The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with contractor and consulting engineer accounts. Promotes CMS products and services by providing technical solutions to the customer's business and operational needs as well as demonstrating applicable technical knowledge. Seeks to expand the depth of offerings within each account. Participates as a member of account team on key and target customers and projects.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Collects project data and compares to CMS’s capabilities.
• Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization, including project managers, project engineers, construction, purchasing, and accounts payable.
• Builds partnering relationships with contractors and consultants responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sales of CMS offerings. Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns.
• Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements.
• Develops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions with customer.
• Responsible for project take-off, selection, and pricing of equipment and services.
• Develops project fulfillment schedule. Responsible for ordering, tracking, customer follow-up, and management of project.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of the proposal. Determines price and selling strategy.
• Reviews and compares contract terms and conditions with CMS contract standards.
• Presents the proposal and negotiates price, terms, and conditions with customer.
• Determines customer needs, develops and executes an account specific business plan.
• Assists in the development of CMS sales and marketing plans and strategies. Aids in the implementation of these strategies and action plans. Provides total account business activity reports and annual forecasts.
• Coordinates with consulting engineers in writing project specifications.
• Authorizes replacement, credit, or refund as necessary to facilitate the refund/exchange process including negotiation of back charges and customer disputes.
• Positively and credibly influences system design and construction with contractors and consultants. Frequently creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Effectively writes, presents and communicates bids. Negotiates value, addresses resistance when demonstrated and closes the sale.
• Assists customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, CMS products, system application alternatives, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.
• Maintains memberships with ASHRAE, USGBC and other industry organizations. Actively attends meetings.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment preferred. The Account Manager works in a typical office environment with occasional visits to project sites, which includes outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
Account Managers must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate in a clear, concise, and diplomatic manner. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical, as are honesty and the ability to develop and maintain deep customer relationships based on trust. Candidate must be passionate about helping our customers to be successful, and must continually strive to improve their understanding of our customers in order to provide first-class customer service.

We are looking for a Key Account Director to lead growth within a set of Postman’s most important enterprise accounts. Compensation:
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $160,000 - $180,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.

Nexamp is growing our Electrical Engineering team, and looking to hire a Lead Electrical Engineer. You will be responsible for review of PV and ESS projects design by providing technical expertise in the interconnection, construction, and assisting in the commissioning of distributed energy resources (DERs). This role requires an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical infrastructure up to 345kV, including in-depth knowledge and expertise protective relaying and controls, and a strong working knowledge in applicable national codes including NEC and NESC. The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
The Customer Engineering (CE) team at Moloco partners with the Business Development (BD) and Product/Engineering teams to be the trusted technical advisors for Moloco’s clients. You will help the retail media platform owners to successfully build an in-house advertisement business for clients using the Moloco Commerce Media (“MCM”), a machine learning-powered AdTech solution.
Within the MCM org, the Customer Engineering team (CE) is responsible for driving the successful adoption of Moloco Commerce Media, serving as GTM champions and technical experts. The CE team will drive the successful adoption of our products by advising clients on the best technical implementation and delivering training, architecture design consultations, and best practices. The CE team identifies gaps in the product, develops technical solutions, and communicates feature requests to product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction.

SUMMARY

The base pay range for this position based on level is $186,000 - $256,000 annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unified Communications Software Integration Engineer to integrate and deploy the world's first Cloud-Based Emergency Real-Time Communication Platform.
You will be responsible for the interoperability and assimilation of highly available, Elastic, Robust, Multi-Tenant, and Self-Healing RTC and VoIP Signaling Services. The platform will have to comply with the most stringent Security, Authentication and Authorization Standards in order to ensure high SLA and guarantee 5 nines uptime. You will work closely with Carbyne's Operations team and act as the technical liaison between Engineering and the Business for all UC-related activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone with deep experience across network, cloud, storage, and identity — and the strategic mindset to help shape long-term technology direction. The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $131,200 - $196,800. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Your Impact
In this position, you’ll play a critical part in advancing the Axon 911 mission to Save Lives.
Here's your chance to join our Global Operations team in order to implement, integrate, and deploy our real-time emergency service platforms to our clients, including 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) organizations.
In addition to your core role, you will also be suited to providing input into a wide range of technical activities within the company, ranging from technical pre-sales, core architectural and design working sessions, and technical support activities. You will lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne’s SaaS products, and you will also play an important role in the customer’s site and system architecture by following Carbyne’s best practices and your strong technical experience.
You will work in a high-activity/fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle ambiguity and multiple tasks or projects at once. Your teammates are passionate Customer Success and Technical Support teams, but also broader teams such as Product, Marketing, Development and Engineering teams.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, Public Safety (Mountain or Pacific Region), you are both a technical expert and a storyteller. You’ll work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and customers to translate complex technical requirements into compelling solutions. You will lead discovery, configure and demonstrate our platform, manage technical validations, and ensure a smooth handoff to post-sales implementation.

Candidates who are well-positioned for success in this role typically bring hands-on experience working with the core technology systems that power emergency communications centers.
This may include experience with:
• 911 call handling systems (CHE) such as VESTA, Viper, or Solacom
• Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platforms used to manage emergency response workflows
• Radio console systems supporting multi-agency communications
• Logging recorders used for call review, compliance, and operational analysis
• Network and traffic analysis tools, such as Wireshark, used to troubleshoot system performance and integrations
Successful candidates often have direct experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, or operating these systems within PSAPs, ECCs, or other mission-critical public safety environments.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States. Candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific regions are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to the nature of the position, up to 75% travel is required, including customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
