  • For per diem: Must be able to work four (4) 12-hour shifts per month, ideally working one (1) shift each week.

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a District Clinical Educator to lead and elevate the education and development of clinical team members across our 23 clinics within our Massachusetts district. This role ensures new team members are thoroughly trained, adhere to established standards, and are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care. Collaboration & Support:

• Serve as a clinical education resource for clinic teams, Practice Managers, and operational leaders.
• Develop key partnerships with the District Provider Educator, Sr. Director of Clinical Education, District Medical Director, and Director of Operations.
• Create and maintain training materials, workflow guides, and competency tools that support consistent performance across clinics.

Who You Are  

• Experience: 2–4 years of clinical experience, preferably in an urgent care or similar healthcare setting.

Required Availability 

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in consecutive and or non-consecutive days:
  • For full-time: Must be able to work three (3) 12-hour shifts a week with at least four (4) shifts a month on a Saturday or Sunday. 
  • For part-time: Must be able to work two (2) 12-hour shifts per week with at least two (2) shifts a month on a Saturday or Sunday. 
  • For per diem: Must be able to work four (4) 12-hour shifts per month, ideally working one (1) shift each week. 
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays. 
• When needed, must be able to work at a minimum of three (3) other ConvenientMD locations within a one (1) hour travel distance from your primary clinic.

Your Impact 

• Radiologic Procedures & Imaging: Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following ConvenientMD and ARRT protocols.
• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment, ensuring proper radiation safety and adhering to ALARA principles.
• Position patients for optimal imaging and completed document studies in EMR and PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation, manage discrepancies, and coordinate outside imaging requests.
• Clinical Support: Efficiently switch between RT and Medical Assistant responsibilities.
• Conduct patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and observational examination.
• Provide laboratory and diagnostic testing, screenings, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses as ordered by provider.
