We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale Grow Therapy's iOS engineering team. You'll own the technical vision, people strategy, and execution for our mobile platform — building consumer-grade experiences that help millions of clients access mental healthcare, and thousands of providers manage thriving practices.

As a Senior Engineering Manager within our engineering leadership team, you'll build and develop a high-performance iOS team, drive the technical strategy for our mobile platform, and partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape what gets built. What You'll Be Doing

• Define and own the long-term technical vision and strategy for the iOS platform, ensuring our mobile experience is on par with the best consumer apps (Airbnb, Uber, Duolingo)

You'll Be a Good Fit If

• You have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering teams and at least 2+ years managing iOS or mobile-focused teams
• You have strong iOS technical depth — you understand Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, mobile architecture patterns, and can engage deeply with your team on technical decisions
• You have a track record of shipping polished, high-quality mobile experiences at scale in a consumer or marketplace environment

Role Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt
• Base Compensation: $225,000–$300,000 USD Annually.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with required in-office presence 3 days per week at our San Francisco, New York, or Seattle office. This role also includes travel 2–3 times per year for company and department offsites.

Software Engineer II – Android 

As a Software Engineer II, you will work with a team of mobile developers building the Alarm.com Android application used by millions of customers every day to secure and manage their homes and businesses. Our mobile team works on the full spectrum of features including real-time video streaming, IoT device controls, security system management, and smart home automation. 

As a Software Engineer II, you will have opportunities to work across various technical areas of our mobile platform. WHAT DO YOU NEED? 

We are seeking someone who has: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience 
• 2+ years of professional Android development experience 
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java experience is a plus) 
• Experience with Android Studio, Android SDK, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, MVP) 
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and backend service integration 
• Understanding of asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow 
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams 
• Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies in mobile applications

How you'll help us achieve it

Wave is now the largest financial institution in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, with millions of users, growing rapidly year-on-year. And, we’re still in the early days of our product roadmap and potential impact on people’s everyday lives.

We’re looking for an experienced security engineer who’s independent, excited about getting things done, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll primarily be responsible for our application security, working with our product teams to work on new systems to enhance our security posture. Our customers trust us with their money, and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure we retain that trust!

This broadly scoped role will allow you to get your hands on many different types of security projects, from direct application security to helping our infrastructure team think about security for our databases. 

Some experience with common industry certifications like ISO-27001 and PCI-DSS would be beneficial, although you won’t be expected to run or oversee audits.

Our to-do list changes constantly, but here are some recent projects and activities:

• Centralise application-level login and permissions enforcement
• Configure and utilise external SIEM solutions to monitor our infrastructure
• Help us increase our posture around secret management

MetaMask’s Wallet Platform organization owns the client platforms for the MetaMask browser extension and mobile apps. The Mobile Platform team treats MetaMask Mobile as a platform: we enable all feature teams to ship high‑quality experiences faster by providing a secure, stable, high‑performance foundation with excellent developer experience and automated operations.

MetaMask Mobile (iOS & Android) is built primarily on React Native, with native code where it matters. As a Principal Mobile Engineer, you’ll be the most senior hands‑on technical leader focused on mobile: setting architecture, defining standards, and driving cross‑team initiatives that shape the future of our mobile platform and MetaMask app.

You’ll work closely with engineers across MetaMask, not just within Mobile Platform, to ensure our mobile apps performance and stability scale with our users, features, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

What you’ll do

As a Principal Engineer, you will:

• Own mobile platform architecture
  • Define and evolve the architecture of MetaMask Mobile (React Native + native), leaning into performance by tightly integrating with backend services and optimizing app–backend interactions holistically rather than in isolation.

Personal 1:1 Session:

• Provide personalized support by addressing learner questions related to course content and projects.
• Prior to the call mentors are expected to review the students' previous project submission(s) - provided by the Mentor Success Team when available - and/or any specific areas of the Nanodegree content or project that the student has expressed confusion or difficulty with.

Technical Deep-Dive Session:

• For concept deep-dives, mentors will come prepared with a slide presentation that reviews a Nanodegree concept in more detail, share different use-cases for the concept to broaden student perspectives and understanding, and hold a Q&A session with the learners.
• For project walkthroughs, a mentor will come prepared with a slide presentation that outlines each element of the rubric to help learners understand expectations and typical problem areas they may encounter. The Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll wear two hats: driving complex technical projects from conception to delivery while coding alongside the team, and providing people leadership to a small group of direct reports (3–5 engineers). This role has broad scope across the mobile organization — you’ll collaborate across our three Hatch Pillars (Adult, Kids, Foundations) and partner with mobile engineers throughout the teams. This role also means stepping into AI-forward technical leadership. Hatch is all-in on AI-assisted development — it's not a future state, it's how we work today. The right person will help us continue raising the bar on how our engineers use these tools, set expectations for what good looks like, and model that for others.

You’ll play a meaningful role in work that spans the full Hatch product experience: transitioning from device-first to service-first experiences, launching AI-powered sleep chat to scale expert guidance, and building features that drive daily engagement. As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Predictions team, you'll own the mobile experience for Gemini's CFTC-regulated prediction markets exchange. You'll build and ship trading interfaces for event contracts — from order entry and position management to real-time market data — within Gemini's React Native app. You'll work closely with product, design, backend, and compliance to bring new contract types (binary, range, combo) to market on mobile and drive activation and retention for a fast-growing product line.
