Events Coordinator, Corporate Events

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering SentinelOne’s global portfolio of high-impact events — spanning flagship proprietary programs (e.g., OneCon, PartnerOne Summits), Tier 1 industry events (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat), and executive engagement programs.

This role sits at the center of our event engine, supporting experiences that drive pipeline, accelerate customer and partner relationships, and elevate SentinelOne’s position as a leader in AI-powered cybersecurity. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partner teams to execute events with precision, consistency, and measurable business impact.

What Will You Do?

Event Execution & Program Support

• Support end-to-end execution across a global portfolio of events, including flagship conferences, trade shows, executive programs, and partner activations
• Assist in delivering high-visibility experiences at Tier 1 events such as RSA Conference and Black Hat, as well as SentinelOne-owned programs like OneCon and PartnerOne
• Coordinate logistics across multiple event formats including booths, meeting programs, off-sites, and hosted experiences

Operations & Project Management

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workbacks to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Comms) and external vendors to execute against defined goals
• Manage event documentation including run-of-shows, staffing plans, and onsite logistics

Data, Systems & Reporting

• Support event registration and attendee management via platforms such as Cvent and Salesforce
• Assist in tracking key performance metrics including attendance, meetings, and engagement
• Maintain data hygiene across systems and contribute to post-event reporting and insights

Financial & Vendor Coordination

• Track budgets, process POs, and support invoice reconciliation in partnership with procurement and finance teams
• Manage vendor communications, estimates, and deliverables to ensure quality and cost efficiency

Meetings & Sales Enablement Support

• Support meeting programs and scheduling (e.g., executive briefings, onsite meetings) using tools like Jifflenow
• Help coordinate sales-facing logistics to maximize customer and prospect engagement onsite

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supporting B2B events, including financial management, project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven use of AI tools to increase speed, scale, and efficiency across event planning, operations, and attendee engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, global event calendar
• Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., JiffleNow, Cvent, Splash) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).

As a Customer Growth Program Intern, you will help bridge the gap between supporting existing customers by being an active supporter looking for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance customer experience to help drive growth. • Collaborate with members of the Community and Growth team to ensure the overall success of our customers; and assist other members of the Customer Success organization

• Help with analyzing customer data such as: usage data, adoption trends, and health score to help identify patterns and potential risks
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on upsell initiatives, adoption metrics, and understanding our customer base better

• Help revamp the customer lifecycle journey encompassing new adoption and growth triggers

As a Global Paid Search Manager, you will own the end-to-end paid search strategy across global markets. You will deploy AI agents, MCP server integrations, and LLM-powered workflows to drive pipeline growth at scale. This means replacing manual processes with intelligent automation across bid management, keyword strategy, and creative testing.

What Will You Do?

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Set the global paid search vision across mid-market and enterprise segments, with AI-augmented workflows built into every layer
• Use Google Ads MCP server integrations to automate campaign management, surface insights, and act on signals faster than manual workflows allow
• Deploy AI agents for automated bid adjustments, budget pacing, and anomaly detection across Google and Microsoft Ads
• Use Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, and Performance Max AI for keyword research, match type analysis, negative keyword mining, and query categorization
• Build and scale AI-generated ad copy and creative testing frameworks — structured, hypothesis-driven, and continuous

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years in SEM or performance marketing, managing multi-million dollar budgets with measurable pipeline impact
• 1-2 years of hands-on AI fluency in a paid search or performance marketing context
• Operational experience with Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, or Performance Max AI in day-to-day workflows
• Familiarity with Google Ads MCP server or agent-based campaign management approaches
• Proven use of AI agents for bid automation, creative testing at scale, or keyword strategy
• Deep experience with enterprise B2B SaaS and full-funnel visibility led to closed-won

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will execute high-stakes sales cycles (averaging $500k+) using frameworks like MEDDPICC to drive revenue from large-scale regional accounts. You will lead a "virtual team" of SEs and executive sponsors while fostering deep VAR and MSP partnerships to scale your pipeline. What will you do?

The principal responsibilities for this position are to generate revenue from accounts across the region by following up on multiple lead sources, developing new clients and selling directly to customers while leveraging our channel community. In this position, you will:

• Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure in collaboration across the organization
• Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
• Partner with channel managers to build pipeline and grow revenue for the assigned territory
• Be an influential partner for customers within the cybersecurity industry and become an expert of SentinelOne products
• Stay well educated and informed about SentinelOne's competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and competitive differentiation
• Prepare and provide accurate forecasts to management on a weekly basis

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

• 5+ years of previous experience selling to Enterprise accounts, ideally in a MEDDPICC, business-to-business SaaS environment
• 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Sales Executive/Manager
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally; ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders
• Experience closing deals with an average deal size of $500k+
• Passionate about sales, the cybersecurity industry, and technology
• Experience in a hypergrowth environment, preferred
• Experience building new pipeline of customers while fostering relationships with existing customers
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity solutions sought by Enterprise customers, CISO and other C-Suite Officers
• Ability to identify and articulate competitve differentition and customer value proposition
• Superb organizational and reporting skills, Salesforce experience preferred
• Leadership skills that drive results -  Fostering an ecosystem of people including sales engineers, channel, marketing, executive sponsors, immediate management, procurement, etc. to effectively advance enterprise sales campaigns to close
