About the Role:
We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team at K Health. You will own and evolve the infrastructure underpinning a healthcare AI platform serving patients and enterprise health system partners. This is a high-ownership role: you will architect and operate cloud environments across K Health and its enterprise partners, lead complex infrastructure migrations, drive disaster recovery programs, and help build the next generation of AI-powered operations tooling. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across the company. This is a hybrid role based in New York City (4 days/week in office) and includes participation in a daytime on-call rotation.
What you will do:
- Own the design, implementation, and evolution of our GKE-based Kubernetes infrastructure across K Health and enterprise partner environments.
- Build and maintain our Terraform modular infrastructure library, including reusable modules with automated testing, across GCP, Cloudflare, and AWS.
- Architect, build, and maintain GitLab CI/CD shared pipeline templates used by all engineering teams (build, test, security scanning, deployment).
- Own and maintain self-hosted infrastructure software running in-cluster, including GitLab, ArgoCD, Langfuse, DependencyTrack, NGINX Ingress, and others.
- Implement and support security and compliance controls across infrastructure and the software supply chain - secrets management, pipeline secret detection, container scanning, SOC2 and HIPAA.
- Drive disaster recovery readiness: design failover scenarios, author runbooks, and lead periodic DR tests.
- Lead development of AI-powered operations tooling and agentic infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production system reliability; respond to incidents during on-call shifts.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish team-wide engineering standards.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and the surrounding ecosystem - Helm, Helmfile, ArgoCD, Kyverno, cert-manager, and NGINX Ingress.
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform - GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Workload Identity.
- Strong Terraform expertise: modular architecture, multi-environment provisioning, and automated testing.
- Advanced knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go.
Plus:
- Advanced Bash scripting skills.
- Experience with secrets management solutions such as Akeyless or HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience with database administration across PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB - including DR configuration and operational runbooks.
- Experience with Datadog or equivalent observability platform (APM, infrastructure, log management).
- Experience with Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and security rules management.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing disaster recovery programs, including failover testing and runbook authorship.

About the role

About the role:
We are looking for an analytical and results-driven CRM Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You will own executing and optimizing CRM flows to convert leads and educate existing patients about our services. About the role:
K Health is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability across the full program lifecycle, ensuring disciplined handoffs from Business Development and Legal into structured implementation and steady-state governance.
This role exists to anchor delivery for our health system partners end to end for implementation, while simultaneously ensuring tight internal coordination across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations Teams. It creates scale, repeatability, and operational rigor across credentialing, technical integrations, governance setup, and go-live orchestration, reducing execution risk and enabling consistent, high quality partner outcomes.
This role requires onsite presence 4 days a week in our New York City office.
What you will do:
Program Execution & Delivery
- Support full lifecycle implementation of enterprise partnerships, translating commercial terms and agreements into operational plans
- Coordinate delivery milestones across technical integration (EMR/IT), clinical and operational processes, and future innovation
- Manage detailed project plans, track dependencies and deliverables, and ensure decision gates are met before transitions between phases
Cross-Functional Coordination & Handoffs
- Facilitate structured handoffs between Business Development, Program Delivery, & Enterprise Support
- Serve as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders (clinical ops, product/tech, compliance, operations) to align priorities and resolve execution issues
- Maintain clear documentation of roles, timelines, deliverables, and ownership throughout the program lifecycle
Governance, Risk & Performance
- Identify, track, and escalate program risks and blockers; recommend mitigation plans
- Drive readiness assessments and readiness checklists for go-live cutovers
Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and deliver structured status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to Sr. leadership
- Manage ongoing communication with external partners during implementation phases where appropriate
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, healthcare, health tech, or complex cross-functional delivery environments
- Applies working knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI to drive cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled products
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream programs with competing priorities and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority
- Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills
- Proven track record driving programs with disciplined governance, on schedule and within scope
Bonus:
- Experience with health system implementations and enterprise delivery models
- Familiarity with EMR/IT integrations
- PMP, PgMP or similar program management certification

What you will do:
- Apply analytical rigor and AI-powered tools to strategic business problems, uncovering actionable insights that drive key company metrics through both traditional analysis and AI augmentation.
