Role
We are looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Operations team in our San Jose, CA HQ Office. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Chief Architect, REIS. You are an SRE with proven experience in Linux/UNIX System Administration and hands-on expertise in building infrastructure and managing platforms like Kubernetes using automation tools and high security standards. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex Linux networking and security issues, apply a strong understanding of firewall technologies, and manage access across various systems, platforms, and applications.

The Senior Compensation and HR Operations Analyst is a critical role responsible for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of GumGum’s compensation and benefits practices. Reporting to the VP, People and Culture and operating as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert, you will ensure our programs are run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with our business goals.
This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and operational excellence. You will lead the execution of our annual compensation cycle in March, consult on ad hoc compensation benchmarking requests, perform job matching for Radford and other tools, administer equity programs, and partner closely with leadership to support the evolution of our total rewards strategy.
Please note: this role is required to be in our Santa Monica office 2-3 days per week.

The Corporate Assurance Team manages enterprise cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) by implementing and operationalizing global compliance frameworks across Anduril's corporate and product environments. The Compliance Engineer is a technically hands-on role responsible for driving automation, compliance, and security engineering principles into the design, integration, and operation of Anduril's internal systems. This individual will be instrumental in securing Anduril's software development process by translating complex compliance requirements into scalable, automated, and developer-friendly solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong DevSecOps background with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure security, embedded systems security, and federal compliance frameworks. They are equally comfortable writing Terraform modules as they are interpreting NIST controls, and they thrive at the intersection of security policy and engineering execution.

The Role:

Pursuant to California Labor Code § 432.3, the salary range for this position is [$95,000 - $125,000]. This range reflects the base salary that the Company reasonably expects to pay for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, equity, or other benefits.
