This position reports to the Division Manager and is responsible for track and trace functions of shipments for the brokerage division of ITS. This includes the following: 

• Tracking and tracing current shipments in the ITS network.
• Maintaining relationships with drivers and provide support as needed.

• Reviewing and communicating effective handoffs each shift and understanding the state of the network daily. 
• Utilizing technology to properly track orders for on time delivery.

• Escalating concerns, delays, loss failures, loss of revenue and other issues with shipments to appropriate chain of command.

Principle Accountabilities

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead and grow our university recruiting program for our South Brokerage Center. This role will serve as the primary driver of ITS Logistics’ campus recruiting strategy, building meaningful relationships with top universities and identifying high-potential early-career talent to fuel our continued growth.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Campus Recruiter will manage all aspects of the university hiring lifecycle – from building school partnerships and attending career fairs to interviewing candidates and extending offers. In addition to campus responsibilities, this role will provide support to the broader talent acquisition team on South Center recruiting efforts as capacity allows.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, HR, or a related field; experience managing a campus recruiting program preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with university stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to student audiences, representing ITS Logistics at events.

Principle Accountabilities 

ITS has an urgent need for a Terminal Coordinator for our largest customer’s facilities in Arizona and Colorado. This role contributes to the daily activities for dock operations in support of the customer’s terminal in which they are domiciled. Responsibilities include ensuring drivers meet safety requirements to meet our customer service requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure drivers adhere to terminal flow on site.
• Work collaboratively with drivers to ensure on time arrival and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool to proactively escalate equipment shortages.
• Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.
• Interact with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members in a professional and respectful manner.
• Escalate all safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.
• Communicate safety expectations to drivers and team members proactively.
• Verify all information on paperwork is correct.
• Update applicable systems with the most up to date information for the team to have visibility and transparency of operations. 

Position Requirements 

• Experience in fleet, transportation, Warehouse operations or third-party logistics strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with customers, drivers, peers.
• Has a strong sense of urgency and reacts and works well in fast-paced, deadline driven, and high-pressure situations; remains calm and performs well in stressful or emergency situations.

About the Position

The Trailer Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing trailer utilization in the ITS network at the highest level of efficiency. This role specifically supports teams within our Brokerage division and is dedicated to optimizing our asset operations, utilization, and allocations to support our customers’ demands. This role reports into the Asset Optimization Division.

• Manage strategic trailer repositioning efforts to meet trailer pool requirements, reduce idle times, minimize costs, and maintain proper documentation
• Facilitate proactive yard and equipment inspections to prevent downtime in all assets.
• Assist the team with Maintenance requests and collaborate with the Asset Maintenance team to complete repair needs as quickly as possible.
• Ensure all company trailer KPI’s meet performance expectations
• Manage landmarks and locations specific to the asset network for the customer.

Position Summary

ITS has an immediate opening for a Warehouse General Manager at our newest facility located near Harrisburg, PA. This position reports to ITS’ Sr. Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations as it pertains to people management, inventory integrity, order fulfillment and the movement of goods in and out of the distribution center.

Principle Accountabilities

• Responsible for oversight of all functions in the Distribution Center
• Supports all human resource related activities, including but not limited to, sourcing and staffing of positions, performance management, compensation administration, and training and development

Position Requirements

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Asset Maintenance Specialist provides support to the Asset Division by procuring, negotiating and managing all repair and maintenance work for trailers in the ITS network. This involves creating partnerships with and managing vendors completing work on ITS’ behalf and tracking progress on ITS trailers. This role reports up through the VP of Maintenance and focuses on operational and procedural efficiencies through data analysis and collaboration. · Procure quality repair and maintenance vendors across the country in the most effective and cost efficient way.

· Build partnerships with repair and maintenance vendors to maximize cost savings and efficient repairs of trailers.

· Manage repair and maintenance vendors to ensure repairs are completed timely, precisely and within scope of request work.

· Negotiate repair and maintenance work to reduce overall costs to ITS.

· Triage and diagnose trailer breakdown to clearly and concisely request appropriate repairs and maintenance.

· Daily maintenance and management of trailer data utilizing various technologies and a hyper focus on data integrity.

· Accurately record and update asset acquisitions, statuses, and locations.

· Track and report compliance with registration and insurance to meet ITS requirements.

· Optimizing organization practices via automation and efficiency, always striving toward continuous improvement.

ITS has an urgent need for a Terminal Coordinator for our largest customer’s facilities in Colorado. This role contributes to the daily activities for dock operations in support of the customer’s terminal in which they are domiciled. Responsibilities include ensuring drivers meet safety requirements to meet our customer service requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure drivers adhere to terminal flow on site.
• Work collaboratively with drivers to ensure on time arrival and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool to proactively escalate equipment shortages.
• Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.
• Interact with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members in a professional and respectful manner.
• Escalate all safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.
• Communicate safety expectations to drivers and team members proactively.
• Verify all information on paperwork is correct.
• Update applicable systems with the most up to date information for the team to have visibility and transparency of operations.

About the Position

The Trailer Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing trailer utilization in the ITS network at the highest level of efficiency. This role specifically supports teams within our Brokerage division and is dedicated to optimizing our asset operations, utilization, and allocations to support our customers’ demands. This role reports into the Asset Optimization Division.

• Manage strategic trailer repositioning efforts to meet trailer pool requirements, reduce idle times, minimize costs, and maintain proper documentation
• Facilitate proactive yard and equipment inspections to prevent downtime in all assets.
• Assist the team with Maintenance requests and collaborate with the Asset Maintenance team to complete repair needs as quickly as possible.
• Ensure all company trailer KPI’s meet performance expectations
• Manage landmarks and locations specific to the asset network for the customer.
• Communicate proactively with the customer to ensure requirements are met.
• Ensure all trailer loads have correct trailer number for documentation and data integrity purposes
• Collaborate with other teams and/or customers to ensure all trailer operation standards are executed to company expectations

The Senior Client Experience Manager will be based at our Harrisburg, PA, warehouse, and will report to the Vice President, Client Success. This position provides overall supervision to the customer service department and ensures that all operations run in an effective and professional manner.

Under the general direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Network Account Manager (NAM) plays a critical role in keeping ITS’ competitive advantage by providing the highest quality of service. ABOUT THE POSITION

The VP of Drayage & Intermodal plays a critical leadership role within the Brokerage Division, driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of ITS’s Drayage strategy. This role is responsible for expanding the Drayage Brokerage footprint, cultivating new customer relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships across the broader ITS network.

As a senior leader, the VP will set the vision and strategic roadmap for the Drayage Division while maintaining deep, practical expertise in day-to-day drayage brokerage operations. This includes direct oversight of operational execution- capacity management, port and rail coordination, pricing and margin performance, service recovery, and team productivity - ensuring operational excellence at scale.

The VP will partner closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements, drive efficiencies, and ensure adoption of current and future technology, including TMS capabilities and tracking and tracing solutions. This leader will guide overall Drayage Brokerage performance, align the organization to company objectives, and lead change initiatives that support sustainable growth, profitability, and team development.

Principle Accountabilities:

· Own revenue and margin goals; track pipeline, forecasts, and performance.

· Oversee pricing, service execution, and capacity planning to support growth.

About the Position

The Director of Drayage & Intermodal plays a critical leadership role within the Brokerage Division, driving the growth and long-term success of ITS’s Drayage strategy. This position is responsible for expanding our Drayage Brokerage footprint, cultivating new customer relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships. As a strategic leader, the Director will shape the vision and roadmap of the Drayage Division, partnering closely with IT to implement efficiencies, introduce new processes, and ensure adoption of the latest technology across the team. While not directly managing day-to-day operations, the Director will guide overall Drayage Brokerage performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term growth objectives.

 Principle Accountabilities:

• Foster a thriving team culture, upholding values and expectations to lead the Drayage division.
• Own revenue and margin goals; track pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
• Oversee pricing, service execution, and capacity planning to support growth.
• Align division strategy with company objectives and market trends.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for division performance.

• Drive sales growth by prospecting, closing, and expanding drayage accounts (importers, exporters, freight forwarders, BCOs).
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships, act as account lead for key clients.

• Lead customer onboarding, contract negotiations (RFPs, rate agreements), and billing audits to ensure accurate reporting and billing.

• Translate customer needs into operational solutions; oversee teams to ensure service quality.
• Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pricing; align on Scope of Work requirements with the customer.

• Partner with IT to enhance customer-facing technology and visibility tools.

• Determine ROI to submit business proposals for automation through a process improvement context.

About the Position

Position Overview: This role is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients, managing existing credit accounts, and developing credit policies to minimize financial risk while maximizing profitability. ITS Logistics is seeking a Cash Application Specialist at our Downtown Reno, NV brokerage.

This individual must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced_,team-oriented environment. The Cash Application Specialist reports to the AR Supervisor.

• Process incoming payments: ACH, EFT, Credit Card, Wires by batching and ensure all funds are accounted for and system balanced funds received.
• Update the cash receipt tracking
• Identify and reconcile any discrepancies and report to AR Supervisor
• Investigate and resolve any unapplied cash
• Coordinate with billing department in resolving any customer invoice issue
• Resolve all written and telephone inquiries applicable to cash application
• Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention storage, compiling and purging
• Write and update AR Cash Application procedures
• Provide feedback to management concerning potential problems and identify opportunities for improvement

About the requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in credit management or related financial roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal.

Position Summary

ITS has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Lead at our warehouses in Reno/Sparks..  This position leads a warehouse team in receiving, counting, auditing, quality control, moving, finding, picking, stocking, packing, packaging, and shipping in ITS Warehouses. Warehouse Leads ensure their team keeps production areas fully stocked and have the products they need to fulfill orders quickly.  This position sometimes works with automated machines or sensors to fulfill orders. This position focuses on finding materials on shelves, wrapping them and putting them on a delivery truck, in addition to pulling materials off a truck and putting them in the proper storage area. We are looking for an “A” player with succession capabilities beyond this role; one with the capacity to engage teams and build followership.

• Receive in goods and perform counting and auditing functions and accompanying paperwork

ITS has an immediate opening for an Area Manager at one of our few Reno/Sparks distribution centers.  This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading the execution of daily operational activities for the warehouse.  This individual will work closely with operations leadership team, customer care, and sales to ensure that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.  We are looking for a solid performer player with succession capabilities beyond this role; one with the capacity to engage teams and build followership.

Principle Accountabilities

• Oversee various warehouse activities to include daily operations scheduling and coordination of staff productivity to meet budgetary goals
• Responsible for the management of all Warehouse personnel including goal setting, annual reviews, on-going training, disciplinary action, hiring and termination
• Operate within the agreed budget (P&L) for the warehouse
• Develop and train the Supervisory and Lead staff on the essential functions of leadership
• Collaborate in the development of SOPs for the Warehouse area.
• Oversee inventory control activities
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System to ensure:
  • Management of cycle counting/adjustment/rotation programs
  • Productivity and Space utilization (efficient product placement, etc.)
  • Accuracy (to floor and Customer book)
  • Identify opportunities for technology enhancements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service Representatives, and other Managers to facilitate new business implementations, current account changes and corrective action regarding operational service failures

  • Ensure that material handling equipment is safely and productively utilized within the operation. Ensure the management of equipment maintenance

The Account Specialist is the face of the Company for our clients.  Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining great working relationships with our clients and handling their day-to-day business needs and questions.

Principle Accountabilities

• Oversee one or several client accounts, work in good faith to anticipate client needs and provide proactive insight and solutions to the client’s business needs and challenges
• Assist in order processing, leveraging several different software platforms and methods
• Control effective communications for your account(s) by acting as a liaison between your client(s) and various warehouse and administrative teams. This includes:
• Communication of inbound/outbound demand and unique client needs
• Working with ITS’ Fleet and Asset-lite Brokerage to better serve your client(s)
