Chainguard is securing the software supply chain, and our EMEA recruiting engine is growing fast. We're looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to keep the machine running — someone who takes ownership of the candidate experience, keeps the calendar airtight across multiple time zones, and makes our EMEA recruiters faster at everything they do. This is a four-month contract based in the UK, and it is not a background role. You will be the operational backbone of a team that moves quickly and holds a high bar.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for two EMEA recruiters — coordinating across UK, European, and APAC time zones without dropping the ball
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and reflects a high-quality candidate experience
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring pipeline data is accurate and audit-ready at all times
• Prepare and distribute interview materials, agendas, and panel briefs ahead of every interview loop
• Flag scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or process gaps proactively — don't wait to be asked
• Support the team with administrative tasks including job postings, reporting, and internal logistics
• Coordinate across stakeholders independently — hiring managers, panelists, and candidates — without needing hand-holding on standard workflows

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of recruiting coordination, executive coordination, or high-volume administrative experience 
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
• Strong communicator in writing and over video — clear, concise, and professional across every channel
• High sense of urgency: you understand that slow scheduling hurts the candidate experience and costs the business
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-paced environment — you do not need a manager to tell you what to do next
• Confident managing multi-timezone logistics without a second thought
• Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) or Gem is a strong plus — but if you haven't used them before, you'll pick them up quickly
• Based in the UK with the ability to work UK business hours

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who’s equal parts problem-solver, translator, and customer hero. You’ll be the go-to person when customers hit snags with Chainguard Images, digging into technical mysteries, keeping folks informed, and partnering with Engineering to squash bugs before they cause chaos. This isn’t just “reset the password and move on” support: you’ll work on real, complex issues with modern tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Helm charts, Terraform, etc.), make customers feel like superheroes themselves, and help shape how Chainguard delivers world-class support. • Be the frontline agent: Triage, investigate, reproduce, manage, and annihilate complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales (EMEA – Central & Southern Europe) will report directly to the VP of EMEA.

Chainguard is seeking a highly motivated Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts across Central and Southern Europe. This second-line sales leader will be responsible for all New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR / NACV) within the region.

Leading a team of Regional Directors, this individual will own all aspects of building and scaling a high-performing, high-impact enterprise sales organization within one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies globally.

The RVP will bring strong passion for the value Chainguard delivers to customers, operating with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class team of enterprise sellers on time and on budget.

• Enable Regional Directors and Enterprise Account Executives to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones consistently

• Drive a disciplined approach to pipeline generation, leveraging field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development

• Define and execute a regional revenue strategy, ensuring strong execution and collaborative team selling.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on value realization, retention, expansion, and advocacy.

• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting through disciplined deal inspection and forecast methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven second-line sales leadership experience focused on new business and new logo acquisition

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota in security, open source, or cloud development markets

• SaaS experience leading subscription-based sales teams

• Demonstrated success in carrying or leading teams with multiple millions in New ARR targets

• Strong “hunter” leadership mindset with experience driving pipeline creation and demand generation

• Track record of consistent overachievement and accountability

• Experience closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders in emerging or new technology categories

• Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ ARR, with exposure to transactions exceeding $1M+ ARR

• Strong relationships with channel partners and executive-level customers

• Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Force Management)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
