Service Engineer, Energy Storage
Position Summary:
Redwood Materials is currently searching for a Service Engineer to join as an early member of a new engineering team working on our Battery Energy Storage System product line. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues across deployed Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role supports an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) organization that performs routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and first-line troubleshooting. Service Engineering serves as the technical escalation path for O&M, owning deep diagnostics, system-level failure analysis, and engineering-driven corrective actions.
The Service Engineer ensures safe, reliable, and high-performing asset operation by bridging field operations and engineering, translating operational issues into engineering solutions, and feeding field learnings back into product and system design. This role has the potential of growing into leadership as the team grows.

THE WORK:

About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to scale a critically important function responsible for building and maintaining systems, processes and services that enable us to understand financial performance and unlock key business insights at Faire. We’re seeking a Finance Associate to support the Payments function at Chime! In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and finance team members to provide insights, influence decision-making, and help shape Chime’s financial strategy.
Supporting Cost of Revenue (COR), you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Strategy, Product, Data, Engineering, and Accounting to drive accuracy, visibility, and predictability in our cost forecasting. You will help design and operationalize scalable forecasting models, improve data pipelines, and ensure alignment between financial models and underlying business drivers.
You will support key COR forecasting areas such as processing, network, and bank-related costs, partnering with stakeholders to understand key drivers like transaction volume, pricing changes, and product evolution. You will also work closely with Accounting during close to validate actuals, explain variances, and ensure financial accuracy.
In addition, you’ll play a key role in the bottoms-up planning and forecasting process, develop financial models and reporting, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve forecasting accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver who can break down complex problems into actionable components without losing sight of the overall strategy.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $105,000.00 and up to $145,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

We’re hiring a Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science to use advanced science to estimate the incrementality of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing and to improve their performance. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead high-impact growth initiatives through the use of media mix modeling, experimentation and quasi-experimentation, and predictive modeling.
