About the role:
HeliosX is seeking a Head of Privacy to own and lead global privacy and data protection across the organisation. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will set and drive the company’s privacy strategy, embed privacy-by-design across products and operations, and enable compliant, scalable use of data (including health data) to support innovation, international expansion and responsible commercialisation.This is a high-impact, senior legal role with significant autonomy and visibility.
The role focuses on legal privacy and regulatory strategy and risk. Day-to-day information security operations and non-legal compliance execution sit with the relevant functional owners, with strong partnership and governance across these teams. Privacy and data protection are central to HeliosX’s growth, product strategy and regulatory credibility. This role is critical in enabling the business to scale internationally, innovate responsibly and manage regulatory, reputational and enforcement risk in a highly scrutinised environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and lead the organisation’s global privacy and data protection strategy, including the use of special category (health) data.
- Act as the final internal decision-maker on privacy and data protection matters within agreed risk appetite, providing clear, pragmatic direction to the business and the Head of Legal.
- Partner with and advise the Head of Legal on cross-functional and board-level risk trade-offs where privacy intersects with broader legal, regulatory or commercial considerations.
- Design, implement and continuously improve scalable privacy governance, including oversight of:
- data mapping / RoPA
- DPIAs and privacy risk assessments
- internal privacy policies and standards
- training and awareness programmes
- Building and scaling datasets as a commercial asset
- privacy incident escalation and reporting
- Establish privacy KPIs and reporting for senior leadership.
- Lead engagement with data protection authorities and regulators, including managing responses to inquiries, data incidents, investigations, audits and formal correspondence, working with external counsel where appropriate.
- Monitor and advise on privacy regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions (including UK, EU, US and other international markets) and incorporate the impact of further expansion on the global privacy program and data strategy.
- Partner closely with product, engineering and data teams to embed privacy-by-design into product development, experimentation, analytics and growth initiatives.
- Lead on privacy and data protection aspects of AI and automated decision-making, including DPIAs, lawful basis, transparency, data minimisation, governance and human oversight.
- Support responsible data use and data commercialisation initiatives in a way that balances innovation with regulatory and ethical considerations.
- Own privacy readiness for international expansion, including market-entry assessments, localisation considerations and cross-border data transfer strategies.
- Draft, review and negotiate data-related agreements, including DPAs, joint controller arrangements and data-sharing agreements.
- Lead privacy input into partner and vendor assessments.
- Build and lead a small but growing privacy function (legal and/or privacy professionals), setting priorities, mentoring team members and establishing effective operating rhythms.
Who you are:
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer (UK / EU preferred).
- 8+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) with deep, hands-on privacy expertise in-house and/or in leading private practice.
- Proven experience owning privacy strategy and decision-making in a regulated, high-growth and data-intensive environment.
- Expert knowledge of UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including advising on the use of special category data. Experience with other regimes (e.g. the Americas or APAC) is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, commercial and clinical teams.
- Deep understanding of privacy risks and controls in modern digital products and advanced analytics in a direct to consumer business.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex privacy issues into clear and actionable guidance.
- Experience working in or advising a healthtech, digital health or consumer healthcare business or any other sector handling special category data would be preferred.
- Experience building or scaling a privacy function within a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
- Exposure to privacy considerations in international market expansion, including outside the UK/EU.
- Familiarity with data ethics frameworks and responsible innovation best practices.

About the role:
As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll act as a key finance partner to Operations—owning critical forecasting processes, improving reporting accuracy, and delivering insights that drive performance.
You’ll work across multiple cost areas and geographies, helping the business understand its cost base, evaluate opportunities, and optimise efficiency as we scale.
What you'll be doing

Preparation of timely and reliable weekly trade reports for senior stakeholders across the business on performance across sales, margin and other KPIs. Focusing on actionable insights, analysis and commentary.

Preparation of monthly board reporting packs, working cross functionally to bring together performance metrics from across the business. Ownership of operating costs forecasting and month end reconciliation.

Maintenance of monthly trackers for review with budget holders.

Conducting variance analysis to understand deviations from forecast. Working with the accounting team to validate month end postings. Communicate risks and ops to senior leadership.
- Run financial projections for new potential capital projects. Working with operations, growth and the wider finance team to build accurate forecasts
- Ownership of Capex forecasting.
- Ownership of post investment analysis to review performance and spend vs target of Capex projects.
- Work with the accounting team on development costs capitalisation.
- Work with senior FP&A analyst to produce departmental P&Ls for operations leadership team for end to end performance review monthly.
- Develop a deep understanding of key P&L drivers and assumptions, enabling proactive performance analysis and challenge.
- Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities and risks, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Assist in enhancing financial models and analytical tools to improve forecasting accuracy and business planning.
- Provide ad hoc support to senior managers and FP&A Director as required.
Who you are:
- 1+ years working in a commercial finance or consulting environment.
- Part qualified preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong data literacy and manipulation skills, comfortable working with large data sets.
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability in forecasting and quantitative problem-solving.
- Experience navigating ambiguity, and self-motivated to deliver autonomously.
- Relevant experience of working with an online D2C business model preferred.
- Capable data analyst with a commercial mindset.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into insight.
- Good functional understanding of financial and BI systems and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing
- Running end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time, including all pay elements, deductions and statutory payments
- Applying and calculating manual tax codes, processing P6/P9 notifications and handling complex tax scenarios
- Completing monthly reconciliations across GL, HMRC and pension providers using Excel
- Managing the full range of statutory payments: SSP, SMP, SPP etc, including manual calculations
- Owning pension scheme administration including auto-enrolment, opt-outs, re-enrolment and provider reconciliations
- Acting as first point of contact for all employee payroll queries daily
- Managing the relationship with our external payroll provider, challenging outputs and driving accuracy
- Contributing to the active project to bring pensions administration in-house
What you'll bring
- Hands-on end-to-end UK payroll ownership in a medium to large organisation

About the role:
We need Data Engineering Managers who are builders at heart. We want people who thrive on shipping high-impact work, think like product owners, and excel at clearing the path so their teams can execute at their full potential.
At HeliosX, Data Engineering Managers drive the execution engine. You will be deeply embedded in the work to shape how your teams build, challenge them to improve, and help them succeed. This is a leadership role first. Your impact comes primarily through your teams rather than your own code output.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive execution. You set ambitious targets and hold teams accountable. You own the accuracy of commitments. When you assign feature leads to initiatives, you remain accountable for the performance throughout delivery. Delegation is not abdication. You must stay close enough to the technical details to understand challenges, unblock the team, and make the right calls on complexity.
- Build and grow your people. You line-manage every engineer on your team. We expect you to hold a high bar for performance, give direct feedback, and proactively make changes when necessary. You also invest in high performers by stretching them with the right opportunities to support their development.
- Improve how your teams work. Be relentless about making your teams more effective over time. This includes refining processes, adopting better tools, and improving how your teams use AI in their day-to-day work. If you find friction, remove it.
- Shape what gets built. You help refine ideas, identify opportunities to deliver value sooner, and provide early estimates. You assign the right technical leads and ensure work is broken down effectively. You also balance product delivery with platform investment to prevent excessive tech debt.
- Drive technical excellence. You own the technical roadmap and architectural integrity. You don’t need to dictate the plan, but you must ensure the team is making good decisions. Keep the quality bar high. Ensure our systems are built to scale.
- Prototype and explore. You use AI tools to rapidly explore, prototype ideas and test assumptions. While you are not on the critical path for implementation, you should be hands-on enough to validate approaches and push the team's thinking.
- Shape HeliosX Engineering. You will hire your future colleagues. You will also contribute to engineering-wide culture and work alongside peers to raise the bar across the organization
Who you are:
- Management experience. You have line-managed engineers before and handled the hard parts, such as performance management, difficult conversations, and navigating change. We care less about years of experience and more that you have done this for real.
- Strong technical background. You have held at least a Senior Data Engineer/Scientist role. You can look at a design, a technical proposal, or a gnarly production issue and form a credible view. We are flexible on specific tech stacks but Snowflake and AWS Kinesis (or Kafka) are a plus, along with experience launching customer-facing or staff-facing data products.
- Bias for action. You default to doing, not deliberating. You would rather ship something imperfect and iterate than wait for the perfect plan.
- People and growth focus. You believe high-performing teams start with people who feel supported, challenged, and trusted.
- AI-native mindset. You don't just use AI tools. You have changed how you and your teams work because of them. You have strong opinions on where AI genuinely accelerates delivery and where it is a distraction.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a Director of Physical product to own and lead all Physical Product/NPD across the business, spanning licensed Rx medication, compounded treatments, OTC medicines, supplements, and personal care, transforming Physical Product and NPD into a commercially strategic, insight-led, and operationally disciplined growth engine. This role is accountable for turning customer needs, clinical opportunity, and market insight into a profitable, brand-strengthening physical product portfolio that drives retention, cross-condition usage, and long-term value. Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Medical, Product, and Commercial, this role owns physical product end-to-end; from strategy and prioritisation through to development, launch, lifecycle management, and scale.
This is a full time, permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected on site two days per week at our HQ in Central London.
What you'll do
Product Strategy and Innovation Pipeline
- Own all Physical Product categories, including licensed Rx medication, compounded treatments, OTC medicines and supplements, and personal care and adjacent product systems.
- Define category-led physical product strategies, with GLP-1 as the primary growth engine and other conditions sequenced based on commercial and clinical impact.
- Design connected product systems (Rx, supplements, add-ons, kits) that drive monetisation, adherence and movement across conditions, not just individual launches.
- Own a rolling 12–24 month innovation pipeline, balancing fast commercial wins with category-defining bets.
- Identify whitespace and future category opportunities through competitive intelligence, insight, and category modelling.
- Partner with Insight & Strategy to ensure all innovation is backed by market demand, consumer validation, and commercial proof.
- Make and defend hard prioritisation decisions to focus resource on the highest-impact categories and initiatives.
NPD Governance and Process Excellence
- Act as the single point of accountability for physical product go / no-go decisions, escalating where required.
- Own and evolve a stage-gated NPD governance framework, embedding transparency, accountability and high-quality decision-making.
- Implement consistent business case standards covering pricing, margin, scalability and ROI.
- Balance governance and pace, ensuring stage gates enable focus and speed rather than friction.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Act as the central orchestrator across Clinical, Brand, Commercial, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Insights teams.
- Partner deeply and continuously with Medical to translate clinical opportunity into safe, compliant, differentiated physical products.
- Ensure early feasibility input (both clinical and legal regulatory, operational, financial) to prevent late-stage failure or rework.
- Lead cross-functional reviews at each development stage ensuring alignment, ownership, and speed of decision-making.
- Partner closely with Growth & Product to ensure physical products are designed to improve retention, add-on rates and LTV post-acquisition.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing & Supply Chain to ensure seamless tech transfer, scale-up, and uninterrupted ongoing production, designing for quality, cost efficiency and operational scalability from day one.
Execution and Commercial Rigour
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, including formulation, packaging, testing, regulatory & operational readiness.
- Set ambitious, yet realistic timelines and stage accountability, ensuring speed to market without compromising standards.
- Own post-launch performance, lifecycle management and iteration, ensuring products continue to deliver against retention, adherence and margin targets.
- Establish dashboards, reporting cadence and decision forums to give leadership visibility across the physical product portfolio.
- Identify optimisation, reformulation or extension opportunities across the lifecycle.

About the role:
We need Engineering Managers who are builders at heart. We want people who thrive on shipping high-impact work, think like product owners, and excel at clearing the path so their teams can execute at their full potential.
At HeliosX, Engineering Managers drive the execution engine. You will be deeply embedded in the work to shape how your teams build, challenge them to improve, and help them succeed. This is a leadership role first. Your impact comes primarily through your teams rather than your own code output.
You will manage around 8-12 engineers across multiple small teams. Some teams might be one or two people; others might be six. The shape varies, but the job is the same: make those teams succeed.

- Drive execution. You set ambitious targets and hold teams accountable. You own the accuracy of commitments. When you assign feature leads to initiatives, you remain accountable for the performance throughout delivery. Delegation is not abdication. - Shape what gets built. Your Product Manager counterparts own the "what and why," but you are their partner. You help refine ideas, identify opportunities to deliver value sooner, and provide early estimates. You assign the right technical leads and ensure work is broken down effectively. You also balance product delivery with platform investment to prevent excessive tech debt.
- Drive technical excellence. You own the technical roadmap and architectural integrity. You don’t need to dictate the plan, but you must ensure the team is making good decisions. Keep the quality bar high. Ensure our systems are built to scale.
- Prototype and explore. You use AI tools to rapidly explore, prototype ideas and test assumptions. While you are not on the critical path for implementation, you should be hands-on enough to validate approaches and push the team's thinking.
- Shape HeliosX Engineering. You will hire your future colleagues. You will also contribute to engineering-wide culture and work alongside peers to raise the bar across the organization
Who you are:
- Management experience. You have line-managed engineers before and handled the hard parts, such as performance management, difficult conversations, and navigating change. We care less about years of experience and more that you have done this for real.
- Strong technical background. You have held at least a Senior Engineer role. You can look at a system design, a technical proposal, or a gnarly production issue and form a credible view. We are flexible on specific tech stacks but a Java background and at least some experience with React/Typescript are a plus.

About the role
We are looking for a senior Endocrinology specialist to join our Medical Advisory Board and support the international expansion of our EU online weight loss service.
This is a strategic, advisory role for an experienced clinician with deep expertise in GLP-1 prescribing within the German online weight loss market. You will act as the local Subject Matter Expert, ensuring our clinical protocols, SOPs, and service design align with German regulations, best practice, and patient safety standards.
You will work closely with our Medical Director and Medical Leadership team to shape, review, and future-proof our asynchronous digital prescribing model.
This role is long-term, flexible, and fully remote.
What you'll be doing:
- Review and sign off on all localised clinical protocols and SOPs relating to GLP-1 prescribing and weight loss services.
- Act as the local SME for the German online GLP-1 and weight loss service.
- Provide horizon scanning and market insight to anticipate regulatory, clinical, or best-practice changes.
- Advise on research, innovation, and advances in the medical management of obesity and related indications for GLP-1 therapies.

- Registered specialist with the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer), with a valid licence to practice.
- Fluent, professional English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of digital health, telemedicine models, and protocol-driven prescribing.

The Opportunity
The Head of Analytics is responsible for maximising the impact of analytics across HeliosX during a period of transition. The role will drive higher-quality, insight-led decision-making by leveraging existing data capabilities and embedding advanced analytical thinking across the business. - Deliver end-to-end, deep-dive analysis across areas such as:

The Opportunity
As our Lead Compounding Pharmacist you will ensure the safe and effective dispensing of prescriptions, oversee the compounding of treatments in compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards, and manage both sterile and non-sterile compounding operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in all processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding processes, including the preparation, dispensing, and labeling of compounded medications.
- Ensure weekly plans for items to be compounded and assign tasks to technicians as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all compounding activities, including batch sheets, logging, and compliance checks.
- Conduct product and batch verification to ensure quality control and patient safety.
- Lead sterile compounding operations in compliance with USP 797.
- Ensure proper use of cleanroom and adherence to sanitation protocols, including daily logs, calibration, and hazardous waste disposal.
- Conduct and document quality assurance checks to maintain safety, efficacy, and sterility of all compounded medications.
- Develop and implement SOPs for sterile compounding; assist with updates as needed.
- Maintains an ongoing training and competency program to develop, assess, and expand the knowledge base of all compounding personnel.
- Oversee compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards in both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
- Ensure technicians adhere to all SOPs and regulatory standards; update and modify SOPs as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy and NABP standards.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and adherence to all state and federal requirements.
- Train, supervise, and support pharmacy technicians and other staff in compounding techniques and compliance practices.
- Ensure a positive and efficient workflow, maintaining the proper pharmacist-to-technician ratio and providing ongoing feedback.
- Provide global support by collaborating with Dermatica UK compounding team for updates to formulations and stability studies.
- Monitor and report on temperature testing and other quality controls across compounding operations.
- Address any operational challenges or dispatch issues, communicating promptly with the central operations team.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide safe, effective treatment, counseling patients as needed.
- Answer patient inquiries and relay relevant medical information from the care team.
- Document and report any medication errors, near-misses, or patient concerns, contributing to continuous quality improvement (CQI).
What you'll bring to HeliosX:
- You have an Active Florida Pharmacist license (required).
- You have a minimum of 2 years in sterile compounding; experience with non-sterile compounding preferred.
- You have previous supervisory experience in a compounding setting preferred.
- You bring knowledge of compounding GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) (highly preferred).
- You have a strong understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines.
- You are detail-oriented with robust quality control and documentation practices.

The Opportunity
The main purpose is this role is to dispense prescription medication under the supervision of a pharmacist.
This is a part time onsite role in our Delray Beach Warehouse.
What you'll be doing:
- Print, Dispensing, Packaging, and Dispatching orders- Be sure to check for notes and valid address
- Solving delivering issues- Report any issues observed to Pharmacist
- Prefilling medication- Ensure bottles are prefilled and that there is enough stock on hand
- Dispense orders for Lightning Rx
- Assist Dermatica team with dispensing/filling/packing of orders
- Receiving deliveries- Unloading deliveries and organizing stock
- Support Pharmacists with other designated tasks- May include projects to help optimize the pharmacy and enhance compliance
- Assist with inventory counts- Pull expired medication
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Compounding batches
- Bottling batches- labeling
- Make sure batches are properly labeled
- Batch sheets are properly filled out before and during the compounding process- Photos are to be taken during the compounding process
- Proper cleaning and sanitizing of room- Make sure daily logs are filled out to show compliance with SOPs
Who You Are:
- You have Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred but not required)
- You have strong communication skills and team oriented mentality
- You are computer literate, working with multiple apps, google sheets and ipad
- You show strong problem solving skills
- You demonstrate an ability to be adaptable and quickly learn new skills as needed

PURPOSE
As a pharmacy assistant at Medexpress, you'll work under the pharmacist in charge. You'll be responsible for delivering medication safely, accurately, and on time to our German patients. You'll handle all tasks involved in processing orders from start to finish.
The goal is to eventually also supply Dutch patients and the wider EU market. Since this is still being fully implemented, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and make it a success.
- Preparing medication for shipment to the patient.
- Keeping patient records up to date and identifying any problems.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, returns, storage, and receiving of medication.
- Contact with patients and general practitioners.

About the role:
We’re HeliosX – a healthtech company on a mission to transform how healthcare is delivered; and we’re growing fast. As our UK laboratory continues to expand, we’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to help ensure every treatment we produce meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence.
This role will be assisting the Lab Manager in overseeing and participating in the day-to-day manufacture of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council Regulations, Guidance for Registered Pharmacies preparing Unlicensed Medicines, in line with internal SOPs, risk assessments and from other regulatory or advisory bodies.

What you'll be doing in the role:
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
- Perform quality checks on batches of product ensuring they comply with the quality specifications.
- Verification of calculations, raw material information and data entry when creating electronic batch production records.
- Investigate occurrences of non-conformances to SOPs during manufacturing processes with Lab Manager and Compounding Pharmacist.
- Partake in team briefings regarding process adherence or to raise awareness about potential product quality issues and suggest actions to minimise defects.
- Develop action plans to prevent recurrence of near misses
- Carry out root causes analysis on failed batches to prevent recurrence
- To manage and reduce contamination risks in the manufacturing areas.
- Troubleshooting/lapses mid production of treatment and carry out remedial actions to prevent batch failure.
- Perform quality checks on quarantined incoming raw materials and approve for general use.
- Perform quality checks on equipment and quarantine faulty items until function is restored or items replaced.
Admin and Documentation
- Ensure all master batch records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assist the Lab Manager and Compounding Pharmacist to maintain all documents and necessary information to comply with legislation.
- Identify process gaps and address them by drafting new SOPs. In addition to reviewing existing SOPs.
- To document and investigate near misses that occur during the manufacturing process
- Manage changes associated with batch production documentation and perform robust QA reviews and instruct others to complete technical reviews for all documentation.
- Carry out audits with the view to improve processes and efficiency during manufacture. Help implement ideas for positive changes.
- Cross reference COSHH forms for APIs and other raw materials with manufacturers’ safety documentation.
- Carrying out risk assessments for processes and machinery in the laboratory and warehouse
What you'll bring to the role:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Accredited ACT qualification (Required)
- Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Proven track record of Buttercups mentoring (Desirable)
- Active GPhC Registration (Required)

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll act as a key finance partner to Operations—owning critical forecasting processes, improving reporting accuracy, and delivering insights that drive performance.

What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Operations, supporting evaluation of commercial opportunities and risk
- Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and improve performance
- Own weekly reporting support—identifying issues, resolving errors, and improving outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, meaningful, and actionable
- Own global forecasting and month-end reconciliation for Postage, Packaging and GP Letters
- Support forecasting and reconciliation of Direct wages (Customer Service, Clinical, Fulfilment and Credit card fees across multiple geographies and providers
- Work with the FP&A team to produce monthly departmental P&Ls for Operations leadership
- Support cost-to-serve modelling for new geographical launches
- Contribute to key FP&A deliverables, including Weekly trade reporting and Board and executive-level reporting
- Develop a deep understanding of key P&L drivers and assumptions
- Provide proactive analysis, challenge, and insight to improve business performance
- Maintain and improve cost-to-serve automated reporting
- Act as a key finance contact for ad hoc reporting support
- Help enhance data quality, reporting logic, and operational insight
- Support senior stakeholders and the FP&A Director on strategic and ad hoc initiatives
Who you are:
- 3+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or consulting
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (preferred)
- Strong experience in forecasting and quantitative analysis
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver projects
- Comfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguity
- Experience in a D2C or online business model (preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills with a commercial mindset
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

The Opportunity
To lead and embed a consistent, fair, and principle-led Employee Relations (ER) framework across HeliosX. Provide expert oversight and strategic direction of complex ER matters while building manager capability and scalable processes to support our fast-growing, operationally intensive, and regulated business. This role ensures ER is handled with professionalism and empathy, balancing compliance with sound judgement.
Please note this role is hybrid, with an expectation you'll attend our office in Central London 2 days a week.
What you’ll do
- Set and embed clear ER frameworks that define responsibilities, escalation routes and decision ownership between managers, and the People Team.
- Act as custodian of ER policies and procedures across the UK, US and emerging markets, ensuring they are up to date, practical and consistently applied.
- Ensure global consistency of ER approach while allowing for local legislative and cultural nuance.
- Establish standards for ER quality, decision-making and documentation.
- Oversee and provide strategic direction of ER casework (informal and formal) across all employee groups, including frontline, clinical, professional, and senior managers, ensuring judgement based on complexity and risk.
- Lead complex, sensitive and high-risk ER cases, including senior employee matters.
- Provide expert judgement where there is ambiguity, sensitivity or competing risk.
- Lead ACAS conciliation and Employment Tribunal strategy (or equivalent regional dispute resolution) in partnership with Legal and external counsel.
- Identify and mitigate legal, operational and reputational risk arising from ER activity.
- Design and deliver ER training and guidance to build manager capability and confidence.
- Coach managers to address issues early and appropriately, reducing unnecessary escalation.

- Reduce ER dependency within the People team by improving manager self-sufficiency.
- Line manage and develop ER Advisor(s), building a high-performing and scalable ER function.

- Significant experience leading Employee Relations in a complex, high-growth organisation.

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Pharmacist to lead the setup and launch of our new pharmacy in the Netherlands, which will serve our German customer base initially before we launch our offering to Dutch patients next year. If you care about getting things right, building safe systems, and running a compliant high-volume dispensary, this is a chance to have real influence from day one.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full licensing and registration process, work closely with IGJ, KNMP and local authorities, and ensure the site is inspection ready. About the role:
As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be a cornerstone of our expanding security function. This role is pivotal in maturing our technical security posture, driving key security projects, and acting as a senior technical authority within the team. The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to own SEO and LLM-driven discoverability end-to-end across all HeliosX brands and markets, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRx. Search is changing fast. Users are moving from “searching websites” to “asking questions”, and discovery is increasingly driven by Google AI Overviews, LLMs and GenAI-powered answers. This role exists to ensure HeliosX is visible, authoritative and trusted in that new search landscape.
This is not a traditional keyword-only SEO role. You will sit within the Growth team and act as the single owner of organic discovery, spanning:
- Technical SEO & engineering requirements
- Content & clinical authority (E-E-A-T)

About the role:

As our UK laboratory continues to expand, we’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to help ensure every treatment we produce meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence.
This role will be assisting the Lab Manager in overseeing and participating in the day-to-day manufacture of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council Regulations, Guidance for Registered Pharmacies preparing Unlicensed Medicines, in line with internal SOPs, risk assessments and from other regulatory or advisory bodies.

What you'll be doing in the role:
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
- Perform quality checks on batches of product ensuring they comply with the quality specifications.
- Verification of calculations, raw material information and data entry when creating electronic batch production records.
- Investigate occurrences of non-conformances to SOPs during manufacturing processes with Lab Manager and Compounding Pharmacist.
- Partake in team briefings regarding process adherence or to raise awareness about potential product quality issues and suggest actions to minimise defects.
- Develop action plans to prevent recurrence of near misses
- Carry out root causes analysis on failed batches to prevent recurrence
- To manage and reduce contamination risks in the manufacturing areas.
- Troubleshooting/lapses mid production of treatment and carry out remedial actions to prevent batch failure.
- Perform quality checks on quarantined incoming raw materials and approve for general use.
- Perform quality checks on equipment and quarantine faulty items until function is restored or items replaced.
Admin and Documentation
- Ensure all master batch records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assist the Lab Manager and Compounding Pharmacist to maintain all documents and necessary information to comply with legislation.
- Identify process gaps and address them by drafting new SOPs. In addition to reviewing existing SOPs.
- To document and investigate near misses that occur during the manufacturing process
- Manage changes associated with batch production documentation and perform robust QA reviews and instruct others to complete technical reviews for all documentation.
- Carry out audits with the view to improve processes and efficiency during manufacture. Help implement ideas for positive changes.
- Cross reference COSHH forms for APIs and other raw materials with manufacturers’ safety documentation.
- Carrying out risk assessments for processes and machinery in the laboratory and warehouse

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient management of stock across multiple brands, ensuring high accuracy, minimal waste, and strong availability.
In this role, you’ll optimise inventory levels using FEFO principles, generate regular stock reports, and proactively flag low stock to reduce out-of-stock risk. You’ll coordinate orders for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables, while supporting import processes and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and warehouse partners.
You’ll also contribute to demand and supply forecasting, using historical data and seasonal trends to support planning, product launches, and stock reconciliations. A key focus of the role is driving efficiency across the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods while minimising operational costs.

What you'll do:
- Optimise Stock Levels across all brands.
- Waste mitigation via a First Expiry First Out (FEFO) system.
- Maximise Stock accuracy and work with wider inventory team to report on month end accuracy.

- Process and track orders of raw materials, finished goods and consumables in a timely manner in agreement with the Supply Chain Manager.

- At least 1 year of experience within a Supply Chain function

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Pharmacist to lead the setup and launch of our new pharmacy in the Netherlands, which will serve our German customer base initially before we launch our offering to Dutch patients next year. If you care about getting things right, building safe systems, and running a compliant high-volume dispensary, this is a chance to have real influence from day one.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full licensing and registration process, work closely with IGJ, KNMP and local authorities, and ensure the site is inspection ready. Once licensed, you’ll act as the Responsible Pharmacist (Houder van de Vergunning) and lead a growing team of pharmacists and support staff. You’ll oversee clinical governance, safeguard dispensing quality, and set a strong safety culture across a fast-moving digital pharmacy operation.
This is a non patient facing role focused on clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership during setup, launch and ongoing scale.
