About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Instrument Controls Technician (ICT) to join our milk processing and packaging engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems that keep our production lines running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety regulations.
Shift schedule: 12 Hour Nights This is a night shift position, with hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. Team members will work every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. Summary of job requirement
The primary focus of this position is to provide outstanding customer service. The Senior Specialist, I Customer Service will be responsible for managing all aspects related to SAP’s S4H Order to Cash as ASM’s focal point of contact. The ability to interface with internal and external customers is critical in this role supporting cross functional departments to balance workload amongst the USA based team.
The ideal candidate must possess strong diplomacy skills in high pressure situations. This position requires working in a fast paced environment, multitask throughout the day to support customers urgent delivery requirements, e.g. “Tool Down” events and work independently while ensuring data integrity and attention to detail to satisfy business requirements. This position requires the highest level of customer communication, ownership, responsiveness and follow through from point of sale, customer quotations, order entry, order acknowledgement, monitoring material allocations (as applicable), tracking shipments and final invoicing. All open customer commits must be fully closed in a timely manner based on business needs.
The ideal candidate will have the ability for potential travel to the customer site (s) and must have the ability to work flexible hours to support ASM’s global business requirement to get the job done!
This position will utilize the advanced functionality of systems and applications such as: SAP S4H, SharePoint, MS Office suites (including MS Teams) and Customer specific application/portal software.
Experience
5~10 years of customer service within a high-tech environment is preferrable or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and ability has been achieved.

The Opportunity
The IT Specialist II ensures proper computer, software, and network operation so that end users can accomplish appropriate business tasks for all business units. This position assists customers by taking service desk calls on a shift basis and provides support, training, and access management as needed. The IT Specialist II assists in the development of strategies and plans to create technology solutions that are in alignment with business operations. OVERVIEW
The Sales & Service Lead is integral to the elevating the guest experience at ALO. They will ensure we deliver our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, create a service-lead environment on the sales floor, and ultimately create a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The Sales & Service Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

The Company’s Lead base pay ranges from $19.00 - $23.00/ hour in Tucson, AZ. Please also note, Leads are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees. Other rewards may include: clothing allowance, employee discount, 401K, competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, commuter benefits, and ALO Wellness.

All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
