About the Role
We are looking for a Fraud Data Analyst to work directly with our customers on our Merchant Health Team. You will be part of a growing analytics team that is responsible for Riskified’s customers’ performance and online fraud prevention using quick problem-solving skills in real time. You will own a major part in researching and investigating new online-fraud trends and stand at the forefront of Riskified’s work. You’ll leverage your data analysis skills and knowledge of our product to provide meaningful insights directly to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research and explore data, using high level analytical tools (R and SQL) in a high level technical environment
- Master the online fraud prevention domain through hands-on analysis of live data
- Define and execute end-to-end technical solutions for fraud-prevention problems
- Share deep analysis conclusions and sophisticated technical methods in a clear manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with account managers, meet directly with clients, and deliver analytical insights to business questions
- Collaborate with various teams within Riskified to enhance processes and meet customers’ needs
Qualifications
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese required
- 1-2+ years in fraud analytics
- 1-2+ years of relevant strong analytical experience with complex data
- 1-2+ years of hands-on work experience with SQL (must be proficient)
- 1-2+ years of hands-on work experience with R / Python (must be proficient)
- Experienced problem solver and critical thinker
- Ability to work simultaneously on different tasks and lead multiple projects
*The position requires occasional evening and weekend shifts (schedule is flexible) as we support a global client base

About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new merchants. In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for customer implementations, ensuring seamless execution from integration kickoff through post–go-live stabilization.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Integration, Analytics, Data Science, Product and Merchant-facing teams to drive alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for high-value accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Leadership & Execution
- Own the full lifecycle of customer onboarding projects, from kickoff through 30 days post–go-live
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, timelines, and outcomes
- Build and manage detailed project plans, tracking dependencies across multiple teams
- Enforce a standardized Go-Live Checklist to ensure readiness for all high-value accounts
Stakeholder & Client Communication
- Serve as the central communication hub across internal teams, providing clear visibility into status, risks, and next steps
- Partner with Sales and Integration team to manage merchant-facing communication related to onboarding and technical requirements
- Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Risk & Change Management
- Proactively identify, document, and escalate project risks and blockers
- Track and drive resolution of data and integration-related issues across teams
- Lead Go/No-Go decision meetings, presenting readiness status and final recommendations to leadership
- Ensure a smooth transition to Merchant Health and TAM teams post–go-live, including ownership of open items and operational readiness
Process & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Sales pre-kickoff to validate commercial terms and ensure accurate, up-to-date data inputs
- Collaborate with Analytics to align on key success metrics (e.g., approval rates) prior to shadow mode
- Ensure all operational workflows (e.g., manual review, dispute processes) are fully prepared for launch
- Drive consistency and rigor in onboarding processes across teams
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience managing complex, technical, multi-stakeholder projects with strong attention to timelines and dependencies
- Ability to clearly and proactively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- A highly accountable, proactive approach with the confidence to lead without direct authority
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical integrations; able to facilitate conversations with engineering and data teams
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities, influence decision-making, and push back when needed
- Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on validating outcomes—not just tracking progress
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. About the Role
The Senior Director of Global Merchant Health sits at the center of Riskified’s core business: ensuring our merchants achieve optimal performance, trust, and growth on our platform. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility leadership role responsible for a global team of analysts who partner closely with merchants, prospects, and internal stakeholders to monitor, optimize, and scale performance across Riskified’s portfolio.
This leader will balance deep analytical and fraud expertise with strong people leadership, business acumen, and the ability to operate comfortably in client‑facing, high‑pressure environments. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert for complex fraud scenarios, performance optimization, and emerging trends, while also implementing the processes, and tooling needed to scale a global operation.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role is critical to Riskified’s success and visibility with both internal executive leadership and our most strategic merchants.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Scale a Global Team
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑caliber global team of analysts, located across New York, Tel Aviv, China, and Brazil.
- Build a strong team culture that thrives under pressure and values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Optimize Merchant Performance
- Own the end‑to‑end performance health of Riskified’s merchant portfolio, ensuring optimal outcomes across approval rates, fraud loss, customer experience, and revenue impact.
- Partner closely with merchants to understand their business initiatives ( and translate those needs into analytical strategies.
- Lead responses to complex fraud attacks or performance anomalies, driving cross‑functional action plans with urgency and clarity.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy and optimize models, while advocating for real‑world merchant needs and field insights.
Strategic Client & Prospect Engagement
- Serve as a senior, client‑facing leader in the most strategic and complex merchant conversations (Confidently present insights, recommendations, and performance narratives to executive‑level stakeholders.
- Support pre‑sales and prospect conversations as a trusted fraud and performance expert, including selective on‑site meetings and events.
Drive Process, Automation & Scale
- Bring a strong mindset of operational excellence, process design, and scale.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve tooling, and leverage AI to increase efficiency and impact across the team.
- Ensure reporting, dashboards, and presentations clearly communicate performance and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading senior, high‑performing analytical or fraud‑focused teams in a global environment.
- Strong background in fraud, risk, AML, payments, or eCommerce analytics
- Proven ability to operate at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy.
- Comfort and credibility in client‑facing environments, with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes, automation, and operational rigor in complex organizations.
- Global experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones (strong plus).
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, high‑visibility role with significant executive and client attention.
The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $240,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
