Staff Developer, Application and Data Integration
Staff Developer, Application and Data Integration
Myers-Holum is expanding operations to India, and is actively seeking experienced Staff Developers with strong application integration and data integration experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or other data integration/pipelining tools.
- Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi platform, or other relevant tools.
- Develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise) using various data integration/pipelining tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Design, build, and test custom data warehouse solutions using platforms such as Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
- Integrate with REST API endpoints, and applications like Netsuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and determine data migration and integration requirements.
- Establish best practices in services development, integration of applications, and govern detailed designs generated by vendors.
- Monitor and report on progress in completing engagements and accomplishing goals.
- Interface with internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proactively address potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines, deliver services within budget constraints, and seek ways to reduce application-related costs.
- Lead product implementation from start to finish, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and end users.
- Conduct product training and technical workshops with clients/end users.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant Consulting or Industry Experience.
- 3+ years of experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services.
- 3+ years experience working with the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Dell Boomi Platform.
- 1+ years experience working with Netsuite.
- 3+ years experience with data management using Oracle or other relational databases.
- 3+ years experience with data warehouse and data integration projects, using ETL/data integration/data pipelining tools.
- Proficiency in at least one version of SQL: Oracle (preferred), SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake.
- Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Experience using REST APIs to get data from cloud data sources is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP data and business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as business analysis skills
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience (overall).
- 3+ years experience with data management using Oracle or other relational databases.
- Proficiency with at least one cloud or on-premise data integration/data pipelining tool such as Fivetran, Stitch, Talend, Glue, Nexla, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator.

Senior Consultant, NetSuite
At a glance:
The Senior Consultant, is someone who has 5+years of end to end NetSuite implementation experience. but also has the knack for excellent customer service. You are leading projects all the way from discovery/requirements gathering to training and deployment. You get the chance to work alongside other leaders of the organization like Managers and Solution Architects. The stakeholders will rely on you for questions regarding their project and you get the chance to do some creative solutioning. This role will also allow you to propel yourself into a Principal consultant role which is the next step to a leadership seat at the table.
Your Role:
- Ability to lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
- Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
- Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
- Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
- Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
- Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions. Develop these custom solutions in a clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
- Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements by providing implementation best practices.
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education
- Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements

Your Background:
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements - OR- has led 8+ small engagements through go-live
- Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field
- Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general services-specific industry experience
- NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Effectiveness in designing end-to-end solutions with these capabilities in mind.
- Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products is preferred, these include: Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, and SuiteCommerce Advanced

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - 150,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. MHI Talent Solutions | Business Systems Manager (Supply Chain)
Job Overview:
One of MHI's esteemed clients is seeking a Business Systems Manager with a strong focus on Supply Chain operations to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between their Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams, ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of their ERP (NetSuite), WMS, and OMS platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, supporting end users, and improving workflows related to inventory management, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Support – Supply Chain Focused
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and an external NetSuite implementation partner to support system configuration, data migration, testing and go-live activities, ensuring the solution aligns with supply chain workflows and operational requirements.
- Administer, configure, and maintain NetSuite, ensuring optimal performance for supply chain modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Order Management, and Fulfillment.

Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:

Enterprise Architect, Data Integration and BI
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data solutions, ensuring alignment with Myers-Holum's clients' long-term business goals.
- Develop and promote the architectural vision for data integration, Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics solutions across a broad range of business functions and applications.
- Design and build scalable, high-performance data warehouses and BI solutions for clients, utilizing the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform, NetSuite ERP, Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) and other cutting-edge cloud-based and on-premise technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing data governance frameworks, data models, and integration architectures that support seamless data flow across disparate systems.

Principal Consultant, NetSuite
At a glance:
The principal consultant provides expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements. The Principal Consultants facilitate the development of SOW’s for new and existing customers. Principal Consultants should have eagerness to mentor junior consultants and staff.
Your Role:
- Ability to lead and act as a Solution Architect full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, with varying levels of size and complexity, by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
- Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Acts as the highest level of escalation on functional issues within delivery teams.

Independent Contractor, Data Integration and BI
Myers-Holum is actively seeking experienced Senior Consultants with strong data warehousing and business intelligence experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the NSAW Practice.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test custom data warehouse and BI solutions for Myers-Holum clients using the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise) using various data integration / data pipelining tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Lead the product implementation, from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders and end users
- In addition to meeting with the client during implementation phase, also run product training, and technical workshops with the client/end users
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
- Implement NSAW Best Practices
Qualifications and Skills
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- 4+ years experience with data management using Oracle or other relational database
- 4+ years experience with data warehouse and data integration projects, using ETL / data integration / data pipelining tools
- Proficiency with at least one cloud or on-premise data integration / data pipelining tool, such as Fivetran, Stitch, Talend, Glue, Nexla, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator
- Proficiency in at least one version of SQL: Oracle (preferred), SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake
- Experience with at least one of the following BI tools: Oracle OBIEE, OAC, Looker, PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau
- Experience with using REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs to get data from cloud data sources is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP data and business processes
- Business analysis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Myers-Holum Delivery Organization offers a layered and specialized approach with subject matter exerts within their perspective areas. Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process as the solutions provided set the tone and expectation for the entirety of the engagement. When working with Myers-Holum, clients will partner with dedicated Solution Architects who have like-minded solutioning expertise and previous hands-on industry knowledge as the clients undergoing the transformation process for their NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstruction needs. This all-encompassing role requires the ability to actively listen, empathize, explain, influence and negotiate all while understanding needs, and providing advice in order to deliver the right technology results for each client.
The Role you Will Play
- Provide leadership and help to scope, gauge, and deliver large scale NetSuite projects.
- Determine appropriate forecasting of Project Management and delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience.
- Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, functional and technical requirements and specifications and can present them to clients
- Participate in business development activities that include pre-sales meetings, demos and calls with potential clients – Working in conjunction with Myers-Holum Account Executives and Delivery teams, as well as client stakeholders
- Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain timeline and meet goals for project deliverable.
- Lead the creation of business proposals including the review and response to RFP’s. Create SOW’s once the scope of the project is determined
- Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to ensure best practice, product and capabilities are leveraged to provide beneficial client solutions

Profile for Success
- 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.

- In depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales process

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
