The Inventory Specialist is responsible for both traditional medical/surgical supplies management and 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain systems. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient counting, stocking, and auditing of consumable medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, surgical implants, instruments, and other hospital assets. This role may also be responsible for installing and maintaining 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain lines, including assembling and adjusting inventory storage racks. This is a temporary position that will require extensive travel.

About the Role:

As the Regional Construction Manager you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. This includes managing the entire process from contractor evaluation, contracting and bid evaluation, design review in partnership with our engineering teams, through to full scope site construction management and project competition  and oversight in partnership with our Service Operations and Superintendent teams. You’ll work closely with the broader Deployment and Construction team, Real Estate and Government Affairs teams, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and secure the necessary approvals to expand our network.

You will lead negotiations, manage external vendors, and ensure project timelines are met, all while maintaining alignment with Zipline’s strategic goals. • Manage construction projects, site infrastructure installments, construction contractors, and additional real estate development projects ensuring schedule and cost targets are met or beaten.
• Develop and lead pre-construction strategies to streamline entitlements and permits for our ground infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with City Managers, staff, and City Council members and inspectors to facilitate smooth approvals and permit completion from Planning and Zoning commissions and AHJ’s.

The Sr. Quality Systems Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the fairlife integrated management systems.  Developing the ISO certification program and maintaining Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification program for all manufacturing sites as well as coordination of certification audits. Principle Accountabilities 

ITS has an urgent need for a Terminal Coordinator for our largest customer’s facilities in Arizona and Colorado. This role contributes to the daily activities for dock operations in support of the customer’s terminal in which they are domiciled. Responsibilities include ensuring drivers meet safety requirements to meet our customer service requirements.

Overview:

The Regional Retail Director partners closely with the Vice President of Retail and cross-functional leaders to ensure best-in-class store operations, compliance, customer experience, and team development. Summary:  

In this role, the successful candidate will serve as the Senior Customs Compliance Specialist, responsible for overseeing import operations and managing relationships with external customs service providers. Your Impact

As a member of the Video Electrical Engineering Sustaining team, you will play a key role in maintaining, debugging, qualifying, and improving the electronics designs behind Axon’s in-market video products. What You'll Do 

• Update in-market circuit designs to address component obsolescence, approved component substitutions, second-source requests, cost reduction opportunities, and other post-launch design improvements for mass-produced electronics.

What You Bring

• Bundle modification requests flow through a structured, Finance- and ComOps-approved workflow - with visibility, accountability, and a clear reduction in repeat/ad hoc changes.
• NPI documentation, workflow logic, and system integrations are maintained, accurate, and accessible - no critical institutional knowledge exists only in people's heads.
• The NPI team is fully ramped, cross-trained, and increasingly leveraging automation to reduce manual effort and expand capacity.
• Senior and executive leadership have high trust in the NPI function's output quality, communication, and cross-functional relationships.
• Acquired-company SKU portfolios are successfully integrated into Axon's NPI and commercial systems within agreed timelines, with no degradation in existing workflows.

What You Bring

• 8+ years experience in Product Operations, NPI, Commercial Operations, or a closely adjacent function at a technology, hardware+software, or multi-product company.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product introduction or SKU lifecycle process — spanning intake, cross-functional coordination, system configuration, and commercial readiness.
• Proven cross-functional leadership: track record of aligning and influencing Product, Finance, and Commercial Operations (Quoting/Sales) at the VP level and above, without direct authority.
• Enterprise systems fluency: hands-on experience with workflow/NPI tools (ServiceNow strongly preferred), ERP (D365 or equivalent), CRM (Salesforce), and PLM/configuration management platforms.
• Experience at a smaller or high-growth company (< 5,000 employees) where you built process and team capability in a resource-constrained, fast-moving environment.
• Strong understanding of bundle and pricing constructs - how products are packaged, priced, and made available to market.
• Data-driven operator: comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to influence decisions and communicate to executive audiences.
• Practical experience with AI/automation tooling (e.g., Cursor, Python, Power Platform, ChatGPT/Claude) applied to operational or commercial processes.
• Excellent executive communication: regularly presents to and influences senior and C-suite leadership; able to change the thinking of contrary perspectives while maintaining strong relationships.

Work Location

This role is based out of any US based office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer II, you will be a key member of the Global Quality team. You will support the full product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and products that meet or exceed Axon’s standards and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do 

• Participate in the Axon Product Lifecycle (APL) process to ensure compliance with quality deliverables including issue resolution (CAPA), validation plans, CTQ identification, FAIR/PPAP documentation, and quality monitoring implementation.
• Lead nonconforming material review (NCMR/MRB) and manage material dispositions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive and manage 8D investigations and root cause analysis (RCA); implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain FAIRs, PPAP documentation, and AQL sampling plans for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Provide engineering support to Receiving Inspection including Gage R&R studies, MSA, and inspection procedure development.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) through validation, process control, and risk mitigation strategies (e.g., PFMEA).
• Perform risk assessment and drive risk mitigation and execution for line stoppages, shipment stoppages, product launch blockers and other highly escalated situations.
• Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Use DMAIC principles and statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab, JMP) to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to drive process consistency and yield improvements.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits; ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
• Manage quality-related documentation including procedures, inspection plans, and training materials.
• Partner with supply chain and procurement to ensure supplier quality and performance metrics are met.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and contribute to Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure quality alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing quality engineering role.
• Experience with CAPA, RCA/8D, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, and validation activities.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (CSSGB/CSSBB) or equivalent experience in process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and statistical analysis software such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T, and inspection techniques.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 or AS9100 is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical report writing skills.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Internal or external audit experience preferred.
