How You’ll Shape Our Story:

As a Partnership Success Coordinator, you will hold a key position, responsible for deepening existing partnerships with retailers and commercial real estate owners, in order to embed our kiosks seamlessly into their retail operations. Your role will be highly dynamic and will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

• Ensure the satisfaction of signed clients by working closely with the Operations team

How You’ll Shape Our Story:

Powerdot is building the structure that turns an AI vision into daily reality across the organisation. We have aligned on the destination: every person using AI in their daily work, all purely executional work automated, operations built with AI integrated. What we need now is the person who enables people, team by team, week by week. The AI Enablement Manager is the operational owner of AI adoption at Powerdot. You will run the enablement programme, build and manage the AI Champions network across departments, and ensure every team reaches the point where they can build, own, and maintain their own AI workflows independently. What you will own:

Enablement programme  

• Design and run role-specific enablement sessions for each department (not generic workshops, but sessions tailored to how that team actually works)
• Manage the rollout sequencing across teams in coordination with the AI Strategy leads
• Track team maturity from v0 (hands-on guided) to v1 (self-sufficient) to v2 (championled)

AI Champions programme 

• Train and develop AI Champions per department
• Build Champions into the internal experts their teams rely on
• Run regular Champions cadence: shared learning, new use cases, tooling updates

Request triage and governance 

• Triage every AI request from across the organisation: workflow automation, knowledge and assistant use cases, scripting, or escalation to Engineering or the Data platform

Impact measurement

• Track and report adoption metrics: weekly active usage, time saved per team, selfsufficiency ratio (team-built vs. centrally built use cases)
• Own the monthly impact report accessible to the entire company

Coordination with Engineering 

• Work with the AI engineering team to unblock obstacles and build new tooling for internal and external tools integration
• Ensure what Engineering builds gets properly documented, trained on, and handed over to teams

Responsibilities:

The Intern DepOps Specialist will be responsible for comprehensive support of the connection process for electric vehicle charging stations to the power grid. The primary responsibility will be ongoing collaboration with Distribution System Operators (DSOs) — from submitting applications for connection conditions, through overseeing documentation, to the final execution of the connection by the DSOs.

How You’ll Shape Our Story:

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main goal will be to ensure Powerdot hires the right talent with speed and quality, while supporting internal mobility and giving hiring managers a smooth, structured, and efficient recruitment experience. Comment vous contribuerez à notre histoire :

Responsabilités:

En tant que stagiaire, tu auras un poste clé, transversal et ultra-responsabilisant. Tu vas découvrir l’écosystème de la mobilité électrique qui mêle tech, infrastructure et humain. Tu travailleras en direct avec le Responsable de Qualité (Operations Director) et seras le couteau-suisse de l’équipe. Gestion de Revenue et Amélioration de la Performance

• Analyser les données (via Sheets, Métabase, etc.) pour améliorer la performance opérationnelle et financière, synthétiser les conclusions et les présenter en réunions. 
• Création et amélioration de dashboard et tracker pour améliorer la performance 
• Supporter le Senior Qual Ops Manager dans la gestion des couts et de revenue 
• Travailler avec les equipe finance et comptabilité pour atteindre les objectifs financier 

Amélioration Continue et Gestion des Processus 

• Optimiser nos outils de gestion d'opérations et participer à l'implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour fluidifier les processus.
• Identifier et résoudre les goulots d’étranglement dans les processus ; automatisé et uniformiser via des outils en collaboration avec d’autres équipes 
• Mise en place de nouveaux processus opérationnels 
• Création de nouvelle politiques / pratiques pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations

Gestion du Changement et Coordination des Équipes

• Management du changement : Recueillir les feedbacks des équipes et consolider 
• Communication: Assurer le suivi des divers projets des requêtes de l'équipe en liaison avec les équipes locales et centrales. 
• Présentation: Préparer des presentation de réunion hebdomadaire

The Senior Pricing Coordinator will play a key role in the next phase of accelerated growth of Powerdot and in maximizing the profitability of our EV charging network through an efficient pricing strategy. As part of a central function, you will design, execute and scale pricing strategies across all Powerdot markets. How You’ll Shape Our Story:

As a Strategic Account Management Coordinator, you will hold a key position within the Sales team, as you will be directly responsible for the Key Accounts scope, meaning partners or prospects who manage multiple sites in their portfolio. You will discover the electric mobility ecosystem, which combines technology, infrastructure, and the dynamic Retail sector.  You will be involved in the following major missions, allowing you to interact with all Powerdot teams:

Prospecting

Key Account Partner Relations

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on recruitment strategy
• Draft, review, and publish clear and attractive job descriptions and job ads 
• Manage job postings across different channels, including job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, internal talent pools, agencies, and proactive pipeline building
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and business needs
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and relevant experience
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Support interview process quality by ensuring consistency, structure, and a strong candidate experience
