ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior HRIS Analyst is the person who makes sure our People systems work the way they should: accurate, efficient, and easy for employees to use. You’ll spend part of your time ensuring day-to-day operations running smoothly and part of your time improving on status quo: building new workflows, cleaning up data, and finding ways to make processes less manual and more scalable.

We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst who can help us with implementations, systems builds, and integrations - someone who can take business needs, translate them into system requirements, and deliver solutions that work. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to bring new tools online, test changes, and make sure our systems talk to each other the way they should.

This role is hands-on but strategic. You will own key parts of the HRIS environment, work with partners to solve problems, and guide the rollout of new functionality. You’ll train users, create documentation, and keep a close eye on data integrity so our team can make good decisions based on reliable information.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Process Ownership and Improvement

Lead the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions that support a growing and global workforce. Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work.
Build and maintain integrations between People systems (HRIS, ATS, compensation tools, performance management platforms) to create smooth, accurate data flow across the company.
Configure timekeeping and compliance policies in the system to support a growing hourly workforce, ensuring accurate pay, scheduling, and compliance with labor regulations.
Identify manual, error-prone processes and lead automation projects that reduce administrative work and improve data accuracy.
Partner with stakeholders to redesign People processes where needed, making them simple, scalable, and compliant with internal policies and regulations.
Own change management for system updates and new technology implementations by creating rollout plans, communications, and training that ensure a smooth transition and strong adoption.
Conduct regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing to maintain accurate, compliant, and secure People data.
Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and policies so they are easy to reference and update as we grow.
Stay current on product releases, patches, and industry best practices, proactively recommending opportunities to improve system performance and internal workflows.

HRIS Management and Technical Support

Act as a primary administrator for People systems, including configuration, user permissions, organizational structures, and master data.
Troubleshoot issues promptly, document resolutions, and implement preventative measures to avoid repeat problems.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the People team, PBPs, Finance, and leadership clear, actionable insights on headcount, hiring, attrition, compensation, and more.
Provide expert support and training to People team members and managers, ensuring they are confident using systems and have what they need to be successful.
Develop and maintain a library of job aids, process documentation, and knowledge base articles to enable self-service.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to ensure People systems integrate seamlessly with company infrastructure and support business goals.
Partner with People leadership to prioritize system enhancements and technology investments that enable us to scale effectively.
Manage vendor relationships by monitoring SLAs, coordinating on issue resolution, and influencing vendor roadmaps to meet business needs.
Work with cross-functional partners to identify process gaps, test solutions, and implement improvements that make systems more efficient and user-friendly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles, ideally in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment.
Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations (Rippling, Greenhouse, Chart Hop, Workday, or equivalent strongly preferred).
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and building compliance policies to support hourly workforces, including scheduling and payroll accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data, including building reports and dashboards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, with experience performing audits and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems with minimal direction.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and partner effectively with employees at all levels.

US Salary Range

$113,000—$140,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient, and versatile Benefits Generalist to serve as the primary on-site benefits resource for our Arsenal-1 production facility. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Benefits, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, communication, and local support of all employee benefits programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries from employees at our Arsenal-1 production facility, providing clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
Conduct new hire benefits orientations, open enrollment meetings, and ad-hoc informational sessions for various shifts, ensuring all employees are well-informed.
Proactively develop and disseminate benefits communications (e.g., flyers, newsletters, intranet updates, bulletin board postings) tailored to Arsenal-1’s culture and communication methods.
Assist employees with navigating benefits portals, completing enrollment processes, and understanding their options during qualifying life events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing/production, industrial, or multi-shift environment.
Solid understanding of common benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k/retirement plans).
Working knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to benefits (e.g., FMLA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA).

About The Role:
As Anduril continues to scale at an unprecedented pace, our need for a flexible, high-quality, and strategically managed workforce has become a critical priority. We are seeking a foundational leader to build our Contingent Workforce Program from the ground up. This is a "zero to one" opportunity to design, implement, and lead the entire strategy and operational engine for how we engage non-employee talent across the company.

You will be the architect and single-threaded owner of this new function. Your initial and most urgent focus will be on creating a streamlined, efficient Contract-to-Hire (C2H) program for our rapidly growing Production & Manufacturing facilities. From there, you will expand the program's scope to encompass all contingent labor globally, ensuring we have the right policies, processes, and partners to support Anduril’s dynamic talent needs.

This high-visibility role requires a player-coach who can develop a long-term global strategy while simultaneously rolling up their sleeves to build the initial processes, manage key vendor relationships, and solve our most immediate challenges.

What You'll Do:

Strategy & Program Design (The Architect):

Design and build Anduril’s comprehensive Contingent Workforce Program from the ground up, establishing the vision, policies, and governance for how we engage contractors, freelancers, and temporary staff.
Develop a strategic framework that defines when, why, and how different parts of the business should leverage contingent workers versus full-time employees.
Establish clear guidelines and playbooks to manage risk, ensure compliance with co-employment laws, and maintain our high bar for talent and security.

Process & Operational Excellence (The Builder):

Build and implement a standardized, end-to-end lifecycle process for contingent workers, from intake and sourcing to onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
Immediately design and launch a scalable Contract-to-Hire (C2H) program to support the high-volume needs of our Production organization.
Evaluate, select, and implement the necessary technology (e.g., Vendor Management System - VMS) to streamline operations, manage data, and provide clear visibility into spend and performance.

Vendor & Performance Management (The Partner):

Lead the strategy for our staffing agency partnerships. Consolidate and manage our vendor list, negotiate contracts, and establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance scorecards.
Establish and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Serve as the central point of contact for all vendor relationships, ensuring they are true partners who understand Anduril’s mission and talent bar.

Stakeholder Partnership & Execution (The Player-Coach):

Serve as the trusted advisor to business leaders across Production, Engineering, and G&A on all matters related to contingent staffing.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless integration, budget alignment, and process compliance.
In the initial build phase, act as a hands-on leader, directly managing key relationships, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving the first cohorts of the C2H program to success.

Who You Are:
You are a builder and a strategist, with a proven history of creating order from chaos and scaling programs in complex, fast-paced environments. You think in terms of systems and processes, but you understand that success comes from strong partnerships and a relentless focus on execution. You are just as comfortable presenting a five-year strategy to executives as you are negotiating a new MSA with a vendor or solving a payroll issue for a contractor.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Procurement, with a minimum of 7+ years in a role specifically dedicated to building and/or leading a Contingent Workforce Program.
Proven experience designing and implementing a contingent staffing program from the ground up (a true "zero to one" build) in a high-growth environment.
Deep subject matter expertise in contingent workforce management, including vendor management (VMS/MSP), co-employment risk, worker classification, and global labor laws.
Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of staffing vendors, including contract negotiation, performance management, and consolidation.
Strong business acumen and experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership across multiple functions (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal).
