Mission Brief
As a Senior Production Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority and process owner for electrical/electronic assemblies and wiring harnesses, covering assembly, endofline testing, and industrialisation. You own the transition from prototype and preseries builds to stable, serial production, ensuring that Electromechanical and electronic products (E/E systems or Avionics) meet stringent performance, functional safety, and reliability requirements for series manufacturing
You will drive process capability, production readiness (MRL/TRL), efficiency, and equipment strategy while guiding technicians and junior engineers. You will collaborate closely with design engineering, AIT, quality, supply chain, development programs, and external suppliers to deliver scalable, highly reliable avionics production processes.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
Engineers with backgrounds in automotive E/E industrialisation, complex electronics manufacturing, or regulated hardware systems typically adapt very successfully to this environment. Plan and execute internal control assessments and coordinate external compliance audits on a defined cadence.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and drive cross-functional implementation across international technical units.
Manage remediation processes by tracking findings, evidence, and deadlines, providing regular status reports to primary stakeholders.
Enhance GRC maturity through continuous monitoring, comprehensive documentation, and technical guidance for other contributors.
Evaluate and validate the design and operational effectiveness of security policies, standards, and internal controls to mitigate compliance risk.
Develop accurate technical reports and presentations regarding the compliance landscape for executive and technical stakeholders.
3+ years of experience delivering compliance services in a corporate environment focused on IT General Controls (ITGC), SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and EU NIS2.
Profound knowledge of data privacy directives including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
Proven ability to interpret complex compliance regulations and map them to specific system implementations and security frameworks.
Experience supporting third-party risk management programs and data privacy operations.
Expertise in developing and executing security awareness initiatives and technical training modules.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to provide services independently in a high-growth environment.
Prior experience providing services within SaaS environments, specifically involving Cloud and AWS infrastructure.
Industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are highly regarded.

In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden, Partnern und dem Produktteam zusammen, um komplexe Beschaffungsprozesse zu modellieren, funktionale Lösungen zu optimieren und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben. Ihre funktionale Expertise ist entscheidend, um die Ausgabensteuerung unserer Kunden zu verbessern und ihren langfristigen Erfolg sicherzustellen.
IHRE AUFGABEN IM DETAIL
● Leitung von End-to-End-Implementierungen funktionaler Workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) von Projektstart bis zum Go-Live in der Produktion.
● Einführung unserer agentischen KI-Lösungen, indem Sie Ihre tiefgehende Procurement-Domänenexpertise und natürliche Sprache (Prompting und funktionale Logik) nutzen, um KI-Verhalten gezielt auf den individuellen Geschäftskontext des Kunden zuzuschneiden.
● Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Solution Architect in der Designphase: Vermittlung von Best Practices an Kunden oder Partner, Produkt-Demonstrationen, Fit-Gap-Analysen und vollständige funktionale Verantwortung für das Design-Dokument.
● Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Solution Architects durch Teilen von Best Practices mit Kunden oder Partnern, Produkt-Demonstrationen und Übernahme der vollen funktionalen Verantwortung für das Design-Dokument.
● Unterstützung von Partnern in der Implementierungsphase durch Feedback zum Design sowie Durchführung von Konfigurationsreviews während der Implementierung.
● Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Delivery- und Deployment-Plan und Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Produktivsetzung.
● Konfiguration der Lösung und Koordination der Aktivitäten mit anderen Teammitgliedern, um die Einhaltung der Projektmeilensteine sicherzustellen.
● Einarbeitung von Kundenfeedback zur Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktfunktionen.
● Sicherstellung von PMO-Aktivitäten (Project Management Office) und Unterstützung von Change-Management-Initiativen zur Förderung der Endanwenderakzeptanz.
IHR PROFIL

Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen:
● Abgeschlossenes Studium (BS/BA, MBA bevorzugt) in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Procurement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet bzw. ausländisches Äquivalent.
● Mindestens 5 Jahre funktionale Erfahrung in Procurement, SRM oder Supply Chain.
● Vorerfahrung mit Software- bzw. SaaS-Implementierungsprojekten ist von Vorteil.
● Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung digitaler Transformation unter Nutzung führender Cloud-Procurement-Plattformen sowie eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, natürliche Sprache zur Steuerung von KI-/Automatisierungs-Tools einzusetzen.
● Erfahrung im Management von Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen, in der Leitung von Workshops und in der Rolle eines Trusted Business Advisors.

The role in a nutshell:
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who’s equal parts problem-solver, translator, and customer hero. You’ll be the go-to person when customers hit snags with Chainguard Images, digging into technical mysteries, keeping folks informed, and partnering with Engineering to squash bugs before they cause chaos. This isn’t just “reset the password and move on” support: you’ll work on real, complex issues with modern tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Helm charts, Terraform, etc.), make customers feel like superheroes themselves, and help shape how Chainguard delivers world-class support. The Business Operations Lead will be responsible for driving the efficient execution of business operations, ensuring alignment between commercial, medical and other operational functions.
