The Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. SoFi is building out a new team to develop crypto products and services for our members. Recent developments made a path for SoFi to begin to re-enter the space and expand on our product offerings with intuitive, secure and fully featured products across crypto Investing, Transfers, Payments, Custody and beyond.
On our team, you will be in the middle of it all – implementing functionality, architecting our system, squashing bugs, maintaining the health of our code, and continually growing as an engineer. The ideal candidate is both forward-thinking and hands-on, has a strong sense of ownership and drive for delivery, and is a good mentor and co-worker. Scale GP (Scale Generative AI Platform) is an enterprise-grade AI platform providing APIs for knowledge retrieval, inference, evaluation, and more. We are looking for a frontend-focused full-stack engineer to help build AI-powered applications that redefine enterprise workflows and push the boundaries of interactive AI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on a diverse set of projects, and has a passion for crafting high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
At Scale, you'll work on a mix of cutting-edge customer-facing AI applications and internal SaaS products. Our engineering team powers projects like TIME’s Person of the Year AI experience (see it in action), where our AI technology helped shape one of the most iconic features in media. You'll also contribute to Scale’s GenAI Platform (SGP), a powerful system that enables businesses to build and deploy AI agents at scale. The base salary range for this full-time position in our hub locations of San Francisco, New York, or Seattle is $248,400—$310,500 USD
. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. You'll work across two high-impact surfaces: patient-facing tools that give clients a clear, transparent view of their finances and the ability to manage their payments with confidence, and internal products that streamline how our revenue operations teams work — making insurance billing and revenue collection faster, smarter, and more scalable. For our highest-acuity patients, financial clarity is a critical aspect of their care experience. Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $170,000 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, leveling, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team at K Health. You will own and evolve the infrastructure underpinning a healthcare AI platform serving patients and enterprise health system partners. Additional Information
The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $170,000–$220,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
