The Role

By applying your Mobile experience, and software development skills, you will build high quality and intuitive experiences for customer-facing and business-facing apps. The Challenge to Solve

Support our restaurant partners by streamlining their internal operations, allowing them to focus on what they do best - preparing and delivering great food! The Customer Experience Representative at Slice is responsible for supporting restaurant partners and their customers through inbound and outbound phone interactions. 

The Role

You will handle phone orders, resolve common support issues, and ensure all work is documented accurately in Slice systems. The goal is to consistently deliver a fast, reliable, and high quality customer experience while supporting shop partner operations through accuracy, speed, and strong operational discipline. This role will focus on resolving standard scenarios independently, escalating issues appropriately, and meeting performance expectations for quality, productivity, and adherence.

The Team

In this role you’ll handle inbound and outbound support interactions across standard scenarios as well as incoming phone orders accurately and efficiently while meeting service level expectations. You’ll be documenting interactions accurately, including notes, tagging, and outcomes while identifying when to escalate and provide clear context that speeds up resolution.  You’ll collaborate with peers, Team Leads, and Senior team members to ensure consistent execution across the team. You will support the team during peak periods and meet performance expectations for quality assurance, productivity, and low error rate.

Please note this is a full-time, on site position [40 hours/week]. Each shift is 8 hours long and takes place during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts). All shifts are scheduled between 4 pm and 7 am.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, minimum B2 level
• 1  year experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently process customer requests accurately
• Comfort using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets
• Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and effective in a high paced contact center environment
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities during peak periods
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Team Lead, Account Manager

Empower small business owners with the premier commerce enablement solution for local, independent pizzerias. 

The Role 

This role will oversee a team of key account managers who leverage the entire Slice platform to power their shops who are critical to our business. You'll manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts as well as escalations, cancellations and customer complaints. You’ll ensure shop partners receive timely, proactive, and solutions-oriented support that exceeds their expectations and partners cross functionally across Slice to ensure the shop success checklist is applied to all Key Accounts. You’ll also play a crucial role in the growth & success of your team, and by extension their shop partners and Slice. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of leadership, a strong ability to manage long-term client relationships, and a proven track record of solving problems. 

The Team

The Account Management team is at the heart of our organization, championing Slice’s relationships with our key accounts and providing an exceptional experience to these key customers. The team consists of individuals across Macedonia, and different sites in North America. This role reports to the Head of Account Management. 

Please note that this is an on-site, full-time position, and working hours are from 4pm to 12am, Monday-Friday.

The Winning Recipe 

We’re looking for results driven, ambitious, and customer-centric leaders who are excited to lead people and provide world-class solutions to independent pizzerias. 

• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a B2B or marketplace environment (experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred) 
• Strong track record of individual performance 
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts with a focus on retention and growth
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints, escalations, or high-risk situations with calm and clarity
• Demonstrated the ability to mentor peers, bring a positive mindset, lead projects, share best practices, and serve as a trusted point of contact for team support and guidance.
• Evidence of strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance metrics
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Excel, and other account management tools
• Fluency in multiple languages and proficiency on the Slice platform, products and our customer base  is a strong plus

The Challenge to Solve

Support our restaurant partners by streamlining their internal operations so they can focus on their core strength - preparing and delivering great food! We’re looking for a customer experience manager who will  deliver reliable service for shops and customers, drive engagement and lead growth initiatives. This role focuses on service level outcomes, district shop health, and cross site consistency, while reducing churn drivers and improving the overall shop experience. 

The Role

This role calls  for performance and consistency across sites and regions. You’ll lead supervisors and people managers, drive outcomes, and strengthen execution across quality, training, people development and day to day operations. You will own KPI outcomes across assigned regions and partners, including service level, answer rate, QA, error rate, and shop churn. You’ll run an operating structure that drives accountability, including weekly data driven reviews and calibrations and improve org health through leadership development, engagement, retention, and schedule reliability. This role drives capacity planning and people  strategy, including coverage, hiring, and routing efficiency and ensures consistent execution of standard processes,  escalations, and service standards across all sites. Ultimately, you’ll turn performance insights into clear action plans that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience.

Please note that this is a full-time on-site job with working hours from 4pm to 12am.

The Team

You’ll lead supervisors and people managers through clear goals, coaching, and performance management. You will strengthen the operating model across training and quality by partnering with Training, QA, People Partner, and Data. You’ll also partner cross functionally to reduce churn and reduce recurring shop and customer friction

The Winning Recipe

• 3 to 5 years experience in call center operations, with at least 2 years leading supervisors or managers with clear KPI ownership and sustained performance improvement
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using dashboards, spreadsheets, and QA reporting
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and collaborate cross functionally with Product, Ops, People Partner, QA, Training 
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to prioritise, time-manage and stay calm and effective in a high paced environment
