At Databricks, we are on a mission to empower our customers to solve the world's toughest data problems by utilizing the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in your customers. You will also help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to our most complex customers who need guidance to accelerate usage on Databricks workloads that they have already selected, helping them maximize the value they get from our platform and the return on investment.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases through leading your customers' stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestration of other focused/specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and driving plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. This is in parallel to being technical, with expectations being that you become the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This requires you to use your skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate at all levels with an organization. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $105,000 - $125,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Job Description
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, partnering with Avant colleagues, and individual performance.
What you’ll do:
Ensure quality and consistency across multiple tactics that are led by both Avant and external partners
Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers as it relates to project execution
Act as the in-house client at all times by communicating client expectations to the crossfunctional team
Act as the Customer Management Office (CMO) liaison within the respective account (vertical)
Provide invoicing information and budget status updates to clients as requested
Provide direction and review job scope changes and closeouts as necessary
Provide peer-to-peer channel insights and recommendations
Drive strategic partnerships with clients by having and applying knowledge of their products and objectives
Lead and actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions and annual strategic planning
Assist the business owner as needed with the following tasks
Create proposals for projects within assigned accounts
Partner with finance team and project managers in budget development
Perform other strategic work as delegated by the Account Director
Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client project
Support organic growth opportunities for the account through a strong understanding of Avant capabilities, client needs, and attention to buying signals
Partner successfully with Project Management Team to execute projects from the initiating and planning phases through the closing phase
Develop and manage project creative briefs and client scope statements
Supervise projects to ensure tactical and strategic goals are met
Follow all policies, procedures, industry standards, and compliance guidelines and ensure team members’ adherence
Execute client status meetings and prepare all meeting materials and follow-up items (agendas, notes, etc.)
Partner successfully with Project Management Team to execute projects from the initiating and planning phases through the closing phase (cont.)
Monitor the overall project scope from a client and account perspective and communicate scope changes when necessary
Provide final approval on all deliverables to ensure strategic objectives are met
Develop and communicate status reports with management and the client, monitor project and team results against client expectations
Monitor and manage project-related risks and issues in partnership with the project manager; resolve and escalate risks and issues to the client when needed

SUMMARY
The individual will be responsible for performing fund accounting and analysis functions for the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. The Retail Investor Funds include SEC registered investment companies operating as an interval fund and a tender offer fund. This position will be responsible for performing non-research molecular testing of samples for potentially containing biological threat agents. Ensures incoming operational, QA, and other sample types are processed while maintaining chain of custody. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Bring Events to Life
Own end-to-end execution of marketing events, with a strong focus on third-party programs like conferences, trade shows, and partner activations
Act as the primary point of contact with event organizers—managing sponsorship deliverables, timelines, and logistics
Coordinate all event elements including booth setup, shipping, vendor management, and on-site execution
Manage registration allocations, pass distribution, and internal attendee coordination
Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed flawlessly—from branding to speaking opportunities to lead capture
Support on-site execution to create a seamless and engaging attendee experience
Partner Across Teams
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Campaigns, Digital, and Partners to deliver integrated programs
Align closely with Sales and OBR teams to support pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
Work cross-functionally to ensure all moving pieces come together smoothly
Drive Operational Excellence
Own event trackers, calendars, and timelines across multiple programs
Support campaign setup and coordination across systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms
Ensure clean, accurate data capture and attendee tracking across all events
Measure What Matters
Track and report on performance, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact
Ensure timely and seamless post-event follow-up, including lead routing and communications
Identify opportunities to optimize and improve program performance over time
WHO YOU ARE
4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or program management
Proven track record of owning and executing events from start to finish
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
A strong collaborator who thrives working across teams
Clear and confident communicator
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense, or similar platforms is a plus
