As the Marketing Web Developer you will be the technical lead responsible for managing GFiber’s websites and integration points, supporting digital marketing and sales efforts. • Engineer and maintain the GFiber web architecture, writing clean, scalable code to integrate marketing technology stacks and third-party services.

• Create technical design documents for new website features and integrations.
• Manage user access, roles, and responsibilities for web tools like Contentful, Optimizely, and KMS Lighthouse.

As a Technical Operations Manager, Drops, Installs, and Repairs GFiber, you will manage a team of internal contractors and third party vendors to ensure forecasted goals are met related to: schedule, volume, cost and quality. You will ensure the team executes against strategic customer facing activities related to service activation and service assurance. This team is on-the-ground executing complex projects that bring internet access to people.

• Manage day-to-day tickets issued to vendors to ensure the timely completion of drops, installations, and repair work to the customer base; serve as the vendor manager, track and verify invoiced quantities, own and manage vendor purchase orders (PO's).
• Contact customers to help resolve any installation roadblocks, manage escalations from the field, and approve field estimates; ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure that Health and Safety standards are followed and coordinate Quality Inspections of drops and Installations, as well as associated reporting.

• Ensure adherence to engineering design plans (including mitigation plans), GFiber Standards & Spec, contract statements of work, and municipal requirements, fostering transparent change management processes.
• Manage project pipelines, budgets, scheduling, resource/activity planning, prioritization, vendor performance tracking, project dependency awareness, financial reporting, invoice approval, material management, and develop/maintain the vendor construction schedule.
• Clearly communicate expectations and project status to internal/external stakeholders (including GFiber’s leadership team), ensuring proper project scoping, mitigation risk plans, monthly production numbers, and seamless handoff for network acceptance.
• Work autonomously, within the local markets, to build and design the OSP experience while capturing and reporting conceptual market deliverables, needed actions, roles/responsibilities, and learnings/feedback.

• Promptly communicate with City Engineers regarding any field escalations involving conduit blockages within the leased network, ensuring minimal disruption to fiber construction timelines.
• Ensure uninterrupted field crew work by partnering with internal GFiber Engineering and City Engineering officials to ensure all design discrepancies are captured and resolved before issuing Work Package Forms (WPF) and Consumption Logs.
