About the Role
As a Data Engineer, you will provide data-driven decision making support for Riskifieds' merchants. You will deliver an improved understanding of the merchants metrics and improve Riskified service and customer satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with various teams, including Analytics & Research, Finance, Account Management, and Product Management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with various teams to define key metrics (KPIs) and provide the methodologies to accurately measure Riskified’s performance
- Create new ETL processes and optimize existing ones
- Create smart, innovative and effective visualization methods, and promote engagement and implementation of them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Data Systems Management/Industrial Engineering and Management
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer – must
- Experience with SQL - must
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar - must
- Knowledge in data modeling and DWH design - must
- Experience in developing ETL processes - must
- Experience with business requirements gathering - must
- Experience with scripting languages - an advantage

About the Role
The Data Science department plays a pivotal role in our company, generating value to Riskified by developing algorithms and analytical production-grade solutions. We leverage advanced techniques and algorithms to provide maximum value from data in all shapes and sizes (such as classification models, NLP, anomaly detection, graph theory, deep learning, and more). As a Data Scientist, you will assume the classic data-science role of an end-to-end project development and implementation practitioner. Being part of the team requires a mix of hard quantitative and analytical skills, solid background in statistical modeling and machine learning, a technical data-savvy nature, along with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Data Exploration and Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and transform large, complex data sets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity for analysis
- Statistical Analysis and Modeling: Apply statistical methods and mathematical models to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in data sets, and develop predictive models
- Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, such as classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning, to solve business problems and improve processes

Qualifications
- B.Sc (M.Sc is a plus) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and successfully deploying them to production.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis
- Solid foundation in statistical concepts and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and experimental design
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to approach business problems, formulate hypotheses, and translate them into actionable solutions
- Proficiency in data visualization libraries, to create meaningful visual representations of complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment

About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support and scale our global paid media programs. This role is a critical part of our Demand Generation engine, focused on executing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement across our target accounts.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll be in-platform daily, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, while partnering closely with Campaigns, Regional Field, Design and Content to bring our global GTM strategy to life.

- Own execution of paid media campaigns across key channels including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels like Reddit.

- Partner cross-functionally with Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Content to ensure strong messaging and full funnel alignment

Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech

- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions and optimizations

About the Role

About the Role
Riskified is growing our Enterprise Business Development team. This is not your typical Business Development opportunity because it’s a lot more strategic and consultative. At Riskified, you’ll be generating and nurturing leads with large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies through creative and strategic research as well as networking (conferences, trade shows, other events, etc.).

This is an incentive-based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. About the Role
At Riskified, we succeed when our merchants succeed. As such, you'll be the merchant’s representative within Riskified, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our service. You will be expected to manage and prioritize their needs to ensure that they're happy and profitable. You'll manage a book of business of about 5-10 clients with an ACV of $6m-$15m+. These clients will include Fortune 500 companies, big-box retailers, travel merchants, and much more. Qualifications
- Proven success managing large, strategic enterprise accounts with $5-10M+ annual revenue.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a solution-oriented approach.
- Deep understanding of payments, fraud and ecommerce landscape preferred and the ability to quickly learn technical concepts.

The pay range for this position is $204,000 - 238,000 annually (inclusive of on-target commission) . Final compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and individual performance. About the Role
Riskified is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Finance Team under the Payroll manager.
As a Payroll Assistant, you will be involved in all daily payroll duties, including updating payroll records, preparing periodic reports, processing tax forms, etc.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the monthly payroll process
- Collect and update data in the payroll system
- Process and update new hires in the payroll system
- Support employee terminations and maintain relevant documentation (form 161)
- Manage and update pension funds data
- Review and process attendance data

About the Role
Riskified is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to serve as its Head of Investor Relations. The role will be responsible for continuing to craft the Riskified story in collaboration with the leadership team, strengthening the communications strategy as well as the dissemination of that plan to the investment community.
The successful candidate will possess a strong IR background, either with experience working as a buy-side or sell-side analyst in the software sector, or experience in leading the investor relations function in a tech company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and manage the quarterly earnings process, develop the script, perform analysis of results in partnership with FP&A and Accounting, develop key investment messages, and draft our Shareholder communications, conference call script, Q/A prep, and other preparation materials and presentations. Partner with teams across the company to ensure smooth execution.
- Refine investor outreach strategy and education, prepare executive leaders for conferences, non-deal roadshows, and select industry events.
- Handle first line communications between the company and the investment community including shareholder relations, both domestic and international. Represent the company as a spokesperson to the investment community with a focus on educating current and prospective shareholders about the company’s market opportunity, strategy, and performance.
- Work with the CFO to maintain and develop sell-side and buy-side analyst relationships.
- Monitor sell-side research, maintain consensus estimates and manage a working model for the company.
Analyze internal and external forecasts, data, and assumptions to provide a consolidated view of external expectations and implications for stock price movement and investor and analyst perceptions. - Advise senior management on expected investment community reaction to various strategic decisions and current market perceptions of the company.
- Communicate with executive management and the board of directors in addition to regular contact with financial staff and others across the company.
- Work closely with the Communications team on a full range of external and internal communications.
- Lead quarterly shareholder data recap for key internal constituents.
- Manage Investor Relations external website, including regular content updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA and/or CPA and/or CFA is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible business experience as in-house IR, investment related professional, and/or in equity research, buy-side investing
- Established reputation with buy and sell-side analysts and institutional investors.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and work proactively with other functions to understand the company's story and vision.
- Experience in development and execution of communication strategies; excellent writing ability and communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, positive, people-oriented, collaborative and energetic.
- Strong financial and investment analysis capabilities, including experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Awareness of selective disclosure and materiality issues as they relate to financial reporting.
- Knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and filings, accounting concepts and financial analysis.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and work proactively with other functions to understand the company's story and vision.
The base salary range for this position is $290,000 - $320,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to support and scale our global partner marketing efforts, with a strong focus on strategic events like our hosted flagship event Ascend and key co-marketing initiatives. About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-facing Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer to support our growth across Latin America. About the Role
The Data Science department plays a pivotal role in our company, generating value to Riskified by developing algorithms and analytical production-grade solutions. We leverage advanced techniques and algorithms to provide maximum value from data in all shapes and sizes (such as classification models, NLP, anomaly detection, graph theory, deep learning, and more).

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and business-oriented (Senior) HR Business Partner to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be the dedicated HR partner for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, helping them navigate a fast-paced environment, drive organizational changes, and build high-performing teams. This is a highly strategic role that requires a deep understanding of business goals and the ability to translate them into impactful people strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic consultant to GTM leadership on people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Organizational Development: Lead and support organizational restructuring (re-orgs) and transitions, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.

Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced global tech environment or startup. Experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations is a major advantage.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to drive complex organizational changes and support leadership through growth and restructuring.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, "everchanging" environment and can navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of GTM functions and how HR strategy directly impacts business success.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. About the Role
We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented and resourceful HR Operations expert to join the team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations & Experience, you will be responsible for supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle by helping internal HR processes be efficient and successful, and keeping internal data in order. The ideal candidate will be an independent, detail-oriented, creative thinker who can work with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices. What You'll Be Doing
- First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, etc.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers

About the Role

About the Role
The Data Science department plays a pivotal role in our company, generating value for Riskified by developing algorithms and analytical production-grade solutions. We leverage advanced techniques and algorithms to extract maximum value from data of all shapes and sizes, including classification models, NLP, anomaly detection, graph theory, deep learning, and more.

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented multi disciplinary Senior Data Platform Engineer with passion for infrastructure, who will be responsible for the performance, scale, and stability of our core data platform products. As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will be part of the Data Platform group and will be responsible for a large scale production data platform that serves as the core infrastructure of our products. About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new merchants. In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for customer implementations, ensuring seamless execution from integration kickoff through post–go-live stabilization.

Represent Product in executive-level conversations with partners and key customers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Corporate Strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech companies.
- Proven experience defining and driving multi-year product vision and strategy.
- Deep understanding of the fintech eco-system, including:
- eCommerce infrastructure
- Online payments and PSPs
- Banking and issuer ecosystems
- Fraud prevention and Identity management
- Strong business understanding with demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize major investment opportunities.
- Experience working with data-driven and algorithmic products.
- Experience partnering with GTM organizations to bring new products to market in existing and new product categories.

- Identify adjacencies and expansion vectors across eCommerce, payments, fraud prevention, Identity, Banking partnerships, and more.
- Translate macro fintech trends (agentic commerce, open banking, real-time payments, digital wallets, network tokenization, alternative payment methods, etc.) into concrete strategic opportunities.
Market & Investment Analysis
- Conduct deep market assessments to identify high-impact growth opportunities, including TAM/SAM analysis and competitive landscape evaluation.
- Evaluate build/partner/buy options and lead product-related strategic investments and partnerships.
- Develop business cases for major product bets, balancing growth potential and risk.
Represent Product in executive-level conversations with partners and key customers.
Strategic Roadmapping
- Ensure near-term roadmaps align with long-term strategic direction.
Partner with domain Product leaders to connect annual objectives and roadmaps with multi-year strategic pillars. - Facilitate executive alignment around major product moves and cross-domain initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Corporate Strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech companies.
- Proven experience defining and driving multi-year product vision and strategy.
- Deep understanding of the fintech eco-system, including:
- eCommerce infrastructure
- Online payments and PSPs
- Banking and issuer ecosystems

Riskified APAC is looking for an excellent Business Development Manager for the Southeast Asia and Middle East North Africa market with experience in B2B sales hunting to join the largest fraud prevention decisions platform globally. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead management. You’ll create interest for Riskified at key accounts by demonstrating our solution's value. This position will have a direct impact on our success by expanding the Riskified customer base.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the early stage of the value-based sales opportunities that are well-positioned to become enterprise clients and reseller partners
- Create and execute a prospecting plan through research, calling, email, leveraging personal networks and following up on marketing-generated leads
- Identify prospects’ key questions and pain points and multi-thread within large enterprises. Lead management is done by the BD rep (unlike other companies) until the leads mature to pricing negotiation and go-live preparation.
- Consistent use of proven sales approaches and techniques developed internally at Riskified combined with working with your existing industry network to generate leads
- Continuously improve and research the existing business development process to improve conversion
- Represent Riskified at industry events around Greater China
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Integration engineers to move big deals forward.
- Reporting to the Director of Business Development, based in Singapore
Qualifications
- 10 years of professional B2B tech sales/BD experience, preferably with experience in payments/SaaS
- An excellent English speaker and a native Mandarin speaker- Good command of verbal and written communication skills, Analytical skills
- Growth oriented hunter, highly motivated to crush targets
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with peers.
- Must be able to interact, multithread and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, this is not an SDR role. You take the lead.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision in a consultative selling style

This role combines operational project management with executive support, requiring someone who can seamlessly shift between strategic coordination and tactical execution. About the Role
The Senior Director of Global Merchant Health sits at the center of Riskified’s core business: ensuring our merchants achieve optimal performance, trust, and growth on our platform. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility leadership role responsible for a global team of analysts who partner closely with merchants, prospects, and internal stakeholders to monitor, optimize, and scale performance across Riskified’s portfolio.
