This position is open to applicants across all of the UK on a remote basis, with the physical office located in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The Role
By applying your Mobile experience, and software development skills, you will build high quality and intuitive experiences for customer-facing and business-facing apps. You will collaborate with other developers to build scalable solutions that make it easy to build high quality products, and you will work alongside designers and other stakeholders to build exciting new features and refine existing experiences. You will integrate with our custom built in-shop embedded projects. Knowledge of more than one mobile stack as well as an interest in embedded systems is a bonus.
For this role, we are focusing on hiring at the Senior level, which requires broad professional mobile development experience and a strong track record of leading complex initiatives and delivering broad impact. The Role
To continue scaling our Front-End teams we’re searching for an experienced software developer with a passion for Front-End development, particularly React and TypeScript. In this role, you will be instrumental in building world-class web products that empower small business owners.
You will take a lead in solving technical challenges and utilise your expertise to contribute to and guide important technical decisions across the team. You’ll be challenged with consistent hands-on contributions both autonomously and as a group. Your experience will be valuable in partnering with the technical leads and Development Manager, allowing them to focus on wider team and strategic initiatives, while you pilot technical responsibilities. Your ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure high-quality test coverage will be crucial to our continuous delivery model.

The Role
Develop innovative features that help our restaurant partners operate more efficiently and provide exceptional, seamless experiences for their customers. The Role
You will take ownership of helping our customers succeed during the critical first 30 days, with a strong focus on implementation, adoption, and retention. You will guide shops through a smooth transition onto the platform, ensuring they quickly realize value and build confidence in using Slice solutions in their day-to-day operations. You will lead customer training and education, equipping shop owners and their teams with the knowledge and best practices needed to fully leverage the platform. By providing proactive support, troubleshooting, and early lifecycle guidance, you will help identify and resolve challenges early, setting shops up for sustained success. You will become an expert in Slice solutions and offerings, reinforcing the partnership established by the Sales team while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement through additional products and services. This role plays a critical part in positioning Slice as a trusted technology partner, driving long-term adoption and maximizing customer value.
The Team
You will partner closely with all Slice sales and post-sales teams to support product sales and adoption, and work alongside the Implementation organization to maximize efficiency, expand our shop base, and reduce churn through strong, lasting relationships with shop owners. The Challenge to Solve
The Role
This role will oversee a team of key account managers who leverage the entire Slice platform to power their shops who are critical to our business. You'll manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts as well as escalations, cancellations and customer complaints. You’ll ensure shop partners receive timely, proactive, and solutions-oriented support that exceeds their expectations and partners cross functionally across Slice to ensure the shop success checklist is applied to all Key Accounts. You’ll also play a crucial role in the growth & success of your team, and by extension their shop partners and Slice. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of leadership, a strong ability to manage long-term client relationships, and a proven track record of solving problems.
The Team
The Account Management team is at the heart of our organization, championing Slice’s relationships with our key accounts and providing an exceptional experience to these key customers. The team consists of individuals across Macedonia, and different sites in North America. This role reports to the Head of Account Management.
Please note that this is an on-site, full-time position, and working hours are from 4pm to 12am, Monday-Friday.
