Role Overview

The Information Security Analyst will support a wide range of information security, vendor management, procurement, audit, and technical security activities across the business. The role involves working closely with teams such as Legal, Procurement, IT, and Engineering to ensure security best practices are embedded in company processes and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Support

The Role

We are hiring a Product Manager - Regulatory Reporting to work within our Enabling Services group, which is responsible for the shared application capabilities that serve multiple products across ComplyAdvantage's platform.

Enabling Services are application functions that are not standalone products but are essential to how those products work: case management, regulatory reporting and transaction processing services. These capabilities are used across multiple product areas and have a direct impact on the end-user experience. The work sits at the intersection of multiple product teams, which makes it both commercially important and organisationally complex.

The Enabling Services group sits within the Platform & Enabling Services tribe. You will work within a dedicated squad alongside an engineering manager and a team of engineers. The Product Manager and Engineering Manager work as peers: you own the product context, the EM owns the technical context. You operate within a framework set by the Product Director, who provides the strategic guidance and prioritisation decisions that shape your work.

We work in six-week blocks with a structured document flow from Plan of Record to PRD to product requirements to implementation, with quality gates at each stage. What You Will Do

Provide research, analysis and requirements within your squad's domain. You are responsible for requirements specification, stakeholder communication and documentation within a framework set by the Product Director. Your work ensures the squad has clear direction on what to build and for whom.

Write clear product requirements. Working from PRDs, you will draft product requirements and refine them jointly with your EM. You sign off on product accuracy; the EM signs off on technical completeness. You need enough understanding of application architecture and service design to write requirements that engineers can build from and to have useful conversations about feasibility.

Manage competing inputs from multiple product teams. Enabling Services capabilities serve multiple product areas, each with their own priorities. You will handle incoming requirements at the working level, assessing them, clarifying ambiguities with the requesting teams, and flagging conflicts to the Product Director for resolution. Understanding why different teams want different things, and being able to articulate the trade-offs clearly, is an important part of this role.

Understand the end-user impact. Unlike pure platform work, Enabling Services directly affects what customers see and use. Case management workflows, reporting interfaces, transaction processing: these are visible to compliance teams. You need to think about user outcomes, not just technical requirements.

Liaise with engineering during execution. Ensure your EM has enough lead time and context to make sound technical decisions. Surface changes and risks early. Maintain communication about what is coming, what is blocked and what has changed.

Use AI in your own work. We expect Product Managers to use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, requirements drafting and documentation. This is how we work, not something we aspire to.

As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you are the engine room of our Marketing GTM machine. While you will support the Manager, Marketing Operations design the blueprint, you are also the builder and the guardian of the systems. The Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to work within our Enabling Services group, which is responsible for the shared application capabilities that serve multiple products across ComplyAdvantage's platform.

Enabling Services are application functions that are not standalone products but are essential to how those products work: case management, regulatory reporting and transaction processing services. These capabilities are used across multiple product areas and have a direct impact on the end-user experience. The work sits at the intersection of multiple product teams, which makes it both commercially important and organisationally complex.

The Enabling Services group sits within the Platform & Enabling Services tribe. You will work within a dedicated squad alongside an engineering manager and a team of engineers. The Product Manager and Engineering Manager work as peers: you own the product context, the EM owns the technical context. You operate within a framework set by the Product Director, who provides the strategic guidance and prioritisation decisions that shape your work.

We work in six-week blocks with a structured document flow from Plan of Record to PRD to product requirements to implementation, with quality gates at each stage. If you are looking for a role where the planning process is clear and the expectations are explicit, this is a good environment to develop in.

What You Will Do

Provide research, analysis and requirements within your squad's domain. You are responsible for requirements specification, stakeholder communication and documentation within a framework set by the Product Director. Your work ensures the squad has clear direction on what to build and for whom.

Write clear product requirements. Working from PRDs, you will draft product requirements and refine them jointly with your EM. You sign off on product accuracy; the EM signs off on technical completeness. You need enough understanding of application architecture and service design to write requirements that engineers can build from and to have useful conversations about feasibility.

Manage competing inputs from multiple product teams. Enabling Services capabilities serve multiple product areas, each with their own priorities. You will handle incoming requirements at the working level, assessing them, clarifying ambiguities with the requesting teams, and flagging conflicts to the Product Director for resolution. Understanding why different teams want different things, and being able to articulate the trade-offs clearly, is an important part of this role.

Understand the end-user impact. Unlike pure platform work, Enabling Services directly affects what customers see and use. Case management workflows, reporting interfaces, transaction processing: these are visible to compliance teams. You need to think about user outcomes, not just technical requirements.

Liaise with engineering during execution. Ensure your EM has enough lead time and context to make sound technical decisions. Surface changes and risks early. Maintain communication about what is coming, what is blocked and what has changed.

Use AI in your own work. We expect Product Managers to use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, requirements drafting and documentation. This is how we work, not something we aspire to.

We have recently migrated from Zendesk to Pylon as our customer ticketing platform. We don’t expect you to have Pylon experience - but we do expect you to be the kind of person who picks up a new system quickly, configures it to work well, and continuously optimises it as the team’s needs evolve.

• Track KPIs including CSAT, first reply time, resolution time, backlog ageing, and escalation rates; report regularly to senior stakeholders.

Customer Advocacy & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, representing support trends in cross-functional discussions with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Hold Product accountable for recurring pain points: quantify the business impact of unresolved issues in terms of CSAT trends, churn risk, and ARR exposure - not just ticket volume. Support insight should carry commercial weight in product prioritisation discussions.
• Ensure seamless escalation coordination with the Customer Success team during complex or high-priority customer situations.

Incident Response

ComplyAdvantage has a formal, well-established incident response plan for major service disruptions. Customer-facing communications during incidents are owned separately. The Manager’s responsibility in this area is process adherence and measurement, not incident command.

• Ensure the support team follows established incident response procedures consistently and without delay when disruptions occur.
• Act as the support-side point of contact during incidents, coordinating with the responsible individual for customer communications and with Engineering for resolution updates.
• Maintain clear visibility of incident-related ticket volume, SLA impact, and team response times throughout.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews from the support perspective; ensure any process gaps or team training needs identified are addressed.

The Role

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the Fraud product area within our Risk Applications tribe. This is a senior individual contributor role with genuine commercial accountability: you are responsible for business outcomes in your domain, not just delivery.

You will work within a dedicated squad alongside an engineering manager and engineers. As PPM, you are the senior partner on product decisions in that squad: you own the customer requirements, the competitive context and the commercial logic. Your engineering counterpart owns architecture, sizing and implementation. You work as peers, but in Risk Apps the PPM sets the product specification.

Fraud is a new product for ComplyAdvantage. The strategic opportunity sits at the intersection of our existing compliance intelligence (the intelligence graph, entity resolution, sanctions and adverse media data) and real-time transaction decisioning. The competitive advantage is that we can correlate fraud signals with compliance data that no standalone fraud vendor has. Your job is to turn that advantage into a product that wins.

You will operate within a structured product operating model with clear decision rights. The CPTO sets product vision; the Product Director builds the tribe-level roadmap; you translate your product area into executable plans with trackable returns. Each squad represents a significant investment, and you are expected to think about your product decisions in those terms: balancing the level of investment required to build a market-leading product against the commercial returns on specific product choices. If you have worked in organisations where product management is disciplined and commercially accountable, this will feel familiar. If you are looking for a role with full strategic autonomy and no governance framework, this is not the right fit.

What You Will Do

Own fraud as a product area with a GM mindset. Understand the competitive landscape, know the buyer, and be accountable for whether the product is working commercially. Frame decisions in terms of investment return, not feature lists.

Build for a specific market. Transaction fraud for financial institutions is not generic fraud prevention. You need to understand: the relationship between transaction monitoring (regulatory obligation) and fraud detection (financial loss prevention); real-time decisioning requirements; the regulatory context (PSD2 SCA, APP fraud liability, UK reimbursement rules); and how our existing data assets create differentiation. We are looking for domain depth, not a generalist learning fraud on the job.

Work directly with customers and prospects. You will be the product voice in fraud conversations with the field, working with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and Sales. You are expected to engage with enterprise buyers on problems rather than features, and to build the commercial credibility that earns trust from the sales organisation.

Drive requirements through a clear planning process. We work in six-week blocks. The document flow runs Plan of Record to PRD to Epics to Implementation, with quality gates at each stage. You will own PRDs for fraud capabilities and draft epics using AI-assisted workflows, refining them jointly with your EM.

Manage cross-tribe dependencies. Fraud will depend on capabilities in our Data tribe (intelligence graph, ML models) and Platform tribe (real-time processing, API surface). You need enough technical understanding to write requirements that are realistic and to engage constructively with engineering in those tribes.

Use AI in your own work. We expect PPMs to use AI-assisted workflows for requirements generation, competitive analysis and document production. This is how we work, not something we aspire to.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in senior IC roles owning complex B2B SaaS products in financial services, payments or adjacent regulated industries
• Direct experience with fraud detection, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring or payment security
• Commercial credibility with enterprise buyers: you have engaged directly with customers, understood their problems, and turned that into product decisions that drove revenue
• Strong technical understanding of real-time data processing, API design and ML-driven decisioning, sufficient to write requirements engineering can build from
• Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice: not "interested in AI" but already using it to work differently
• Experience operating within a structured product organisation where strategic direction was set above you, and delivering excellent outcomes within that framework

Preferred:

• Experience building a new product from early customers through to scaled adoption within an existing platform company
• Understanding of the regulatory context for fraud in financial services (PSD2, APP fraud, PSR rules, FCA expectations)
• Experience with compliance or RegTech products and understanding of how fraud intersects with AML, sanctions and customer due diligence

What Success Looks Like

At 60 days: You understand the fraud landscape, the competitive positioning, the customer pain points and how the operating model works. You have built relationships with your squad, the Product Director, Solutions Consulting and key commercial stakeholders. You have a clear, credible view of what the product needs to do first.

At 4 months: Initial fraud capabilities are in development or in Limited Availability with early customers. Your PRDs are clear, your epics pass quality gates, and your squad trusts your product judgement. You are operating confidently within the planning process and framing decisions in investment terms.

At 8 months: The fraud product has a credible path to revenue contribution. Early customers are providing usable feedback. You are the recognised domain authority on fraud within the company, trusted by commercial, respected by engineering, and contributing to the broader Risk Apps strategy.

Required Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in a numerate subject (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience in a data-intensive role.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in data science or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to impactful data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, including experience with core data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with the foundational concepts of agentic AI and large language models (LLMs). This can be professional or through personal research.
• Basic understanding of popular agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Pydantic AI).
• Knowledge of general evaluation techniques for AI models and an eagerness to learn and apply methods specific to agentic systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience contributing to the deployment and integration of machine learning models into production data pipelines.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our innovative Tech Team. You will lead and empower a team of SREs, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Security to ensure our platforms are resilient, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in shaping reliability strategy, improving system performance, and embedding best practices in observability, incident management, and automation to support the delivery of high-impact solutions in the fight against financial crime.

As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager, you will:

The role reports to the Director of Infrastructure. You’ll be managing a team of Engineers focused on the provision and support of our Stateful / Data layer technologies powering all of our services, both in development and production. The main technologies we use are YugaByte (sharded Postgres), Kafka (via Strimzi), Elasticsearch (via ECK), Redis and Spark/data warehousing on GCP and AWS using their PaaS systems. As the technology stack underpins all other engineering work, a collaborative mindset is a must.

Our tech stack:

ComplyAdvantage is fully cloud-based, with a modern kubernetes-focused tech stack. All compute workloads run in Kubernetes, with clusters in multiple regions to support the needs of our global client base. Our production services are multi-cloud by design and are currently hosted in AWS and GCP.

We make heavy use of Terraform and Helm to define our infrastructure and services, and lean heavily on GitOps paradigms - production and non-production environments are defined in git and changes to these environments (both cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes applications) are managed via git.

ArgoCD is our tool of choice for controlling our deployments, and paired with our Istio mesh, allows us for advanced deployment patterns used by our development teams such a progressive rollouts. Our observability stack consists of Grafana Cloud, along with some on-prem Mimir, amongst others. We focus on Open Telemetry for application metrics, with SLO and metric driven alerting at all levels, from Cloud infra through to application performance.

Across the wider Technology team, teams build and release containerised applications to support the wide array of activities that our teams are engaged in - from developing low latency client-facing APIs, to machine learning models and data processing pipelines.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Data Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our critical data systems running on AWS and GCP. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational excellence will be crucial in supporting our Product trough our global client base.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and reliable data infrastructure services, including SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, and Spark-based data layers. Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to incidents and ensure rapid resolution of production issues. Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Helm, adhering to GitOps principles.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Monitor and manage data infrastructure capacity, plan for future growth, and optimize performance through tuning and automation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure the security and compliance of data infrastructure services, implementing best practices for access control, data protection, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational support. Maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain distributed databases running within a Kubernetes environment.

• Extensive experience codifying infrastructure using Terraform and Helm charts.
• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting distributed databases within Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools and techniques.
• Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure and data systems.
