Nexamp is seeking to hire a Director, Partner Management & Sales Enablement. You will be responsible for leading Nexamp’s third-party sales partnerships and the sales enablement function that powers partner-led and inside sales channels.

What you’ll do:  

• Lead Nexamp’s residential sales vendor strategy, owning vendor program performance, executive vendor relationships, and alignment to growth, quality, and compliance goals.
• Oversee sales enablement and operations across partner-led and inside sales channels, ensuring strong onboarding, training, tools, and process infrastructure that drive efficient lead conversion and enrollment quality.
• Manage and develop the Sales Enablement & Operations function, including direct leadership of the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager and coordination across vendor enablement, inside sales operations, and cross-functional improvements.
• Design and optimize scalable operational processes from vendor onboarding through performance management, while maintaining documentation, workflow efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Own performance analytics and accountability, including funnel health, forecasting, pipeline visibility, capacity planning, QA trends, ramp metrics, TPV pass rates, and dashboard reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CX, Legal, Product, and Compliance to resolve operational gaps, strengthen quality standards, and ensure enablement efforts support both vendor and internal sales teams effectively. 

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years in vendor management, B2B partnerships, channel sales, sales enablement, or program management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling and managing third-party vendor sales programs.
• Strong operational background with expertise in process design, systems implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience building or leading a sales enablement function — including training programs, playbooks, and rep readiness initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with advanced ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Skilled in executive-level communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.

You will also mentor and train a team of Distributed Generation Operators (DGOs) in the monitoring, remote troubleshooting and operation of Nexamp and third-party owned assets. You will report to the Manager, Nexamp Operations Center. This role will be an in-person, rotating shift-based role out of our Lawrence, MA, Operations Center.  

What you’ll do:  

• Operate Nexamp solar, storage, and future utility scale generation assets through safe and effective remote monitoring and control of the managed portfolio, including ancillary and balance of plant equipment, by detecting alarms, parameter changes, outages, and abnormal conditions to maintain stable, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Identify and respond to abnormal operating conditions, including undocumented scenarios,
• Perform remote troubleshooting using monitoring platforms to diagnose and resolve common issues, escalating to on-site personnel when necessary.
• Optimize system performance in accordance with established procedures to maximize revenue while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and achieving defined KPIs.
• Coordinate with regional transmission operators, local ISOs, and site operations & maintenance (O&M) personnel to receive and execute operational directives, including scheduled maintenance and real-time response to abnormal conditions or unexpected disruptions, in accordance with Nexamp processes and SOPs.
• Record operational data, maintain logs, and compile and distribute reports as required.
• Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to Distributed Generation Operators on operating procedures, customer and utility interactions, and emergency response, while contributing to team development.
• Complete all required internal and external training, including NERC and ISO/RTO certifications as applicable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across business units to share operational insights, contribute lessons learned, and support lifecycle decision-making for current and future assets.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures, including creating SOPs for future utility scale assets and reviewing and enhancing existing DGO SOPs.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years of relevant operational experience, such as military watch standing, maritime roles on merchant vessels or oil rigs (engineering or non engineering), or watch standing in a traditional thermal power plant. Experience in control room operation within power generation is preferred. 
• A 2-year degree in Electrical Technology/Engineering  or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through related course work and/or experience.
• Advanced computer skills including experience in SCADA system operations, MS Office Suite, familiar with Remote Desktop.
• Basic knowledge of the Bulk Electric System including AC electrical generation and high voltage transmission processes, with the ability to remotely troubleshoot plant equipment

What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is growing their Portfolio Operations team and seeking to hire a Director, Financing Operations. You will own the integrity, execution, and risk posture of post-close financing operations across the Nexamp portfolios. You will be accountable for orchestrating funding conditions precedent execution, lender reporting, and cross-functional operational readiness to support on-time funding and compliance. In this role you will be focused on post-close construction debt operations from legal close through substantial completion and transition into long-term ownership.

• Lead post-close financing operations across covered portfolios, serving as the single point of accountability for execution, risk visibility, and cross-portfolio prioritization.
• Own the single source of truth for funding conditions precedent checklists, borrowing requirements, and integrated borrowing schedules across construction debt facilities and intersecting financing workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery of conditions precedent (CP) packages, including project company documents, real estate materials, third-party reports, and regulatory or security items, ensuring quality and completeness before lender submission.
• Oversee the end-to-end lender and tax equity investor reporting calendar, ensuring recurring and ad hoc deliverables are compiled, reviewed, and submitted accurately and on time.

What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is seeking to hire a Junior Control Room Operator to join it's 24/7 Operations Center in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the real-time monitoring and basic remote operations of Nexamp's fleet of distributed solar and battery energy storage assets to ensure safe, reliable and optimized performance 365 days a year. You will identify and triage alarms and events, execute standard troubleshooting protocols and escalate issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders. 

This role is a full time, expected to work 40 hours throughout the week, including weekends & holidays. You will be expected to work a 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am-10pm ET, which will be determined upon hire. This role is full time out of our Lawrence, MA Operations Center. You will report to the Manager, Operations Center.

What you’ll do:  

• Monitor daily production and operational status of our solar and battery energy storage systems using Nexamp monitoring tools and standard operation procedures (SOPs).
• Review, acknowledge, analyze, and prioritize alarms and alerts, ensuring timely response to critical events and appropriate escalation to field service, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Perform basic remote troubleshooting and control actions within defined SOPs, including independently monitoring and operating assets, and document actions taken in the monitoring and fleet management systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, utilities, equipment manufacturers, field technicians, and internal Nexamp teams via phone, email, and ticketing/monitoring platforms to coordinate safe and efficient issue resolution.
• Manage and triage the operations email inbox, including alarms, site notifications, and vendor communications, routing and escalating messages based on SOPs and operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of outages, events, and resolutions in Nexamp’s monitoring and fleet management tools to support reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Continuously seek to optimize monitoring practices, alarm configurations, and SOPs in collaboration with team members to enhance safety, responsiveness, and asset performance.

What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is growing our Electrical Engineering team, and looking to hire a Lead Electrical Engineer. You will be responsible for review of PV and ESS projects design by providing technical expertise in the interconnection, construction, and assisting in the commissioning of distributed energy resources (DERs).  This role requires an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical infrastructure up to 345kV, including in-depth knowledge and expertise protective relaying and controls, and a strong working knowledge in applicable national codes including NEC and NESC. You will also will work closely with the Director of Electrical Engineering on department initiatives and process improvements.

We are ideally supporting hybrid work out of our Boston, Chicago or DC offices, but could support remote work if needed. You will report directly to our Director, Electrical Engineering.  

What you’ll do:  

• Specify and review equipment shop drawings for switchgear, transformers, reclosers and other major electrical equipment.
• Perform advanced electrical modeling in ETAP and AmpCalc to coordinate system protection, determine fault-duty ratings, calculate arc-flash hazards, and run step/touch grounding analysis
• Manage scope of work for 3rd party electrical engineers including but not limited to studies; protection coordination, power flow, arc flash, Step/touch grounding analysis, PSCAD and PSSE modeling, and substation design
• Provide technical support to Nexamp Development, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) departments for the entire life cycle of a project including development, permitting, construction, and asset management phases
• Support the project Engineering and Design Engineering team:
  • Review draft construction set drawings for compliance to Nexamp and National Electric Code (NEC) compliance
  • Assist with code interpretation and Requests for Information (RFI) responses
  • Review grounding studies and thermal ampacity studies
  • Assist with equipment due diligence
• Support the Grid Integration and Design Engineering team:
  • Review, analyze, and interpret utility pre-screen reports, System Impact Studies, Interconnection Service Agreements, and utility negotiationsWitness test procedure review, code interpretation, protective settings development
  • Implementation of non-wires alternatives, selective curtailment, and other grid-edge technologies
  • Train and mentor junior engineering personnel

Nexamp is looking to hire a Project  Sourcing Manager to join the Supply Chain team. As a Project Sourcing Manager, you will work within the regional business project platform teams. You will drive the product material cost savings roadmaps during the project acquisition phase through the PTO project life cycle of the phases. You will also support the technology roadmap and project manufacturability through the supplier/business partner interface through the end-of-life project cycle. What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Construction Superintendent (SCS). This role is a critical leadership position empowered to make independent decisions that directly impact the safety, performance, and operational success of a portfolio of solar construction projects. The SCS serves as a critical decision-maker in matters of jobsite compliance, team deployment, subcontractor performance, and adherence to construction standards and policies. 

In this role, you will support solar projects in the Springfield, IL region. You will report to the Regional Construction Manager. 

What you’ll do:  

• Directly supervise 3–12 contingent Construction Superintendents (CS) across active solar project sites, in coordination with agency partners. Assign site leadership roles, monitor CS performance, and provide coaching and feedback. 
• Exercise discretion in identifying and responding to safety, quality, and compliance issues. Empowered to stop work, redirect resources, or mandate changes without prior approval. 
• Evaluate the performance of subcontractors in the field and provide recommendations that directly inform contract renewal, termination, or future engagement decisions. These evaluations materially affect vendor relationships and project outcomes. 
• Interpret and enforce company policies and OSHA, SWPPP, and site-specific standards in dynamic field conditions. 
• Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of site-level superintendents and field personnel. 
• Work with the Regional Construction Manager on staffing strategy, including hiring, reassignment, and termination decisions for contingent CS roles. 
• Monitor project progress and risks; recommend changes to staffing, scheduling, or scope to meet objectives. 
• Hold final responsibility for review and close out compliance documentation, QA/QC reports, and inspection logs within Procore or other systems of record. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert on solar construction methods, compliance, and site logistics. 
• Advise senior leadership on operational performance, training standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Represent company interests with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site stakeholders.

What you’ll bring: 

• 3+ years of construction management experience, preferably in the solar industry, with a successful track record in project management.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and various other construction management tools

• Maintains professional licenses in trade (i.e., CSL, NABCEP PV, etc.)

Compensation:  

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $120,000 - $135,000. What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Business Processes. Nexamp's engineering capacity is expanding faster than our product pipeline can feed it — and critical business processes still live in spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and manual handoffs. This role exists to close that gap: partnering with department leaders to extract, document, and prioritize requirements for net-new tools that replace fragile workarounds with real software. As AI-powered development tools lower the barrier to building, this person ensures that energy gets directed productively — unlocking speed without creating shadow IT risk. 

You will be hybrid out of our Boston, MA office. You will report to the VP, Product Management.

What you’ll do:  

• Embed with business teams that haven't yet had meaningful tech engagement to map current workflows, identify automation opportunities, and surface business-continuity risks from spreadsheet-dependent processes.
• Conduct structured discovery with department leaders and operators to translate institutional knowledge into clear, scoped Product requirements ready for traditional Engineering or no/low-code development.
• Own a cross-functional intake and prioritization process for new tool requests, evaluating each against strategic value, build complexity, and urgency.
• Produce shovel-ready specifications — user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria — that can be picked up by an engineering squad or used to spin up an AI-built solution directly.
• Serve as the bridge between non-technical teams and Nexamp's tech organization, making it easy and safe for departments to get the tools they need through supported channels.
• Define success metrics for each initiative and track outcomes post-delivery to confirm the tool actually solved the problem.

What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Utility-Scale Development Finance Associate. You will be responsible to support Nexamp’s utility-scale development efforts by serving as a bridge between the Utility-Scale Development and Capital Markets teams. The Senior Associate helps ensure project assumptions, diligence materials, and operational insights are accurately reflected in financial analyses, financing activities, and ongoing facility management. By improving coordination across development and financing workstreams, this role helps advance financeable projects, support efficient capital deployment, and strengthen management of existing financing relationships.

We are accepting candidates across our hub offices of Chicago, IL, Boston, MA, and Austin, TX, where you will be hybrid. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Utility-Scale. 

What you’ll do:  

• Serve as the analytical cross-functional partner and primary point of contact between the Utility-Scale Development team and Capital Markets, translating project-level development updates (schedule, permitting, commercial terms, budget) into financial and strategic inputs that drive project prioritization, financing, and decision-making. 
• Maintain and update project-level and portfolio-level financial models for the evaluation of utility-scale project opportunities. 
• Coordinate internal workstreams and track deliverables during the execution of debt, tax equity, tax credit transfer, and other structed financing transactions and ensuring materials are delivered on time throughout the transaction lifecycle. 
• Prepare and update utility-scale financing facilities, including lender reporting, covenant compliance tracking, consent and waiver requests, and coordinate inputs with internal teams and financing counterparties. 
• Monitor and analyze market trends, financing structures, and investor activity across renewable energy capital markets, preparing internal materials to support PPA origination, tax credit monetization, M&A opportunities, and other capital deployment decisions. 
• Prepare presentations, transaction summaries, and internal approval materials used by senior management, investment committees, and financing counterparties to support utility-scale project decision-making.

What you’ll bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.   
• 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, project finance, development finance, capital markets, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.  
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project economics and support scenario analysis.   
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.  
• Ability to gather, synthesize, and clearly communicate project-level information through presentations, memos, and approval materials that support diligence, reporting, and decision-making. 
• Experience supporting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or valuation work, preferably in energy or infrastructure.  
• Exposure to utility-scale solar, storage, or broader renewable energy development is preferred.
• Familiarity with project finance concepts, including debt, tax equity, tax credit transfer, or other structured financing solutions, is preferred.
• Experience supporting due diligence, transaction execution, or management of financing or investment processes is a plus.  
• Understanding of key project development inputs such as schedule, budget, commercial assumptions, and milestone tracking is preferred.
