicle-level functional performance. This role goes beyond architecture compliance and focuses on feature behavior, timing performance, system robustness, drivability impact, and cross-domain interaction quality. The position owns system-level validation and readiness of how the vehicle behaves under real-world conditions, including transient events, edge cases, environmental stress, and feature concurrency. Work directly with MSTs, software engineers, systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers to ensure robust delivery.

As a Food Service Assistant at Bezos Academy, you’ll help provide nutritious, compliant meals to children at our tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool and provide direct support with a variety of additional tasks both in and out of the classroom. You will manage all aspects of food preparation and service with strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include preparing CACFP-compliant menus, placing food orders and managing food costs, receiving and verifying food deliveries, ensuring all meals are delivered to classrooms on time, and managing all clean-up, organization, and documentation. Assuming full ownership of the kitchen and food operations at the school, you will serve meals in accordance with USDA requirements, Bezos Academy policies, and local childcare regulations.
Beyond the kitchen, you will assist school staff and administration with a variety of tasks including inventory checks, laundry, and other ad hoc duties. As needed, you will also occasionally step into classrooms to provide direct supervision and support to the children. You will become an integral part of your school team working to improve processes and provide an excellent preschool experience where we nurture every child’s full potential.

At Fixify, we're building an AI-native IT help desk where automation and human expertise work side by side. The hardest part isn't the AI. It's the last mile, and in enterprises, the last mile is the longest. Enterprise knowledge decays the minute it's written down. Every team has 15-step processes that nobody can fully articulate, yet everyone can tell you the instant something's wrong. Tribal knowledge lives in people's heads, not in runbooks, and the gap between how things actually work and how they're documented is where automation goes to die. This role exists to close that gap: get inside a customer's world, understand what's really happening, and make sure our platform knows it too. You'll report directly to the CTO and work within Engineering, but your day will look nothing like a typical engineer's.

About the Role:
The Contract Manager, Revenue Operations is the hands‑on owner of the commercial side of our customer contracting process. This role sits within the Deal Desk team and is responsible for first‑line intake, triage, and execution of customer commercial contract and order form changes that can and should be resolved without Legal resources, accelerating deals while maintaining strong commercial and data integrity.
You will own the commercial side of our customer contracts, ensuring that billing terms, dates, discounts, price caps, ramps, and usage structures are captured in a way that systems can support at scale, including a clear separation between commercial order details and core legal terms. Your focus is on making commercial mechanics precise, bookable, and system‑ready (not on drafting new legal concepts).

The codebase is primarily Go and TypeScript. We use Postgres for persistence, Kafka for streaming, Protobuf for service boundaries, and Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and Buildkite to operate and ship reliably. React is used for user interfaces, and GitHub supports our development workflows and remembers everything.
This is a remote position for candidates outside of the Bay Area and a hybrid role for candidates within commuting distance to San Francisco. Our Bay Area employees commute to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious trader with a proven track record of success in all aspects of programmatic campaign management, from trafficking and optimization to strategic guidance. As both a strategic leader and a hands-on trader, you will own media decision-making to ensure the success of your campaign portfolio. This is a senior media execution role that requires close collaboration with other supporting traders and Client Success teams. Our research team is organized into subteams that each focus on a specific area of our grantmaking (malaria, water quality, vaccinations, etc.). The Commons team is external to these subteams; we provide shared and flexible research capacity so we can direct our effort toward the highest priority areas at a given time. As a Research Analyst on the Commons team, you will have opportunities to learn about and contribute to investigations across research subteams, giving you a breadth of knowledge about GiveWell's work.
You may also have opportunities to temporarily embed in a subteam for the duration of a grant investigation or other project. During these periods, in addition to the research work noted above, you may be asked to help with the project management of research investigations, which can include tasks like maintaining our information management systems, keeping track of progress and checking in with relevant stakeholders as needed, scheduling and taking notes during calls with external contacts, and generally driving our investigations forward.

Travel: Every year, we host two Visit Week gatherings in our Oakland office, bringing together the entire GiveWell team. We also hold an annual retreat for our research department. The ideal candidate for this position will possess most of the skills described above and will have at least a bachelor's degree and 1-5 years relevant experience.
