Salary range: the expected base salary range for this position is between €45,600 - €68,400.
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. As a Technical Support Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be diagnosing technical issues and providing the necessary support to resolve problems for both hardware and software-related issues within Geotab products (e.g. GO devices), the MyGeotab software platform, and outside partner products. You will join an autonomous Agile team and work closely with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, Automation Testers, and other Software Engineers to create a competitive advantage for Kaizen and offer a unique online experience to our customers. Besides being part of the Agile team, you will work closely talented backend professional within the Backend Chapter.
Senior Software engineers in Kaizen are responsible for a multitude of projects, from our customer-facing websites and mobile applications to our admin and internal tools and backend services, most of them withstanding high volume / traffic.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/Cloud Platform Engineer to join our engineering organization and help drive the next generation of our infrastructure and CICD platform capabilities. In this role, you will be an integral part of our CICD release process, responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing CICD runners and environments, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and creating internal developer platforms that support fast, reliable, and secure software delivery. You will work closely with engineering, QA, data, and product teams to ensure our systems are scalable, resilient, and easy to use.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of CICD knowledge, cloud infrastructure expertise, DevOps mindset, and hands-on development skills. You will automate wherever possible, use Infrastructure as Code to maintain consistency, and leverage modern DevOps tooling, including AI-assisted automation to enhance operational efficiency and developer productivity.

What you'll do:

Your Experience:

As a GTM Automation Analyst within Bolt for Business - AI Centre of Excellence, you'll spend the majority of your time building — designing and deploying workflow automations and AI integrations that help our Sales and Account Management teams work faster and smarter across markets.
You'll work independently to build on platforms like n8n, write the logic that makes them tick, and connect them into Salesforce and the rest of our commercial stack. Over time, you'll develop a feel for the full lifecycle of a production automation — from scoping and build through to monitoring and iteration.
This is a great role if you've built automations before and want to go deeper, or if you're coming from a technical background and want to apply your skills to a fast-moving commercial environment.

SingleStore is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help optimize and scale our managed service offering across all three major cloud providers. In this role, you will be at the intersection of leading technology trends – A highly performant distributed database, managed by Kubernetes, running in the cloud. This is a great opportunity to push the boundaries with a cloud focused SRE role.
This is a development role, requiring an engineering mindset to solve operational challenges. You will be part of a globally distributed team of engineers, helping to drive SRE practices across the company. Through infrastructure automation, you will help us grow our service across multiple cloud platforms. This requires a relentless focus on eliminating manual processes. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the development and deployment of lifecycle trigger automations, adhoc promotions and engagement campaigns to ensure the business is positioned to drive long-term customer engagement and retention.
Work cross-functionally with product, product marketing and sales to translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic (sometimes pulled from other tools), and dynamic content requirements.
