Program Overview

We are looking for 3-4 GTM & AI Innovation Interns to support our team this summer in our 11-week program. Interns will collaborate with the BDR team, Account Executives, Customer Success, and our AI operation stack.  You'll work directly with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other GTM tools - learning how a high-growth B2B intelligence company runs its revenue engine while building something that outlasts the summer.

What you'll do:

Go-to-Market & Pipeline Development

• Own a structured research and outreach project that generates real pipeline — not a simulation, not a case study
• Work directly in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build, enrich, and activate account and contact data
• Collaborate with BDRs and AEs to validate findings and ensure your outputs are usable from day one
• Contribute to outbound sequences, account prioritization, and competitive intelligence

AI-Powered Business Modernization

• Use Claude AI and other generative AI tools to accelerate research, pattern recognition, and content production across your project
• Build and test AI-assisted workflows and prompts that save the team time and increase output quality
• Document your process improvements and present findings to team leads — your work could become part of Everstream’s standard operating playbook
• Stay current on AI capabilities and bring new ideas on how Everstream can continue to lead in AI adoption internally

Strategic Learning & Collaboration

• Participate in team meetings, product demos, and customer calls to develop a deep understanding of our market and buyers
• Support analysis of competitive landscape, market positioning, and displacement opportunities
• Contribute to special projects as assigned — at a fast-growing company, high-impact opportunities surface quickly

Compensation:

• Compensation will be weekly at $400 per week based on a 20-hour work week
• Role will be eligible for incentive-based compensation, awards, gifts, etc.
• Hours will be flexible, but the expectation is 4-hour workdays, 5 days a week, Mon - Fri
• Laptops and work necessities will be provided
• Other expenses to be reimbursed based on prior approval from manager or executive team member

You're a strong fit if you:

• Are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have a genuine interest in AI tools and enjoy experimenting with technology to solve problems
• Are a strong communicator — you write clearly, ask good questions, and can distill complex ideas into simple language
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working in ambiguity; you take ownership and follow through
• Have basic familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint) and an eagerness to learn sales and marketing platforms
• Are available for a 20-hour per week commitment for the full 11-week program

This internship starts on June 1, 2026 and will run until August 14, 2026.

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive strategic planning, onboarding, adoption, and renewal efforts for a portfolio of Enterprise-level accounts. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer business outcomes, ensuring strong product adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable success. 

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned strategic accounts. 

• Demonstrate value in Everstream products by conducting focused supply chain analyses for and with customers to solve specific supply chain questions and challenges using Everstream data and tools 

• Increase overall customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, usage, customer satisfaction and NPS scores 

• Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation teams to align on customer success plans and ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing engagement. 

• Collaborate with Product Management by gathering and communicating customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and drive innovation. 

• Champion customer advocacy by helping expand customer references, testimonials, and case studies. 

• Serve as a mentor and senior voice within the Value Realization team, offering guidance and support to team members when needed. 

• Contribute to developing and refining best practices, playbooks, and internal processes that enhance the customer journey. 

• Proactively identify risk and opportunity within assigned accounts and drive appropriate actions. 

• Travel as needed to client locations for business reviews, analysis, and relationship-building. 

• Be available and responsive in the event of any critical customer needs or emergencies. 

Requirements 

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS or supply chain, procurement, or transportation solutions. 

• Strong experience working with Enterprise-level customers and managing complex client relationships. 

• Depth in problem solving, supply chain analysis, and strategic planning. 

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 

• Executive presence and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. 

• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams. 

• Ability to translate customer goals and business strategies into actionable success plans with little oversight. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

• Passion for helping customers succeed and proactive interest in continuously improving the customer experience. 

• Hands-on approach, willing to engage directly with customers onsite when needed. 

JOIN OUR TEAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Summer Marketing Intern. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will contribute to various marketing initiatives and campaigns, assisting our marketing team in achieving its goals and objectives. This is an unpaid internship position for the duration of the summer.

What you will learn:

Assist in developing marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct research on target audience demographics and market trends to support the development of effective marketing strategies.

Content creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters. Ensure the content is aligned with our brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Social media management: Assist in managing our social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages. Identify opportunities to increase followers and improve engagement levels.

Digital marketing support: Aid in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing. Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Market research and analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior. Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to identify opportunities and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Collaborative projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to support collaborative marketing projects. Contribute ideas and provide assistance as needed.

Administrative tasks: Complete administrative duties such as organizing files, maintaining marketing materials inventory, and updating databases. Provide general support to the marketing team as required.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's degree program, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

As an Strategic Account Executive at Everstream, you will be the driving force behind our success in the automotive industry, playing a pivotal role in our sales team. Your mission is to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within this sector, leveraging your strategic acumen and profound understanding of enterprise sales dynamics. Your primary responsibility is to craft and execute a sales strategy that propels our growth and solidifies our position as a leader in the automotive sector.

Key Accountabilities

Customer engagement & planning

• Strategize and develop new relationships in targeted industries and functions. Drive strategic customer dialogues to identify customer's business objectives, risk management requirements & challenges
• Deliver Everstream value proposition and go-to-market messaging through customer engagements ensuring there is alignment and effective articulation of customer value
• Be a subject matter expert of global supply chain risk management within a specific sector such as automotive, pharma, consumer goods, manufacturing etc.
• Drive the appropriate approach to the customer and be able to effectively articulate the customer’s expected value in using Everstream’s supply chain risk management solution

Relationship & opportunity development 

• Build strong pipeline and achieve targeted new business wins
• Identify & develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations in respective region, to ensure maximum leverage for Everstream interests
• Research, collect & analyze target accounts financial information, critical business processes and/or system needs
• Drive the potential customers through the entire opportunity development process with goal of having them engage with a sequence of actionable next steps in collaboration with the Inside Sales Team
• Use independent judgment to qualify and validate inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events and direct mail campaigns
• Network with decision makers and influencers within the region
• Attend forums, conferences and platforms to promote the product with the aim to generate new leads & support sales team in areas for which you are a subject matter expert
• Know when to involve leadership into an opportunity to help close the deal
• Leverage MEDDPICC and/or Challenger Sales Methodologies when appropriate

Preparing, winning & implementing the deal    

• Present the solution to potential customers, demonstrating clear business & solution fit
• Actively drive commercial negotiations and close deals
• Liaise with legal teams from the customer and Everstream to ensure legal obligations are adhered to and contractual documentation are in place prior to start of service

Reporting and Performance        

• Comply with Everstream Sales Operations process and utilization of our Salesforce CRM
• Communicate effectively with Management in person, via phone and email
• Acquire feedback from customers on product, review inputs with team members, and ensure Everstream product management priorities and commercial objectives are met 

Qualifications you need for this role:

• 7-10 years of experience in an Enterprise sales
• Strong Presentation and Hunting Skills ·Strong Computer & Social Media and Networking Skills
• Experience selling Enterprise wide "Software as a Service" solutions and handling new user requirements in a commercial context
• Proven Track Record of Success
• University degree required
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance OR Risk Management
• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
