We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Finance Manager, EMEA to join our rapidly growing team in the EMEA Region. This is a critical new headcount addition that will be instrumental in stabilizing core financial controls and supporting a region expected to continue to grow its topline and investment.

Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will take ownership of essential operational and compliance duties. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, commercially astute finance professional ready to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment characterized by significant growth, multiple markets, new product launches (including gene therapies), and evolving partner deals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed, day-to-day Opex tracking, variance analysis, and reporting, supporting OPEX and cost savings/productivity initiatives through transparent reporting and targeted analytics
• Provide proactive budget holder support to Commercial and Medical teams, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and financial policies
• Manage and control transactional volume related to increased headcount, vendor management, and travel/expense reporting
• Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports and review with regional, country, and department managers
• Maintain controllership of expenses, with focus on all OpEx lines directly controlled by the European entities
• Deliver monthly and quarterly results reporting, including variance analysis and corrective action plans, and recommend cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial targets
• Work closely with US-based teams to support procure-to-pay, payroll, management/statutory reporting, IT, HR, and other corporate processes
• Drive process improvement projects with corporate and regional functions to deliver cost and operational efficiencies across the region
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparation of accruals and detailed revenue reconciliation across multiple brands, countries, and partner deals
• Lead improvements in FP&A reporting, forecasting, and automation to enhance reliability, efficiency, and insight generation
• Act as the primary liaison for Global Accounting, Supply Chain, and Tax, supporting compliance and minimizing operational risk across the region
• Identify and implement improvements in core financial processes and utilize data analytics (Power BI, Excel) to deliver insights, scenario planning, and support senior stakeholder decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance (FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate Finance), in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector in a European context
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field; professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) highly desirable
• Fluent English required; additional European language (e.g., German, French) a strong asset
• Demonstrable understanding of biotech business drivers, including revenue recognition for complex licensing/partner deals and product launch dynamics
• Strong proficiency in Opex tracking, financial analysis, and budget management
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
• Advanced Microsoft tools skills, including Excel and Power Query, with experience using ERP/financial planning systems and Power BI
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and financial control
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and act as a liaison with global teams while building strong relationships

The Sales Forecast and Demand Planning Manager supports accurate, consistent, and transparent forecasting across the EMEA sales organization. This role focuses on disciplined execution of standardized forecasting processes, a clear weekly cadence, and strong alignment with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure confidence in the numbers. Position based in Amsterdam (Hybrid) 

What You'll Do: 

Forecast Execution

· Execute weekly and monthly sales forecasts in line with EMEA standards and timelines

· Build forecasts using defined forecast building blocks, ensuring all changes are tied to clear, data-based drivers

We are looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to drive enterprise wide process standardisation, data driven continuous improvements, and strategic scalability to meet customer demands. This will be a leadership role within our Data Center organization. This team includes Data Center Operations, Construction, and Design Engineering.

The role

The role 

Nebius is building next-generation AI infrastructure at scale. We are looking for a Field Technical Lead to drive on-site execution of new data center deployments, leading technical teams and contractors while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. This position requires frequent travel to data centers during key deployment phases. The person in this role can be located anywhere in the EU or UK but must be available for regular travel to data center deployments around EU/UK. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Technically lead on-site deployment of GPU-based compute clusters, storage systems, and high-speed networking in data centers.
• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project delivery activities.
• Organize and supervise contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment workstreams.

The role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead to design, build, and lead a best-in-class global TPRM function. This role will be responsible for establishing the framework, governance, and operating model to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with third parties (including customers) across diverse business models, including B2B and B2C.

The role also encompasses oversight of customer and partner risk and compliance domains, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), Sanctions, Export Controls, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Human Rights, and responsible/ethical AI considerations. A key dimension of the role includes embedding industry risk assessments (e.g., high-risk sectors, dual-use technologies, regulated industries) into onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring processes.

• Prepare reporting and materials for senior management, risk committees, and board-level stakeholders, including insights on industry risk exposure

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, Finance, and business units
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party, customer, partner, and industry risk matters across the organization
• Engage with partners, and auditors as needed

Technology & Data

• Leverage existing screening tools (e.g., Dow Jones) and enhance their use within the broader TPRM framework
• Define and implement scalable workflows, automation, and system integrations to support third-party and customer risk management
• Drive the evolution of TPRM tooling and data capabilities in line with business growth

We expect you to have: 

• Degree in business, law or relevant compliance field
• 10+ years of experience in third-party risk, financial crime compliance, or enterprise risk management
• Proven experience building and scaling TPRM and/or customer due diligence programs in a global organization
• Strong expertise in ABAC, sanctions, export controls, and broader compliance frameworks
• Experience managing risk across different business models (B2B, B2C) and complex partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, agents)
• Experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration

About the Role: 

Come Ride With us as our Requirements Planner at our Almelo assembly factory. Reporting into the Supply Planning manager, the Requirements Planner turns approved demand forecasts into a clear, reliable supply plan for the factory and selected external suppliers. In this role, you manage a rolling MPS/MRP plan that supports on‑time delivery, keeps demand and supply in balance, and helps maintain healthy inventory levels for finished goods and service parts. You work closely with procurement, suppliers, the factory, engineering, quality, logistics, product development, and sales to keep execution steady and performance strong.

As a Junior Supply Chain Planner, you will join our Supply Chain Operations team to help manage the weekly cycle of purchasing the ingredients that fill our HelloFresh boxes. Overview

The 3PL Operations Manager is responsible for managing the relationship, performance, financial oversight, and strategic alignment of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) distribution partner at the Netherlands location. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the 3PL provider at the location.

The primary objective of this role is to continuously enhance service levels, operational efficiency, cost performance, and customer experience with the outsourced distribution operations. This position plays a critical role in launching new initiatives, driving continuous improvement, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the development of Alo’s flexible, customer-centric fulfillment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Regional Senior Category Manager is responsible for leading the evaluating, curating, and expanding the product assortment for the European region. This includes identifying high-potential brands, developing vendor partnerships, securing competitive commercial terms, and using data-driven insights to drive category and revenue growth.

Job Expectations:

• Work closely with the Senior Director Merchandising and collaborate with global merchandising teams as needed, to align on business strategies, priorities, and category direction
• Partner with in-market leadership, including Region Leaders (dotted line), to build and maintain an assortment relevant to the market
• Own key category metrics (KPIs) for new and existing brands, including pricing, gross margin, product mix, promotions and full product lifecycle, while driving continuous improvement

Our Software Supply Chain Security stage engineering teams are responsible for authentication and access within GitLab. We also build features that help customers manage vulnerabilities, dependencies, security policies, and compliance frameworks across their organizations. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs and safety regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external carriers to maintain efficient logistics operations. 

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Shipment Monitoring:
   • Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery. 
   • Communicate with carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues or delays. 
2. System Inbound & Outbound:
   • Process incoming shipments using computer systems and software, updating shipment records and generating accurate documentation.
   • Complete packing tasks in the system based on SOPs and commercial requests, meticulously validating all shipping labels and export paperwork.
   • Proactively monitor and manage daily transportation movements, ensuring timely response to any deviations or disruptions.
3. Physical Packing:
   • Package and prepare goods for shipment following established guidelines.
   • Handle, sort, and organize goods within the warehouse or packing area.
   • Lift and move packages of varying weights (typically 0.5–25 kg, average ~6 kg). 
   • Ensure compliance with EHS and safety requirements during all handling activities. 
4. Logistics Invoice & Purchasing:
   • Review and submit logistics invoices (transportation, services, customs clearance, etc.) for timely payment. 
   • Monitor warehouse consumables and coordinate with procurement to complete purchasing tasks. 
5. Task Assignment & Support:
   • Execute tasks delegated by the supervisor and adapt to changing priorities. 

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in logistics or supply chain management are a plus. 
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred. 
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and shipment tracking. 
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights (up to 20 kg). 
• Fluent in English.

During this Fast Track to Leadership program, you’ll dive into all operational aspects of Picnic. We’ll coach you to become a true leader in one of our Fulfilment Centers and teach you to supervise 100+ people per day. Additionally you will get more and more project responsibility over time, helping to increase the overall efficiency in our FC’s and supply chain. You can take complete ownership over those projects, but don’t worry, it’s OK to make mistakes!

You will develop your soft skills through training sessions and on the job learning, related to topics such as: providing constructive feedback, getting to know your own leadership style, and managing projects from A to Z. Next to that you will improve your hard skills by the use of our tech and analytical tools.

What you’ll do

Traineeship Year 1: Building expertise and leadership skills 

• Onboarding: One-month immersive training with fellow trainees, workshops, real improvement cases, and site visits to expand your network and supply chain knowledge.

• Operational Management: Rotate through leadership roles in Fulfilment, receive mentorship, and take ownership of operations within two months..

• Analytics: Use floor insights to lead improvement projects, boost efficiency, and customize your development with your team lead.

• Leadership: Become a team lead at your FC, receive training on delivering feedback, recruit new employees, and develop your people skills.

Traineeship Year 2: Leading for impact

• International experience: Opportunity to work at an international Fulfilment Centre (e.g., Paris, Berlin, Hamburg), sharing insights and learning from global teams. 

• Taking ownership: Engage in larger projects covering various aspects of our supply chain, such as optimizing purchasing orders or supporting the launch of new automated FCs or DCs. Leverage your insider knowledge and data-driven project management skills to elevate Picnic's supply chain to the next level. 

Future Opportunities: upon completing the Fast Track to Leadership program, you can step into the role of an experienced Operations Manager or explore various supply chain leadership options within Picnic.

About you

• You are a Master's degree graduate with a specific interest in logistics and supply chain

• You have 0-2 years of full-time work experience

• You gained your first leadership experience with for example a board year, committee work, or voluntary projects

• You're fluent in English

• You possess strong analytical skills making you able to quickly grasp numerical data

• You're ready for a hands-on, operationally-focused role

• You do not shy away from early morning supervisor shifts

• You're eager to make an impact and grow in an innovative company

• You have an EU working permit
