Why Digital Marketing Manager, APAC?

APAC represents 33% of our qualified pipeline target for FY27. We’re building out demand generation across Korea and the broader region, and we need someone who can own it end-to-end: paid media, email, webinars, and the localization quality that makes everything land correctly in-market. We’re looking for a marketer who knows the Korean B2B landscape, moves with urgency, and uses AI tools to punch above their weight—not because it’s trendy, but because it’s how you keep pace with what this role demands.

The Role

You’ll own digital demand generation for Korea, working closely with the APAC Field Marketing Lead to execute paid media campaigns, email programs, and webinars—while also serving as the quality gate on localized marketing assets. This role is for marketers who think in pipelines, not just programs, and want their impact measured in revenue, not impressions.

You might be this person if:

• You think in funnels — awareness, consideration, conversion — and you naturally ask “what does this do for pipeline?” before anyone else does
• You’ve run a paid media campaign that didn’t just hit delivery targets but actually moved qualified leads through the funnel
• You use AI tools in your daily workflow—for content drafting, campaign analysis, reporting—and you’ve figured out how to get more done without sacrificing quality
• You’ve owned a webinar end-to-end—from promotion to follow-up—and the pipeline it generated was something you could actually point to

You need to have:

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, or similar platforms
• Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or equivalent
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously without dropping balls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
• Working proficiency with AI tools—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar—applied to real marketing tasks: content drafting, data summarization, workflow automation, or campaign analysis

What you’ll actually do:

• Own local paid media strategy and execution in Korea—recruiting and managing the local agency, planning campaigns across paid social, display, and syndication, and optimizing spend against pipeline outcomes
• Run regional email marketing programs aligned with global strategy: build and deploy eDMs and newsletters with local nuance, use AI tools to accelerate content production, and track engagement to continuously improve
• Plan and execute webinars for the Korean market from end to end—promotion, registration, delivery, and follow-up—using AI-assisted workflows to automate the repeatable parts
• Serve as the final QA layer on marketing assets translated by the localization team, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency before anything goes live
• Partner with Marketing Ops and Revenue Operations to ensure proper campaign setup, lead routing, attribution, and reporting across digital and field programs
• Use AI to automate recurring reporting tasks, surface insights from campaign data, and free up time for higher-leverage work
• Provide ad hoc support to the APAC Field Marketing Lead for regional events and programs as needed

About the Team

Gerson Lehrman Group is seeking an Associate to support clients of the Financial Services Firm Team in Seoul. The role will support and manage research inquiries coming from our Financial Services Firm clients based in South Korea.

The  Associate in the Corporate team is responsible for driving Gerson Lehrman Group’s underlying business processes, fulfilling timely client research requests, identifying, and pitching simple to complex research methodologies suitable for the client’s requirements, and facilitating interactions between GLG’s clients and Network Members:

Associates complete a comprehensive training program, receive daily coaching and feedback, and develop strong, transferable business and leadership skills that will help them excel in their current and future roles.

Key Associate Responsibilities Include

• Supporting team members on various aspects of client projects and Network Member engagement.

MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. About the role

MongoDB is looking for a talented and results-driven Field Marketing Manager based in Seoul to drive marketing and account based marketing programs for the South Korea region. This role works in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and partner teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans that map to priority business objectives, including: online and offline demand generation programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. The Role

How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Multimedia Strategist who can elevate MarqVision’s brand presence in Korea through compelling storytelling and high-quality content production. This role requires someone who can think at a brand level while also executing end-to-end content creation, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance measurement.

Overview

The Sales & Service Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy to life in the store. This individual is passionate about business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet Alo’s values. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts. What You Will Do

Within the GTM org, the Regional Product Activation Lead team drives the success of Moloco's products in-market, serving as functional experts and champions for our product suite. The team works closely with Sales and strategic customers to maximize product impact, and connects market intelligence back to our Product and Engineering teams to shape how products are built and brought to market.

As a Regional Product Activation Lead, you will be the connective tissue between our customers, our sales team, and our product organization. You will build deep product expertise while staying close to the dynamics of the Korean mobile advertising market — translating customer needs into actionable insights and helping accelerate in-market product adoption.

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Ads Experience (AdEx) team, you will lead the design and delivery of key advertiser and operator workflows in Moloco’s web-based campaign management portal (Moloco Cloud Portal, our Ads Manager UI). You will shape how advertisers configure, monitor, and troubleshoot campaigns at scale, driving both user satisfaction and business impact.

The impact you'll be contributing to Moloco:

Creatives are one of the highest-leverage levers in Moloco Ads: they shape what users see, how they interact, and ultimately how much value advertisers extract from our platform. As formats grow more complex (video, playables, rich HTML) and surfaces diversify across exchanges, SDK, and new inventory types, our creative systems must do more than just serve assets — they must learn, adapt, and guide advertisers toward better outcomes.

This space sits at the intersection of ML/bidding, supply, and UI/UX for advertisers. Strong product decisions here directly influence company toplines, ROAS and advertiser retention. At the same time, weak creative strategy can quietly erode performance, create operational noise, and diminish trust in our optimization systems. Store Manager Schedule 

To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)

Role Objective

Key Job Responsibilities

• Confidently introduces all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and knowledge of all aspects and details
• Leverages company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals

Sales Associate Qualifications 

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds

Objective 

The Operations and Visual Manager is a member of the store leadership team who deals with ALO’s operational and visual strategy in the store. This individual is passionate about inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, and visual execution – all with a lens on driving an efficient and effective store operation. This role’s north star is pointed at ensuring that the store is customer-ready at all times. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. 

Operations & Visual Leader 

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes 
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinates labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries
• Supports a safe work environment and efficient operation  

Business Leader  

• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with General Manager
• Review, Monitor and partner with General Manager to manage the budget, reporting and other business data; including metrics (e.g. Expenses, Sell-Thru) and inform planning processes (e.g., quarterly business review and sales planning)
• Future planning workflow business needs to protect optimal performance 

People Leader 

• Ensure that the Operations and Visual team exudes ALO's mission and guiding principles to effectively communicate to our guests who we are, what we do and why we do what we do
• Leads a team through accountability, continuous coaching, development of talent, and elevating KPI or results driven communication throughout the Operations and Visual team
• Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy
• Writes an effective schedule that prioritizes the best business strategy, in partnership with the General/Store Manager

• Oversees the execution of Flow experience deliverables while protecting operational efficiency

OVERVIEW

Being a part of the ALO team as an Inventory Analyst serves as the regional extension of the centralized team, bridging brand strategy with local market execution. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory health, delivering real-time market insights, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships to enable faster, more informed decision-making.  This role is designed to bridge the centralized model and in-market execution.  The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of local market dynamics and acts as a trusted partner to both local leadership and the centralized team, helping to ensure brand consistency while driving local relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Serve as the 2-way conduit to feed intelligence between the main and local office to support the company strategy and ensure execution
• Provide analytical support, act as a thought partner to regional market leadership
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies (stockouts, overstock, system vs physical)
• Partner with DC/logistics to improve visibility and efficiency on inventory flow and constraints
• Build strong connections with cross functional teams to enable faster response to in-season trends
